PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE
Sales Assistant & CashierCanary Wharfwww.bananarepublic.co.uk/Clothing and accessories retailer
2nd February - 31th MayI had to do almost the same things I did in Zara except for keeping the stockroom tidy too. I also practiced with the customer service and helped my supervisors in the definition of shifts and the training of new recruits. With BANANA REPUBLIC's passport I learnt a lot of things about fashion, materials, customer service, and tailoring.
Sales Assistant & Cashier Zara - Stratford Westfield Canary Wharfhttp://www.zara.comClothing and accessories retailer
15th December 2014 – 30th January
One of my main duties is to keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and refurbished. Then I assist customers in finding what they are looking for and, to guide them in choosing.Depending on business needs, I also help the head cashier at the cash desk, I do some paperwork, refunds, exchanges and obviously purchases. During the festive period the latter was my primary task.
Front of house waitressGourmet Burger Kitchen - Stratford Westfield http://www.gbk.co.uk Restaurant
3rd November 2014 – 14th December 2014
It was my first time as I waiter and I did my best with unexpectedly great results. I was happy, my boss and my colleagues were happy about me, I started to instruct newstarter as well but one day I received a call from Zara and I wanted to try in my favourite sector. GBK fools asked me to reject Zara’s contract many times, that made me proud of myself because I succeeded even where I was unexperienced.
Junior Store Assistant AWLAB (Athletes World) - http://en.aw-lab.com Sportwear and Footwear Retailer
March 2014 – May 2014
During the first month I was involved in stock filling and inventory management. I learned about the product lifecycle from the delivery truck to the customer.Since the second month I started to serve the customers and I successfully sold many products. It was great.I liked that job but I needed to quit it in order to complete my thesis.
Sound technician (phonic)Law Court of Avezzano (AQ, Italy) on behalf of ISPS.r.l.Services Company
September 2013 – December 2013
My task was to record and transcript the deponents’ depositions during the proceedings. So I learned to use the recording software, and the cabling as well.I quitted that job because it was boring, even if I was constantly in touch with judges and lawyers, my job does not imply communications.
