La ETS Engineering Spa oltre a progettare e produrre gru e pa-ranchi secondo i dettami della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e in grado di progettare e produrre gru e paranchi antideflagranti per zona 1 e zona 2 in accordo alla Direttiva Europea Atex 94/9/CE e alle prescrizioni della normativa EN 13463.La ETS e certificata ISO 9001, ISO14001 e OHSAS 18001 ed e notificata presso Bureau Veritas per la produzione di macchine antideflagranti con deposito del Fascicolo Tecnico di analisi ri-schi come previsto dall’Allegato VIII della Direttiva Atex.Tutti i prodotti ETS soddisfano i requisiti di sicurezza richiesti per le zone a rischio di esplosione legate ad applicazioni Gruppo II e Categorie di rischio 2 e 3 ( Zone 1 e 2 ). La classificazione anti-deflagrante e conforme allo standard di tipo EEx d e/o Eex d/e IIB T4 oppure EEx d e/o Eex d/e IIC T4-.

QUALITYETS Engineering Spa besides the design and production of cra-nes and hoists in accordance with Machine Directive 2006/42/EC, is also able to design and produce cranes and hoists in ac-cordance to European Directive Atex 94/9/EC and prescription of Normative EN13463.ETS is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and notified through Bureau Veritas for the production of explosion-proof cranes with deposit of Technical File of Risk Analysis as prescribed by the Attachment VIII of Atex Directive.All products ETS satisfy the safety requirements for explosion-proof areas Group II and Category 2 a 3 (Zone 1 and Zone 2).The explosion-proof classification comply with Eex-d and Eex-d/e IIB or IC up to temperature range T4.

Gru impiegate per prestazioni basse, medie ed elevate, dotate di paranchi a fune e componenti elettromeccanici per movimenti orizzontali selezionati. È possibile anche in questo caso l’uso di inverter per il controllo di velocità.Applicazioni da 1 Ton. a 100 Ton. con scartamenti fino a 35 m.

STANDARD DOUBLE GIRDER BRIDGE CRANES

These cranes are used for low, medium, heavy duty and are equipped with wire rope hoists and selected electromechanical components for horizontal movements. It is also possible to in-stall an inverter to control the speed. Rangeof application: 1T./50T. – Wheel span up to 35m.

EOT GRU TECNOLOGICHE

Gru utilizzate per prestazioni elevate con impieghi continui e pe-santi, dotate di argani e componenti elettromeccanici seleziona-ti. Tutti i movimenti possono essere controllati con i più recenti sistemi elettronici. È possibile installare cabine di comando con condizionatori d’aria. Applicazioni da 5 Ton. a 200 Ton. con scar-tamenti fino a 35 m.

EOT TECHNOLOGICAL BRIDGE CRANESThese cranes are used for heavy, continuous duty and are equip-ped with winches and selected electromechanical components. All crane movements can be controlled by means of the latest electronic systems. It is also possible to install control cabins with air conditioning system. Range of application: 5T./200T. - Wheel span up to 35 m.

GRU A CAVALLETTO BITRAVI E MONOTRAVIGru con travi a cassone o con profili di tipo unificato, impiegate per prestazioni basse e medie, dotate di paranchi a fune e com-ponenti elettromeccanici per movimenti orizzontali selezionati. È possibile avere sui lati, sbalzi lateralipari a max 1/4 dello scartamento dei binari. È possibile anche in questo caso l’uso di inverter per il controllo di velocità. Le dimen-sioni vanno studiate secondo le esigenze applicative.

SINGLE/DOUBLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANES

These cranes have box girders and sections in compliance with the standards in force and are used for low, medium duty.They are equipped with wire rope hoists and selected electrome-chanical components for horizontal movements. It is alsopossible to install an inverter to control the speed. Dimensions depend on the final use of the crane.

GRU A PROVA DI ESPLOSIONEGru Antideflagranti in conformità alla Direttiva Atex 94/9/CE La ETS Engineering Spa progetta e produce gru a ponte, gru a cavalletto, gru a bandiera e paranchi antideflagranti per zona 1 e zona 2 in accordo alla Direttiva europea Atex 94/9/CE e alle prescrizioni della norma-tiva EN 13463. Gru Antideflagranti in conformità alla Direttiva Atex 94/9/CE La ETS Engineering Spa progetta e produce gru a ponte, gru a cavalletto, gru a bandiera e paranchi antideflagranti per zona 1 e zona 2 in accordo alla Direttiva europea Atex 94/9/CE e alle prescri-zioni della normativa EN 13463. La ETS è notificata presso Bureau Veritas per la produzione di macchine antideflagranti avendo deposi-tato il Fascicolo Tecnico di analisi rischi come previsto dall’Allegato VIII della Direttiva Atex. L’osservanza di queste direttive è obbligatoria in Europa dal 1° Lu-glio 2003. Tutti i prodotti ETS soddisfano i requisiti di sicurezza ri-chiesti per le zone a rischio di esplosione legate ad applicazioni Gruppo II e Categorie di rischio 2 e 3 ( Zone 1 e 2 ). EXPLOSION PROOF CRANES

Great production experience in the Ex-d anti-explosion field allows us to supply petrochemical and/or highly explosive environments. For the type and capacity, follow that previously indicated. ETS engineering Spa is able to supply its machines with anti-explo-sive, non sparking, increased safety, closed, externally ventilated, electric motors with brake. All appliances comply with the reque-sted Standards regarding installation in dangerous areas, i.e. areas where explosive atmospheres may develop in determined conditions. The ETS overhead cranes can therefore be used in the pharmaceu-tical, oil, chemical, petrochemical, engineering, process plant engi-neering industries and in the mining and offshore maritime sectors. With the coming into force of the ATEX Directive and therefore the new rules inherent to the anti-explosion sector in force in the whole of Europe and not only, new management and control systems have been introduced to ensure a greater guarantee of safety on products introduced into the market, which are only to be used in potentially explosive environments.Regarding this, ETS is able to supply a product that complies with the ATEX Directive and which is therefore suitable for use in the European market and worldwide. In fact, the applications realised by ETS for ATEX classified plants, both in Italy and the rest of the world (Brazil, Russia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Nigeria, Algeria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, etc…) are numerous.

La realtà connessa alla raccolta e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti rap-presenta oggigiorno uno dei problemi più incalzanti che inve-stono non solo l’Europa ma il mondo intero. Numerose risorse umane e tecnologiche si sono concentratenella ricerca di soluzioni valide a tale problematica. In tale con-testo la ETS engineering si propone come società specializzata nella progettazione eproduzione di sistemi di sollevamento per utilizzo specifico negli impianti per il trattamento dei rifiuti industriali ed urbani. L’utilizzo degli impianti modulari sospesi, rappresenta il massi-mo della flessibilità nella movimentazione di carichi modesti su stazioni di montaggio. Tutte le versioni possono essere fornite complete di carrello paranco elettrico o manuale.Le monorotaie costituiscono la base di un sistema modulare fa-cilmente componibile e di facile montaggio, disponibili con curve a 30°, 45°, 60° e 90°.I carroponti monotrave permettono di servire con più razionalità gli spazi a disposizione, sono fornibili con vie di corsa e kit ac-cessori di montaggio.I carroponti bitrave simili ai monotrave offrono in maggior por-tata sulle luci maggiori, oltre alla possibilità di avere meno in-gombro in altezza. SUSPENDED LIFTING DEVICES

The use of the modular suspended plants represents the best flexibility in handling medium loads in mounting stations. Every version can be supplied with manual/electric winch trolley. Mo-norails represent the bases of a modular system easily assem-bled and mounted. They are available with curves at 30°,45°, 60°, 90°. Single girder overhead bridge cranes permit a better use of the available spaces and can be supplied with runways and mounting component kits. Double girder overhead bridge cranes offer a bigger capacity in bigger spaces and the possibility of having a smaller height he-adroom. They can also be supplied with runways and mounting component kits.
