Unit GS -La caratteristica principale delle unita’ GS e’ di essere costruite in due parti: parte condensante, da installarsi a parete all’esterno della cella e parte evaporante, da installarsi a soffitto all’interno della cella. Questa caratteristica permette di superare tutti i problemi derivanti dalla mancanza di spazio per appli-cazione diretta sulla parete della cella, che impediscono il montaggio del monoblocco; infatti le due parti possono essere montate ad una certa distanza tra di loro. La carrozzeria dell’unita’ condensatrice e dell’evaporatore e’ costruita in lamiera di acciaio preverniciata. Compressori di tipo ermetico. Gli evaporatori sono di tipo piatto a capillare per applicazione a soffitto, con scarico dell’acqua di condensa a perdere. Le unita’ della serie GS vengono consegnate pronte all’uso, cioe’ collaudate e precaricate di refrigerante, sia la parte condensante che quella evaporante. Viene inoltre fornita la tubazione di collegamento, nella lunghezza standard di 2,5 metri anch’essa precaricata. Funzionamento con gas a basso GWP come R134a (TN), R452A (BT) e R290 (PROPANO).

Unità GM - I modelli della serie GM sono unità monoblocco caratterizzate dall’estrema versatilita’ di utilizzo. Nella versione standard sono costruiti per applicazione accavallata sulla parete cella (a tampone su richiesta). La carrozzeria dell’unita’ condensatrice e dell’evaporatore e’ costruita in lamiera di acciaio preverniciata. I compressori sono di tipo ermetico funzionanti con a basso GWP come R134a (TN), R452A (BT) e R290 (PROPANO).

Unit GS - The main characteristic of the GS units is that they are built in two parts: the condensing part, for installation, on the wall, outside the cold room, and the evaporating part to be installed on the ceiling inside the cold room. This feature overcomes all problems due to lack of space on the cold room wall preventing the use of a monoblock; in fact the two parts can be installed some distance apart. The condensing unit and evaporator casings are in pre-painted steel sheet. Hermetic type compressors. The ceiling type evaporators have condensate water drain connections. GS series units are delivered ready to use, i.e. tested and pre-charged with refrigerant, both the condensing part and the evaporating part. Supplied with standard length of 2,5 metres pre-charged connection tubing. Operation with low GWP gases such as R134a (MT), R452A (LT) and R290 PROPANE (MT & LT - Restricted range).

Unit GM - The GM series units are monoblock units featuring extremely versatile use. In the standard version they are built for straddled application on the cold room wall (with thru-the-wall mounting on request). The body of the condensing unit and the evaporator is pre-painted steel sheet. The recipro-cating hermetic compressors are available with low GWP refrigerants such as R134a (MT), R452A (LT) and R290 PROPANE (MT & LT - Restricted range).

Unit GS - Die GS - Einheit setzt sich aus zwei Teilen zusammen: Der eine Teil besteht aus dem Kondensator, der außerhalb der Zelle an der Wand montiert wird, der andere Teil aus dem Verdampfer, der an der Decke innerhalb der Zelle installiert wird. Diese Lösung ermöglicht die Überwindung aller Raumprobleme bei der Direktmontage an der Zellenwand, die bei der Montage in Monoblockform auftreten. Die beiden Teile können in gewissem Abstand voneinander installiert werden. Das Gehäuse der Kondensatoreinheit und Verdampfereinheit wird aus vorbeschichtetem Metallgehäuse her-gestellt. Hermetische Verdichter. Die Flach-Kapillarverdampfer für die Wandmontage sind mit einem Wasserabscheider ausgestattet. Die zweiteiligen Einheiten der GS - Serie bestehend aus Kondensator und Verdampfer werden gebrauchsfertig, also geprüft und mit Kältemittel vorgefüllt geliefert. Zum Lieferumfang der Einheit gehört auch die bereits vorbefüllte Anschlussleitung mit einer Standardlänge von 2,5 Meter. Betrieb mit Gas mit nied- rigem GWP wie R134a (NK), R452A (TK) und R290 (PROPAN).

Unit GM - Die Modelle der GM -Serie sind Monoblock-Einheiten, die sich durch extreme Benutzerfreundlichkeit auszeichnen. In der Standard-Version sind sie für die Wandmontage in Huckepackausführung (oder auf Anfrage als Stopfer) erhältlich. Das Gehäuse der Kondensatoreinheit und Verdampfer- einheit wird aus vorbeschichtetem Metallgehäuse hergestellt. Alle Modelle verfügen über hermetische Verdichter, die mit niedrigem GWP wie R134a (NK), R452A (TK) oder R290 (Propan) arbeiten.

Unidad GS - La característica principal de las unidades GS es la de estar fabricadas en dos partes: la parte de condensación, a instalarse en pared en el exterior de la celda y la parte evaporadora a instalarse en el cielorraso dentro de la celda. Esta característica permite superar todos los problemas que se originan por la falta de espacio para la aplicación directa en la pared de la celda, que impiden el montaje del mono bloque, de hecho las dos partes pueden montarse a cierta distancia entre ellas. La carrocería de la unidad de condensado y el evaporador están fabricadas en chapa de acero pre barnizada. Compresores de tipo hermético. Los evaporadores son de tipo plano con capilar para aplicación a cielorrasos, con descarga del agua de condensado a pérdida. Las unidades de la serie GS se entregan listas para el uso, es decir verificadas y pre-cargadas con refrigerante, ya sea la parte del condensado como aquella evaporadora. Además se suministra la tubería de conexión, de una longitud estándar de 2,5 metros, también pre-cargada. Funcionamiento con gas de bajo GWP como R134a (TN), R452A (BT) y R290 (PROPANO).

Unidad GM - Los modelos de la serie GM son una unidad mono bloque caracterizados por una gran versatilidad en el uso. En la versión estándar están fabricados para su aplicación en pared de celda tipo cruzado (sobre pedido con parche). La carrocería de la unidad de condensado y del eva-porador está fabricada con chapa de acero pre-barnizada. Los compresores son de tipo hermético y funcionan con gas de bajo GWP como R134a (TN), R452A (BT) y R290 (PROPANO).

Les évaporateurs sont du type plat à capillaire pour une application au plafond, avec évacuation de l’eau de condensation en excès. Les unités de la série GS, aussi bien la partie condensation que la partie évaporation, sont livrées prêtes à l’emploi, c’est-à-dire testées et préalablement remplies de réfrigérant. Le conduit de raccordement est également fourni, dans la longueur standard de 2,5 mètres, lui aussi préalablement rempli. Fonctionnement avec gaz à faible GWP tels que R134a (TN), R452A (BT) et R290 (PROPANE).

ZANOTTI for many years has been producing a large range of monoblock units working with natural gases, a line of environment-friendly products specially designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Thanks to its strong wide-ranging experience in the food refrigeration field and in technology research, Zanotti offers the line of compact units using natural and ecological refrigerants that have a low environmental impact, such as Propane R290 and Carbon Dioxide R744. The units are Uniblock versions designed for wall or ceiling mounting, with water or air cooled condensing sy stems. The proposed models use compressors that are specifically designed for these refrigerants and guarantee a high cooling capacity with a low power consumption, thus providing a high COP.

ZANOTTI da anni progetta e produce una vasta gamma di monoblocchi funzionanti a gas naturali, nel segno del rispetto dell’ambiente e della riduzione di emissioni di gas ad effetto serra. Forte della propria esperien za ad ampio raggio nella refrigerazione alimentare e nella continua ricerca tecnologica, propone una gam ma di gruppi compatti che utilizzano refrigeranti naturali ed ecologici poiché a basso impatto ambientale, come il propano R290 e l’Anidride Carbonica R744. Gli impianti sono studiati in versione monoblocco quindi pronti all’uso, per applicazioni a parete o a soffitto, condensati ad acqua o ad aria. I modelli proposti utilizzano compressori appositamente studiati per l’utilizzo di questi refrigeranti e permet tono di ottenere una elevata capacità frigorifera con basso consumo energetico e quindi un elevato COP.
