Ausstattung und Zubehör: Praktischer Edelstahlwagen mit Rädern, Ablagefläche für Holz, Haken zum Aufhängen von Werkzeug und Schürhaken. Backofen mit 60 x 60 cm Garraum, Rauchrohr mit verstellbarem Rauchaustrittsventil und Schornsteinabdeckung, Tür zum Verschließen der Backkammer. Die Backfläche ist aus hochwertigem, für Lebensmittel zugelassenem, feuerfestem Schamotte. Die Innenwand besteht aus rostfreiem Edelstahl, während die Außenseite – aus galvanisiertem Stahl bei hoher Temperatur beschichtet – optimale Beständigkeit gegen Hitze, Wetter und Rost bietet. Die Isolierung des Ofens aus Natursteinwolle hält die Temperatur im Inneren konstant und vermeidet dass die Außenwand zu heiß wird.

Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools, it is provided with wood-holder plate, fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is in stainless steel, while the external one is in electrogalvanized steel treated with paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid that the external structure becomes to hot.

Dotato di pratico carrello in acciaio inox con piano d’appoggio, ruote e gancio porta utensili è fornito di piastra portalegna, utensile ravvivabrace, canna fumaria e cappello, porta di chisura della bocca fuoco. Il piano fuoco è realizzato in chamotte refrattaria di alta qualità e certificata per usi alimentari. La struttura interna è in acciaio inox mentre l’esterna è in acciaio elettrozincato trattato con vernici ad alta temperatura per la massima resistenza al calore, alle intemperie e alla ruggine. La coibentazione del forno è realizzata in lana di roccia naturale e permette di contenere la temperatura più efficacemente e di evitare che la struttura esterna si scaldi troppo.
