FLY

Linee e curve si uniscono per dare vita ad un nuovo movimento: questo è Fly di BMT, una rivoluzione di forme nell’ambiente bagno, un design innovativo e moderno.

LA CASSA E LE ANTE

Fly è disponibile in tutte le fi niture laccate della cartella BMT e nelle nuove essenze Matrix.

La versione laccata è realizzata in Medium Density Nobilitato, mentre quella essenza in truciolare di pioppo classe E1. Non è possibile abbinare casse laccate con ante in essenza

e viceversa, o casse laccate opache con ante laccate lucide e viceversa. La cassa dei pensili con ante in luce è disponibile solo in fi nitura bianca, ed è l’unico caso che ammette

l’accostamento di cassa laccata con anta essenza.

LE FINITURE

Fly è disponibile nelle versioni laccato opaco, lucido e metallizzato, ed essenza Matrix.

Nella versione laccata sono disponibili tutti i colori della cartella BMT. La laccatura opaca è effettuata con vernice poliuretanica, mentre per quella lucida o metallizzata si utilizza

l’ormai consolidata metodologia del non applicare direttamente la vernice lucida, applicando invece dopo la laccatura opaca due strati di vernice lucida trasparente che sarà poi

spazzolata. Così facendo la durezza superfi ciale aumenta, creando un isolamento unico e un aspetto estremamente brillante del mobile.

Per quanto riguarda le essenze, sono disponibili i nuovi laminati Matrix in 4 differenti colori: Bianco, Noce, Canapa e Fumo.

LE GUIDE

Le guide di Fly sono ad estrazione totale, con ammortizzatore di chiusura “Slow Motion”. Esse sono realizzate con sponde in metallo di colore bianco, il quale richiama il colore

dei top in tecnoril caratterizzanti il modello. Sono disponibili come optional i comodi divisori interni in plexiglas.

SPECCHIERE E LAMPADE

Oltre alle classiche lampade alogene, al neon o G9, per Fly sono state adottate nuove tipologie di lampade led con linee che si sposano perfettamente con le forme del mobile;

lampade di design, che completano la modernità di Fly. Per Fly sono disponibili, oltre alle classiche, anche le nuove specchiere con sistema di illuminazione led integrato.

LE MANIGLIE

Caratteristica di Fly è la totale assenza di maniglie, in quanto forme e design di mobile, ante e frontali, con le loro sagomature, creano il sistema di apertura, rendendo superfl uo

l’utilizzo di maniglie. Nel caso di elementi staccati dai top in tecnoril, è disponibile la maniglia a linguetta.

LAVABI

Le vasche di Fly sono integrate nei suoi top in tecnoril, ma è possibile anche l’utilizzo dei lavabi in appoggio in ceramica (ovali o rettangolari), che completano il modello. Questi

sono disponibile nella nuova fi nitura satinata, oltre alla classica lucida.

I TOP

Segno caratteristico ed inconfondibile di Fly sono i suoi top in tecnoril BREVETTATI da BMT. Top unici, disponibili in varie dimensioni, con vasca integrata o in appoggio. Questi top

presentano inoltre la possibilità di avere sul piano delle asole utilizzabili come porta-asciugamano integrati, che aumentano la funzionalità del mobile.

Questi top possono essere installati anche senza porta lavabo; in questo caso il maniglione porta-asciugamano può essere realizzato lateralmente, sulla parte verticale del top.

I top possono essere anche a due vasche, simmetrici e non, realizzati tenendo la parte più spessa dei top tra le due vasche.

Lo scarico dei top è disponibile sia con design a fessura sia con la classica piletta circolare.

TECNORIL

Le specifi cità del materiale Tecnoril risiedono nella composizione di 2/3 di triidrato di alluminio (ricavato dalla bauxite e quindi molto resistente agli agenti chimici) e 1/3 di resina

acrilica (quindi al suo interno assente lo Stirene), che garantisce la preservazione del top da alterazioni di colore (ingiallimento) nel tempo.

Il grado di assorbimento di questo materiale è 0,03% rendendolo inattaccabile da sostanze chimiche tipo acetone, ammoniaca, acido acetico, acido citrico, cloruro di sodio,

soluzioni detergenti, olio, caffè, the, birra, etanolo e anche nel caso di sostanze ancora più aggressive (inchiostro), la macchia penetrerebbe solo di qualche decimo di millimetro.

In dotazione con il top viene fornito un kit di ripristino con il quale è possibile asportare l’eventuale macchia formatasi.

Altre importanti caratteristiche sono l’ottima resistenza al calore e l’elevata durezza (grado durezza barcol = 62). Da non dimenticare inoltre che questo materiale risulta immune

dall’attacco del calcare ed è totalmente atossico. Sono fornite a richiesta le prove tecniche di laboratorio effettuate dall’ente CATAS s.p.a. laboratorio chimico.

Lines and curves are joined to create new movement: this is Fly BMT, a revolution in bathroom shapes with an innovative and modern design.

CARCASE AND DOORS

Fly is available in all the lacquered fi nishes of the BMT colour chart and in the new Matrix wood fi nishes.

The lacquered version is made of Medium Density Fiber board, while the wood fi nish version is made of poplar particle board (Class E1). Lacquered carcases cannot be paired with wood doors

and vice versa, nor can mat lacquered carcases be paired with glossy lacquered doors and vice versa. The cabinet carcase with fl ush doors is only available in the white fi nish, and it is the only

version that allows for combining a lacquered carcase with a wood fi nish door.

FINISHES

Fly is available in the mat, glossy and metallic lacquered versions and in Matrix wood fi nishes. The lacquered version is available in all of the colours of BMT colour chart. The mat lacquering

is done using polyurethane paint, while for glossy and metallic lacquering or the well-established method of not directly applying the glossy paint is used, rather, after applying the mat lacquer,

two layers of clear glossy paint are applied and then brushed. In this way, the surface hardness increases, creating a special insulation and giving the furniture an extremely shiny appearance.

The new Matrix laminates are available in 4 different colours: White, Walnut, Hemp and Smoke.

RUNNERS

Fly runners allow for full drawer extraction, and are equipped with a “Slow Motion” closing damper. They are made with white metal sides which recall the colour of the tecnoril tops which are

characteristic of the model. The convenient internal Plexiglas dividers are available as optionals.

MIRRORS AND LAMPS

In addition to the traditional halogen, neon and G9 lamps, new types of LED lamps were adopted for FLY, with lines that blend perfectly with the shapes of the furniture; designer lamps that

complete the Fly’s modern style. In addition to traditional mirrors, new mirrors with an integrated led lighting system are available for FLY.

HANDLES

The total absence of handles is a characteristic feature of FLY as the shape and design of the furniture’s doors and front panels, with their lines, create the opening system, eliminating the need

for handles. Pull latch handles are available for elements that are separated from the tecnoril tops.

SINKS

Fly washbasins are built into the tecnoril tops but it is possible to use counter mounted ceramic washbasins (oval or rectangular) which enhance the model’s versatility. These are available in

the new satin fi nish, in addition to the classic gloss fi nish.

VANITY TOPS

Unmistakable hallmarks of FLY are its BMT PATENTED tecnoril vanity tops. Unique vanity tops, available in different sizes, with built-in or counter mounted washbasins. The option of having

slots in the tops is also available; these can be used as built-in towel holders and increase the furniture’s functionality. These tops can also be installed without the hole for the washbasin; in

this case, the towel holder bar can be mounted on vertical side of the top. The tops can also have two washbasins, symmetrical and non-symmetrical, made with the thickest part of the top

between the two washbasins. The top drains are available in a slit or classic circular design.

TECNORIL

Tecnoril derives its special properties from its composition, comprising 2/3 aluminium trihydrate (obtained from bauxite and therefore highly resistant to chemicals) and 1/3 acrylic resin (making

the compound absolutely styrene-free), which ensures the top will be immune to yellowing over time.

This material’s absorption level is 0.03%, making it immune to attack by chemicals such as acetone, ammonium, acetic acid, citric acid, sodium chloride, detergent solutions, oil, coffee, tea,

beer and ethanol. Even in the case of even more aggressive substances (ink) the stain only penetrates by a few tenths of a millimetre. The top is supplied complete with a repair kit for removal

of any stains which should form.

Tecnoril also has excellent heat resistance and impressive hardness (barcol hardness = 62). What’s more, this material is unaffected by limescale and completely non-toxic. The technical

laboratory tests performed by the CATAS s.p.a. chemical laboratory are available on request.

FLYDie Kombination gerader und geschwungener Linien zur Schaffung einer neuen Bewegung: Das ist Fly von BMT, eine Revolution der Formen im Bad-Ambiente, ein innovatives und modernes Design.DER KORPUS UND DIE FRONTEN Fly ist in allen lackierten Finishs der BMT-Musterkarte und in den neuen Matrix-Furnieren erhältlich.Die lackierte Version wurde aus MD-Faserplatten gefertigt, die furnierte Version hingegen aus Pappelsperrholz der Klasse E1. Die Kombination von lackiertem Korpus und furnierten Fronten oder umgekehrt oder von matt lackiertem Korpus und glänzend lackierten Fronten oder umgekehrt ist nicht möglich. Der Korpus der Hängeschränke mit Tür im Korpus ist nur im Finish matt weiß erhältlich und nur in diesem Fall ist die Kombination von lackiertem Korpus und furnierter Front möglich.DIE FINISHSFly ist in den Versionen matt, glänzend und metallic lackiert sowie mit Matrix-Furnier erhältlich.Die lackierte Version ist in allen Farben der BMT-Musterkarte erhältlich. Die Mattlackierung wird mit Polyurethanlacken durchgeführt, während für die Hochglanz- oder Metalliclackierung die nunmehr bewährte Methode angewandt wird, den glänzenden Lack nicht direkt aufzutragen, sondern erst nach der Mattlackierung zwei Schichten Transparent-glänzenden Lack aufzutragen, der dann versiegelt wird. Auf diese Weise erhöht sich die Oberfl ächenhärte, es entsteht eine einzigartige Isolierung, und das Möbel erhält ein besonders glänzendes Aussehen. Die Furniere sind in den neuen Matrix-Laminaten in vier verschiedenen Farben erhältlich: Weiß, Nuss, Hanf und Rauch.DIE FÜHRUNGENFly verfügt über voll ausziehbare Führungen und Slow Motion-Einzug. Die Seitenteile wurden aus weißem Metall gefertigt, das auf die Farbe der Platten aus Tecnoril, die das Modell kennzeichnen, abgestimmt ist. Auf Wunsch sind die praktischen Trennwände aus Plexiglas erhältlich.DIE SPIEGEL UND DIE BELEUCHTUNGAbgesehen von den klassischen Halogen-, Neon- oder G9-Lampen, wurde für Fly eine neue Art von LED-Leuchten gewählt, die perfekt auf die Formen des Möbels abgestimmt sind. DIE WASCHBECKENDie Becken von Fly sind in die Platten aus Tecnoril integriert, es ist jedoch auch möglich Aufsatzbecken aus Keramik (oval oder rechteckig) zu verwenden, die die Veränderlichkeit des Modells abrunden. Diese sind abgesehen vom klassischen, glänzenden Finish auch im neuen satinierten Finish erhältlich.DIE PLATTENEin charakteristisches und unverwechselbares Merkmal von Fly sind die von BMT PATENTIERTEN Platten aus Tecnoril. Einzigartige Platten in verschiedenen Größen mit integriertem oder aufgesetztem Becken. Diese Platten bieten außerdem die Möglichkeit, Aussparungen in der Fläche zu haben, die als integrierte Handtuchhalter die Funktionalität des Möbels erhöhen. Diese Platten können auch ohne Waschbeckenkonsole montiert werden. In diesem Fall kann der Handtuchhalter seitlich, an der vertikalen Seite der Platte angefertigt werden.Die Platten können auch für zwei Becken vorgesehen werden, symmetrisch oder nicht, die so angefertigt werden, dass sich der dickere Teil der Platten zwischen den beiden Becken befi ndet.Der Ablauf der Platten ist sowohl mit geschlitzter als auch mit der klassischen runden Ablauföffnung erhältlich.TECNORILDas Besondere an Tecnoril ist seine Zusammensetzung: Es besteht zu zwei Drittel aus Aluminiumtrihydrat (das aus Bauxit gewonnen wird und daher besonders chemikalienbeständig ist) und einem Drittel aus Acrylharz (es ist daher styrenfrei), so dass die Farben auch nach langer Zeit noch schön sind wie am ersten Tag. Der Absorptionsgrad dieses Materials liegt bei 0,03 Prozent; Azeton, Ammoniak, Essigsäure, Zitrussäure, Natriumchlorid, Reinigungsmitteln, Öl, Kaffe, Tee, Bier und Ethanol können ihm nichts anhaben. Extrem aggressive Substanzen wie Tinte dringen nur wenige Zehntelmillimeter tief ein, und die Flecken lassen sich mit dem mitgelieferten Pfl ege-/Nachbehandlungsset problemlos entfernen. Weitere Pluspunkte von Tecnoril sind seine optimale Hitzebeständigkeit und seine außergewöhnliche Härte (62 auf der Barcol-Härteskala). Tecnoril ist kalkunempfi ndlich und absolut ungiftig. Auf Anfrage stellen wirgerne die Ergebnisse der im Prüfl abor CATAS s.p.a. durchgeführten Tests zur Verfügung.

En ce qui concerne les essences de bois, les nouveaux laminés Matrix en 4 différentes couleurs : Blanc, Noyer, Chanvre et AnthraciteLES GLISSIÈRESLes glissières de Fly sont dotées d’un système à extraction totale, avec un amortisseur de fermeture “Slow Motion”. Elles sont réalisées avec des ridelles métalliques blanches, qui rappelle la couleur des plans en tecnoril qui caractérisent le modèle. Les cloisons internes pratiques en plexiglas sont disponibles en option.MIROIRS ET LAMPESOutre aux classiques lampes halogènes, au néon ou G9, pour Fly ont été adoptées de nouvelles typologies de lampes led avec des lignes qui épousent parfaitement les formes du meuble ; des lampes de design qui complètent la modernité de Fly. Pour Fly sont aussi disponibles, en plus des modèles classiques, les nouveaux miroirs avec système d’illumination avec led intégrée.LES POIGNÉESL’une des caractéristiques de Fly est l’absence totale de poignées, puisque les formes et le design du meuble, les portes et les devantures, grâce à leur façonnage, créent le système d’ouverture, rendant ainsi superfl ue l’utilisation de poignées. Dans le cas d’éléments séparés des plans en tecnoril, la poignée à languette est disponible.LES LAVABOSLes vasques de Fly sont intégrées dans les plans en tecnoril, mais il est aussi possible d’utiliser des vasques à poser en céramique (ovales ou rectangulaires), qui complètent la variation du modèle. Elles sont disponibles dans la nouvelle fi nition satinée, outre à la classique fi nition brillante.LES PLANSUn signe caractéristique et unique de Fly sont ses plans en technoril BREVETÉS par BMT. Des plans uniques, disponibles dans différentes dimensions, avec vasque encastrée ou à poser. Ces plans ont en outre la possibilité d’avoir des fentes sur le dessus pouvant servir de porte-serviette intégrés, qui augmentent la fonctionnalité du meuble.Ces plans peuvent être aussi installés sans porte-lavabo ; dans ce cas, la barre porte-serviette peut être fi xée latéralement, sur la partie verticale du plan.Les plans peuvent être aussi à deux vasques, symétriques ou non, réalisés en mettant la partie plus épaisse des plans entre les deux vasques.L’ouverture d’écoulement des plans est disponible aussi bien avec design à fente qu’avec la classique bonde ronde.TECNORILLe matériau Tecnoril doit ses spécifi cités à sa composition particulière - 2/3 de tri-hydrate d’aluminium (obtenu à partir de la bauxite et, donc, très résistant aux agents chimiques) et 1/3 de résine acrylique (exempte de styrène) - qui garantit la protection des surfaces contre toute altération chromatique (jaunissement) dans le temps. Le degré d’absorption (0,03%) rend ce matériau invulnérable aux substances chimiques (par exemple, acétone, ammoniaque, acide acétique, acide citrique, chlorure de sodium, agents détergents, huile, café, thé, bière, éthanol). Même en présence substances plus agressives (par exemple, de l’encre), la tache ne pénétrerait que quelques dixièmes de millimètre. Le dessus est livré de série avec un kit de remise à neuf, permettant d’éliminer d’éventuelles taches.Parmj les autres remarquables caractéristiques de ce matériau, citons l’excellente résistance à la chaleur et la dureté élevée (degré de dureté Barcol = 62). Sans oublier son invulnérabilité au calcaire et son caractère totalement atoxique. Les résultats des essais techniques, menés par le laboratoire chimique CATAS s.p.a., sont disponibles sur simple demande.

CONDITIONS DE VENTE GÉNÉRALES

ORDINI: * Gli ordini saranno da intendersi defi nitivi solo quando BMT li avrà accettati e confermati.

* Per la corretta stesura di ogni ordine è necessario all’atto della compilazione, specifi care esattamente il modello e i codici degli articoli.

Per le composizioni complesse è opportuno un disegno esplicativo. inoltre consigliato durante la compilazione dell’ordine l’utilizzo del modulo dedicato presente

nelle pagine iniziali di ogni specifi co modello.

* Al fi ne di fornire un servizio sempre pIù effi ciente e completo si consiglia di compilare l’ordine tramite CD di Progettazione ed inviarlo via posta elettronica.

CONSEGNE: * Franco destino, per importi superiori a € 750,00. Per importi inferiori, sarà addebitato un contributo del 5% in fattura, con un minimo di € 30,00.

* I tempi di consegna sono da ritenersi puramente indicativi e non vincolanti, ed in nessun caso BMT si riterrà responsabile per danno diretto o

indiretto richiesto per mancata o ritardata consegna. In particolare i tempi per gli ordini “su misura” saranno comunque non inferiori a 60gg.

CONTROLLI: * Controllare attentamente tutta la merce scaricata e in particolare lo stato dei top in cristallo e marmo, degli specchi, dei lavabi e degli accessori.

RECLAMI E GARANZIA: * La denuncia di eventuali difformità e di ogni eventuale reclamo è da effettuarsi tramite raccomandata A/R entro 8gg dalla data di rinvenimento della suddetta

a BMT S.r.l. Via delle fabbriche 2, Borgo Massano 61020 , Montecalvo in Foglia, PU.

* La garanzia ha durata di 24 (ventiquattro) mesi e decorre dalla data di consegna del prodotto ai sensi del DL 24/02.

* La modalità di espletamento della garanzia è oggetto di trattativa tra BMT S.r.l. e il cliente (nel pieno rispetto delle indicazioni fornite dagli art. 1529 bis e segg.

del cod. civ.) previa verifi ca tecnica della presunta difformità. In caso di difetto di conformità, BMT S.r.l. provvede, senza spese per il cliente, al ripristino

della conformità del prodotto mediante riparazione/sostituzione. Se, a seguito di verifi ca tecnica da parte di BMT S.r.l., il vizio non dovesse risultare un difetto di

conformità ai sensi del DL 24/02, al cliente saranno addebitati gli eventuali costi di verifi ca e ripristino richiesti dall’Assistenza Tecnica, nonchè i costi di trasporto

se sostenuti da BMT S.r.l.

* La garanzia non è riconosciuta qualora siano riscontrati difetti/difformità imputabili ad errata installazione, cattiva manutenzione e/o cattivo uso.

* Nonostante BMT presti massima cura nel selezionare i materiali per garantire l’uniformità dei propri prodotti, la conformità dei campioni non deve intendersi

in senso tassativo; questo a maggior ragione per i top in marmo e i cristalli i quali possono presentare naturalmente variazioni di colore e venature.

* Viene escluso ogni diritto del cliente a un risarcimento danni o indennizzo, nonchè qualsiasi responsabilità contrattua le o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o

indiretti a persone e/o cose, provocati da materiali difettosi messi in opera.

RESI: * Non si accettano resi di merce se non preventivamente autorizzati da BMT S.r.l..

* Non si accettano in nessun caso la restituzione di elementi speciali e/o fuori serie.

PREZZI: * I prezzi sono espressi in Euro e si intendono esclusi di IVA, rubinetterie, lavabi e oggettistica.

PAGAMENTI: * IVA RI.BA. 30 gg.fm.

* IMPONIBILE RI.BA. 30gg.fm sconto 3%; RI.BA 60 gg.fm.; RI.BA. 30/60/90 gg.fm.

* Per importi inferiori a € 1.000,00 unica RI.BA 60 gg.fm.

LEGGE APPLICABILE: * Il contratto di vendita tra il Cliente e BMT S.r.l. si intende concluso in Italia e regolato dalla Legge Italiana. Per la soluzione di controversie civili e penali unico

competente è il tribunale della ditta emittente.

AVVERTENZE: * BMT S.r.l. si riserva la facoltà di apportare in qualunque momento e senza preavviso tutte le modifi che che si rendono opportune.

* Si declinano inoltre, ogni responsabilità per eventuali inesattezze derivanti da errori di stampa o trascrizione.

CONDITION DE VENTE GÉNÉRALES

ORDERS: * Orders shall not be considered as defi nitive until accepted and confi rmed by BMT.

* In order to ensure accuracy, when compiling all orders the article codes and model must always be specifi ed.

An explanatory drawing should be provided for complex compositions. In addition, orders should always be compiled using the form provided in the introductory

pages to each specifi c model.

* In order to ensure an effi cient, complete service, orders should preferably be compiled using the CD and dispatched by email.

DELIVERIES: * Delivery times are purely guideline and not binding, and under no circumstances shall BMT be considered responsible for direct or indirect damages claimed

for failure to deliver or late delivery. In particular, all delivery times for custom orders shall be no less than 60 days.

CHECKS: * Inspect all goods unloaded thoroughly, and in particular check the condition of plate glass and marble tops, mirrors, washbasins and accessories.

CLAIMS AND WARRANTY: * All defects or complaints must be reported by registered letter with return receipt within 8 days of discovery to BMT S.r.l. Via delle fabbriche 2,

* The warranty is valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product in accordance with Italian Law 24/02.

* The way in which warranty cover is provided shall be the subject of negotiation between BMT S.r.l. and the customer (in full compliance with the requirements

of art. 1529 (2) and following articles of the Italian Civil Code) further to technical verifi cation of the presumed defect. In case of nonconformities, BMT S.r.l. shall

repair or replace the product to render it compliant with the order specifi cations, at no charge to the customer.

If technical checks by BMT S.r.l. reveal that the fault does not constitute a nonconformity under Italian Law 24/02, any costs for inspection and repair

requested from the After-Sales Service, together with the freight costs if met by BMT S.r.l., shall be charged to the customer.

* The warranty shall not apply in case of defects/nonconformities due to improper installation, poor maintenance and or incorrect use.

* Although BMT takes the greatest care when selecting its materials in order to guarantee its products uniformity, in no sense shall conformity with

samples be considered as absolute; this applies in particular to marble and plate glass tops, when variations in colour and vein patterns may naturally be present.

* The customer shall forfeit all entitlement to damages or compensation, and BMT shall have no contractual or non-con tractual liability for direct or indirect injury

and/or damage caused, in the event of the installation of faulty materials.

RETURNS: * No returns of goods shall be accepted unless authorised in advance by BMT S.r.l..

* Under no circumstances shall the return of special and/or custom elements be accepted

PRICES: * Prices are in Euros and do not include VAT, tap fi ttings, washbasins and ornaments.

APPLICABLE LAW: * The sales contract between the Customer and BMT S.r.l. is fi nalised in Italy and shall be subject to Italian Law.

The law court in the vendorís place of business shall have jurisdiction over civil and criminal legal disputes.

WARNINGS: * BMT S.r.l. reserves the right to make all modifi cations it considers appropriate at any moment without notice.

* Moreover, all responsibility for any inaccuracies deriving from printing or typing errors is declined.
