Direttiva P.E.D. 97/23/CE del 29.05.1997La Direttiva n° 97/23/CE (P.E.D.) viene coperta dalla certifi cazione in accordo alla EN 10204/3.1 e secondo le ISO 9000-9002 in posses-so dei produttori da noi utilizzati ed ottenute tramite enti qualifi cati con riconoscimento internazionale.I requisiti della Direttiva P.E.D. sono applicabili alla progettazione, fabbricazione e conformità delle attrezzature a pressione.Per esigenze di applicazione diverse, ove vengono richieste particolari condizioni di utilizzo, queste ultime dovranno essere eviden-ziate in fase di richiesta e da noi valutate di conseguenza.I singoli componenti da noi forniti (quali ad esempio lamiere, tubi, raccordi a saldare di testa, fl ange raccorderia forgiata per alta pressione, tiranteria, guarnizioni etc.) rappresentano solo una parte dell’attrezzatura a pressione.Per questo motivo non rientrano nella Direttiva 97/23/CE, in quanto non sono singolarmente soggetti al collaudo P.E.D. che invece avviene in fase fi nale ad attrezzatura montata.

P.E.D. Directive 97/23/EC dated 29.05.1997The Directive n° 97/23/EC (P.E.D) is covered by the certifi cation in accordance with EN 10204 /3.1 and ISO 9000-9002 Standard owned by our Suppliers and issued from internationally qualifi ed Bodies. The requirements of the P.E.D. Directive are applicable to the planning, fabrication and conformity of the pressure equipments. Different applications requirements, where particular utilization conditions are required, have to be highlighted in the enquiry and consequently evaluated.The single components supplied (for example sheets, pipes, BW fi ttings, fl anges, forged fi ttings for high pressure, rods, gaskets, etc.) are only a part of the pressure equipment. They are not covered by the Directive 97/23/EC, because they are not separately tested according to P.E.D., which is carried out only on the assembled equipment at the fi nal stage.
