• Gli ospiti all’arrivo sono tenuti a consegnare i loro documenti d’identità per la registrazione.

• È vietato l’ingresso ai non ospiti della struttura, previa autorizzazione della Direzione e secondo le modalità comunicate.

• I minorenni sono ammessi se accompagnati dai genitori o accompagnatori maggiorenni autorizzati. I genitori sono sempre responsabili dei loro fi gli, sollevando la Direzione da ogni responsabilità.

• Verrà consegnato agli ospiti un foglio informativo con orari vari d’esercizio e altre informazioni.

• Gli apparecchi radio o simili devono essere utilizzati a basso volume e ogni dipendente è autorizzato al controllo.

• Ciascun ospite è tenuto a custodire gli oggetti di sua proprietà. La Direzione non si assume alcuna responsabilità per smarrimenti o asportazioni dei valori o cose non consegnati in custodia, in special modo nel periodo di chiusura della struttura.

• La presenza di cani è regolamentato secondo le modalità descritte dagli addetti della reception.

• Nella struttura si effettua la raccolta differenziata e i rifi uti vanno portati

negli appositi contenitori dislocati all’interno della struttura.

• La Direzione non risponde per danni causati da calamità naturali, caduta di alberi o rami, l’interruzione di energia elettrica o acqua per cause di forza maggiore.

CAMPING:

• La Direzione ha la facoltà di assegnare la piazzola ad ogni campeggiatore.

• E’ severamente vietato scavare fossette intorno alle tende o verande, versare liquidi in piazzola o nelle fontanelle e accendere fuochi. E’ ammesso l’uso della griglia a carbonella purché: sia sempre sorvegliata, sia tenuta a debita distanza da tende o verande e il fumo non disturbi i vicini.

• I recipienti del WC chimico, vanno vuotati negli appositi locali all’interno del fabbricato dei servizi igienici.

• La biancheria e le stoviglie devono essere lavate solo negli appositi lavelli al primo piano dell’edifi cio dei servizi igienici.

• I signori Campeggiatori sono pregati di mantenere la piazzola pulita e in ordine.

La direzione

• Die Gäste müssen beim Check-in ihren Reisepass oder Personalweis vorlegen

• Besucher sind auf dem Campingplatz nur mit Genehmigung des Personalmanagement erlaubt

• Minderjährige sind nur mit Eltern oder mit autorisierten Erwachsenen erlaubt. Die Eltern sind immer für ihre Kinder verantwortlich, das Management ist nicht verantwortlich für jede Handlung oder jedes Ereignis der Kinder

• Nach dem Check-in erhalten die Gäste ein Informationsblatt über den Zeitablauf der verschiedenen Dienste.

• Radios oder ähnliche Geräte dürfen in geringer Lautstärke benutzt werden und jeder Campingmitarbeiter darf jeden Missbrauch kontrollieren.

• Das Management übernimmt keine Haftung für Verlust und Diebstahl. Die Gäste sind für ihre persönlichen Gegenstände verantwortlich, außer diese werden an das Empfangspersonal übergeben.

• Für das Mitführen von Hunden gibt es spezifi sche Regeln, die Sie vom Empfangspersonal erhalten.

• In der Ferienanlage und auf dem Campingplatz fi nden die Gäste verschiedene Stellen, wo sie den Müll entsorgen können. Die

dort vorgegebene Mülltrennung ist zu beachten (Papier/Glas/Plastik-Dosen/nicht recycelbar)

• Das Management übernimmt keine Haftung für Katastrophenschäden oder Naturkatastrophen, Fall von Zweigen und Energie/Wasser Unterbrechung aufgrund höherer Gewalt.

CAMPING:

• Das Management wird den Gästen den Campingstellplatz zuweisen.

• Auf dem Campingplatz ist es verboten, kleine Gräben oder Löcher zu graben, um Flüssigkeiten zu schütten und Feuer zu zünden. Grillen ist nur mit Holzkohle und unter jemandes Aufsicht erlaubt, von den Zelten weit entfernt und dass es die Zeltnachbarn nicht stört.

• Die Chemietoiletten dürfen nur in der hierfür eingerichteten Entsorgungsstelle im Sanitärgebäude entsorgt werden.

• Kleidung und Geschirr müssen im speziellen Becken im ersten Stock des Sanitärgebäudes gewaschen werden.

• Die Camper müssen ihre Stellplätze sauber und in Ordnung halten.

• The guests must show their passports or identity cards when checking in.

• The people who have not checked in are allowed inside the campsite only with the permission of the management staff.

• Minors are allowed only with parents or with authorized adults. The parents are always responsible for their children, the management is not responsible for any act or event of the children.

• After checking in the guests will receive a piece of paper with the information about the timing of the different services.

• Radios or similar equipments must be used with low volume and every camping employee may control any misuse.

• The management is not responsible for any loss or theft. The guests are responsible for their belongings, unless these are handed in to the reception staff.

• The presence of dogs is regulated by specifi c rules that can be provided by the reception staff.

• Inside the holiday resort and the camping site the guests will fi nd different spots where they must bring

the rubbish. The rubbish must be collected according to the different bins (paper/glass/plastic-tins/unrecyclable).

• The management is not responsible for any calamity damage or natural disaster, fall of branches and energy/water interruption due to force majeure.

CAMPING:

• The management will assign the camping pitch to the guests.

• On the camping pitch, it is forbidden to dig small ditches or holes, to pour liquids and to set fi res. Grilling is allowed only with charcoal, as far as it is under someone’s control, away from tents and it does not annoy the camping neighbors.

• The toilet tanks must be emptied inside the specifi c room in the sanitary building.

• Clothing and dishes must be washed in the specifi c basins on the fi rst fl oor of the sanitary building.

• The campers must keep their pitch tidy and clean.
