La storia“Così com’è” nasce come residenza privata di una famiglia livornese, la realizzazione del desiderio di vivere il mare in piena libertà, direttamente a contatto con la salsedine e il rumore delle onde.

Perché tutti dovremmo avere una vita vista mare.

History“Così com’è” was originally a private house belonging to a family from Livorno, the come true desire of living the sea in full freedom, in close contact with the salty air and the sound of the waves.After a recent renovation, the last descendants of the family decided to open the doors to guests, in order to share this tiny jewel upon the sea rocks, to let also others to enjoy sunny days, octopuses and laughs and nights spent telling stories under pale lights, watching at the horizon and fire red sunsets.

Because everybody should have a waterfront life.

Dopo una recente ristrutturazione, gli ultimi discendenti della famiglia hanno deciso di aprire le porte agli ospiti, per condividere con loro questo piccolo gioiello a picco sugli scogli.Per lasciare che anche altri possano godere di giornate di sole, polpi e risate e di notti di storie raccontate sotto luci soffuse, ammirando l’orizzonte e tramonti rosso fuoco.

“Così com’è” si affaccia al mare sulla costa frastagliata di Quercianella, tra il castello Sidney Sonnino e Castiglioncello, teatro della bella vita cinematografica degli anni ‘50. Un solarium, una terrazza per le colazioni e una terrazza panoramica sul tetto sfidano sfacciate il sole e l’orizzonte, mentre una scalinata privata affronta la discesa verso l’acqua e gli scogli pettinati dove sonnecchiano pomodori di mare, ricci e nicchi di re.D’altronde, come scrive Caramagna, re degli aforismi: “Cosa manca alla vita quando in una notte d’estate l’alito delle stelle apre le finestre e vi butta dentro il profumo del mare?”

“Così com’è” is fronting the sea of the rugged coastline of Quercianella, between Sidney Sonnino Castle and Castiglioncello, the theater of the 50s Cinematographic bella vita.A suntanning sea facing terrace, a breakfast terrace and a panoramic roof terrace are there standing braze challenging the hot sun and the horizon while a private staircase faces the downhill to the sea and the brushed rocks on which sea tomatoes, sea urchins and rainbow wrasses are taking a nap. Una struttura moderna, dove il bianco la fa da padrone, quasi a riverberare ancor di più l’azzurro profondo del mar Tirreno di scoglio che le sta davanti.

All’interno vi aspettano 5 camere tutte al primo livello della residenza, di cui due con bagno privato, in cui il profumo del mare e il mormorio delle vento entrano senza chiedere permesso e vi invitano a dimenticare frenesia e caos.

Inside the house the guests will be hosted in 5 rooms, all at the first floor, two with a private bathroom. Here the smell of the sea and the whispering of the wind get inside without asking and invite you to forget about troubles and chaos.

The double bed room named Giglio is provided with a private bathroom (shower) and an amazing sea sight from a private balcony. It also has a minibar, digital TV, air conditioning. Taken care of in the smallest details, Giglio room is the best choice if you seek for the maximum comfort.

ElbaLa camera con letto matrimoniale Elba dispone di un bagno privato con doccia ed una piacevole vista sul giardino privato della residenza.E’ dotata di mini frigo bar, tv digitale satellitare, aria condizionata.Curata ed arredata con mobili dal fascino retrò e marino.

The double bed room named Elba is provided with a private bathroom (shower) and a pleasant sight on the private garden of the house. It also has minibar, digital TV, air conditioning. Elba room is nicely cared and embellished with vintage-sea forniture.

CapraiaLa camera Capraia, che prende luce da un grande lucernario, dispone di un letto alla francese con bagno in comune sempre sullo stesso livello della residenza.E’ dotata di mini frigo bar, tv digitale satellitare, aria condizionata.Design moderno e caratteristiche rifiniture in legno e pietra.

The double room named Capraia is furnished with a french-size bed. It is illuminated throughout a roof window and has a shared bathroom, located at the same floor. It has minibar, digital TV and air conditioning. Capraia has a modern design and is characterized by wood and stone materials.

PianosaLa camera Pianosa dispone di due letti singoli con bagno in comune sempre sullo stesso livello della residenza.E’ dotata di mini frigo bar, tv digitale satellitare, aria condizionata.Il verde acqua come colore predonimante rende l’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante.

The two single bed room named Pianosa has a shared bathroom (shower) which is located at the same floor. It has minibar, digital TV and air conditioning. Water green is the predominant color of Pianosa giving the room a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

GorgonaLa camera Gorgona dispone di due letti singoli con bagno in comune sempre sullo stesso livello della residenza.E’ dotata di mini frigo bar, tv digitale satellitare, aria condizionata.Letti in ferro battuto con un tocco di giallo nell’arredo.

The room named Gorgona has two single beds and a shared bathroom (shower), located at the same floor. It has minibar, digital TV and air conditioning. Gorgona is furnished with wrought iron beds and finished with yellow decorations.

A suntannig terrace right upon the sea rocks is provided with a shower, sun-bathing beds and a large sun umbrella. The sea can be reached directly through a private staircase.

Una colazione gustosa ed arricchita da prodotti locali del territorio come marmellate, miele, dolci artigianali viene servita al piano terra con una sala interna ed una terrazza esterna.

Guests are offered a delicious italian style breakfast enriched with products from local crafters such as jams, honey, artisanal cakes and pastry. Breakfast is served at the ground floor in an indoor room and an outdoor terrace.
