INSTRUCTIONS – WARNINGS instructions for use:

Wash thoroughly before using the baskets with a degreaser for dishes and dry, repeat if necessary after use,

they can be washed in the dishwasher, too.

It is recommended to store the equipment in a dry and hygienic place, for example in a kitchen cabinet.

Before inserting the plug into a power outlet, verify that the installation complies with the equipment and read

the safety rules.

Prepare fruit and vegetables, cut in half by resting them with the peel in contact with the net of the basket.

Arrange the products uniformly on the net of the basket without superimposing.

Valla Food Dryer is equipped with a switch of 3 different temperatures:

DRYING TIMES - TIPS times are approximate, since they depend on the thickness of the food and the degree of humidity Mushrooms Clean the mushrooms gently and thoroughly, cut into slices of 5-10 mm Time required: 6-8 hours, but not less than 6 hours, for a correct conservation (ca 2 hours on temperature 3, then proceed on temperature 2) NOTE: After the first 2 hours in 2 baskets below the mushrooms will be reduced leaving too much space between the slices, then you can gather them all in one basket and place it at the base of the column, if you add new mushrooms to dry, consider putting them on top of the column. It is recommended that the mushrooms are completely dehydrated, in case of doubt, leave 1 hour more. You may also want to try lottima mushroom powder to flavor, in oder to taste the dishes: just finely grind the dried mushrooms.
