La produzione comprende una vasta gamma di fardellatrici a lancio fi lm termoretraibile, incartonatrici wrap around, vassoiatrici e linee combinate.Attraverso l’incremento della ricerca e la progettazione di nuovi sistemi meccanici ed elettronici volti a ottimizzare il proprio prodotto, DIMAC oggi fornisce soluzioni tecniche originali e d’avanguardia, anticipando e mantenendo il passo con la costante evoluzione del packaging.Determinante in questo cammino è stato lo studio delle esigenze di mercato, condotto attraverso l’analisi delle richieste e delle osservazioni della clientela: in quest’ottica le scelte politiche e di marketing hanno indirizzato l’azienda su strade profondamente diverse da quelle della grande produzione in serie. Since joining the AETNA GROUP in 1987, DIMAC has succeeded, renewing and diversifying the own production, to become a leader for the wrapping with shrink fi lm and cartooning, supplying machines to a wide and diverse range of industries (bottling, preserves, food, pet food, pharmaceutical, etc...).The production range includes shrink wrapping machines with fi lm thrusting system, wrap-around case packers, tray packers and combined lines.This success has been achieved through continua investment in research and development, resulting in improvements in overall design and mechanical and electrical specifi cations. TUNNEL DI TERMORETRAZIONELa struttura del tunnel è stata realizzata per garantire la massima coibentazione e di conseguenza risparmi di energia. Massima attenzione è stata posta ai fl ussi d’aria interni per evitare turbolenze all’interno del tunnel e quindi permette di termoretrarre qualunque tipo di fardello per ottenere un risultato fi nale di altissima qualità.

HEAT SHRINK TUNNELThe tunnel was constructed to guarantee maximum insulation and, consequently, save energy. The utmost attention was paid to internal air fl ows to avoid turbulences inside the tunnel and therefore heat shrink any type of bundle to provide high quality results.

MAGAZZINO CARTONII vassoi o falde vengono prelevati dal magazzino attraverso uno speciale braccio di presa dotato di sistema venturi per formare il vuoto e relative ventose di presa.

BLANK MAGAZINETrays or fl at cartons are retrieved from the magazine by a special arm equipped with a Venturi system to create a vacuum and relevant suction cups.

RISALITA CARTONEI vassoi o le falde vengono trasferiti dal magazzino cartoni tramite sistema di risalita meccanico e vengono posizionati sotto il prodotto. Il Cambio formato è facilitato mediante meccanismi di regolazione a volantino.

BLANK RISETrays are transferred from the carton magazine by a mechanical rise system and are positioned under the product. Size change is facilitated by hand wheel adjustment mechanisms.

CHIUSURA VASSOIIl lembo anteriore del vassoio è piegato da due denti frontali mentre il lembo posteriore è piegato da due denti montati su 2 diverse catene. La colla viene spruzzata sulla parte interna dei lembi che vengono così chiusi sfruttando il movimento continuo del prodotto. Due barre fi sse piegano i lembi a completare il vassoio.

TRAY CLOSUREThe front tray fl ap is folded by two front teeth while the rear fl ap is folded by two teeth assembled on 2 different chains. Glue is sprayed on the internal part of the fl aps which are closed exploiting continuous product movement. Two fi xed bars fold the fl aps to complete the tray.

LASER is DIMAC’s new innovation to complete the bundling machine range. The new Laser series guarantees high performance with innovative technical solutions keeping the pace with demands for medium-low capabilities. The components and technical solutions already installed on other group machines have led to the achievement of important standardisation and industrialisation goals. The Laser series has an innovative design and was conceived to be easy to use and install with better machine parameter control through the touch screen operator panel.The utmost attention was paid to the fi lm welding and cutting phase by a height adjustable welder that provides the best performance with the various processed products.Wrapped product is transferred to the highly insulated tunnel for perfect heat shrinking and consequent energy savings. The following versions are available in the Laser family:• LASER F fi lm only• LASER P fi lm only or fl at carton + fi lm• LASER T fl at carton + fi lm or tray + fi lmwith production capacity up to 20 packages/min. Application sectors vary although we specifi cally suggest the traditional beverage and food sectors.

LASERLaser è una nuova proposta DIMAC per completare la gamma di fardellatrici. La nuova serie Laser garantisce alte prestazioni, con innovative soluzioni tecniche al passo con le richieste del mercato per le basse cadenze. La componentistica e soluzioni tecniche già presenti su altre macchine del gruppo ha permesso di perseguire importanti obbiettivi di standardizzazione ed industrializzazione. La serie Laser presenta un design innovativo, ed è stata progettata pensando ad un facile utilizzo da parte dell’operatore, una facile installazione ed un controllo migliore dei parametri della macchina attraverso il panello operatore tipo “touch screen”. Massima attenzione è stata posta sulla fase di saldatura e taglio fi lm tramite il saldatore con regolazione in altezza per permetterne la massima resa con i diversi prodotti da lavorare.Il prodotto avvolto viene trasferito al tunnel ad alta coibentazione per permettere una perfetta termoretrazione e conseguente risparmio di energia. Della famiglia LASER saranno disponibili le seguenti versioni:• LASER F solo fi lm• LASER P solo fi lm o falda piana+fi lm• LASER T falda piana + fi lm o vassoio+fi lmcon produzioni fi no a 20 pacchi/min.
