E’ difficile descrivere il mio stato d’animo quando un giorno di marzo del 2009 ho ricevuto l’incarico dal Sin-daco del comune di Barano d’Ischia di gestire il parco di Nitrodi.

Passeggiando nel Parco abbandonatevi a ciò che vi comunicano i vostri sensi.

Vedrete le innumerevoli sfumature di verde, potrete sentire gli aromi del Medi-terraneo più vivo nell’aria,

toccare le calde rocce vul-caniche che si sono forma-te nel cuore dell’isola e qui fuoriescono. Fermatevi… non mancherete di udire i suoni della natura… Gusta-te le bevande del benesse-re…Ecco! Quando posso, amo ricordare agli ospiti che questo luogo è stato con-cepito per far rivivere ciò che provavano gli antichi Romani, che già duemila anni fa qui a Nitrodi tra-scorrevano le loro giornate

di ozio.Forse, adesso, potrete im-maginare il mio stato d’ani-mo (da ischitano) quel gior-no di marzo…

La Fonte delleNinfe di Nitrodi

Il clima e l’ambiente naturale dell’isola d’Ischia, le acque termali di cui è ricca offrono la possibilità di un’esperienza di benessere olistica, che rigenera, cioè, corpo e spirito insieme.

La Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi racchiude in sé concentrati in uno spazio di rara armonia e grande bellezza tutti que-sti elementi per cui il soggiorno nel Parco regala piace-re all’organismo ed allo spirito e offre al tempo stesso la possibilità di giovarsi delle capacità terapeutiche scienti-ficamente riconosciute e note da oltre due millenni delle acque termali che sgorgano direttamente dalla profondità della roccia.

Le acque di Nitrodi sono famose fin dall’età romana. In questo luogo, infatti, esisteva un piccolo santuario dedi-cato ad Apollo ed alle Ninfe chiamate Nitrodi appunto e che erano custodi della fonte. Gli ammalati venivano a ba-gnarsi e a bere l’acqua per giovarsi delle sue eccezionali capacità terapeutiche. La straordinaria documentazione storica ed archeologica di ciò è costituita da una serie di lastre votive (oggi conservate al Museo Archeologico di Napoli), dedicate alle Ninfe ed al dio da medici e pazienti come segno di riconoscenza per la salute ritrovata.

L’acqua di Nitrodi è classificata come “acqua minerale ipotermale solfata alcalina e alca-lina terrosa” e le sue proprietà terapeutiche sono state riconosciute dal ministero della Salute con il decreto 3509 del 9-10-2003.

L’efficacia maggiore dell’acqua di Nitrodi si riscontra nella cura delle dermatiti e quindi in quasi tutte le patologie che colpiscono la pelle (eczemi, acne, neurodermatiti). Attraver-so il contatto, è particolarmente efficace nelle manifestazioni ulcerose da varici, poiché agisce sui processi nutrizionali dei tessuti con cui viene a contatto, pertanto l’acqua di Nitrodi è indicata nella terapia di piaghe, fistole, foruncoli, ustioni e ferite ulcerose. Si consiglia, dopo essersi bagnati, di lasciare asciugare naturalmente l’acqua di Nitrodi sulla pelle, al calore del sole, potenziandone in tal modo l’efficacia.La cura idropinica, vale a dire effettuata bevendo l’acqua, ha, invece, azione diuretica, digestiva, disintossicante e gastrocalmante.

te aromatiche ed officinali, di potenziare gli effetti delle acque. Si consiglia, quindi, dopo aver bevuto l’acqua stessa ed aver fatto una doccia, di passeggiare nel Parco e sostare negli spazi idroaromaterapici. Qui, toc-cando con le mani ancora bagnate le piante di rosma-rino, salvia, lavanda, timo,

mirto ecc. si stimola l’intero organismo, il sistema car-diocircolatorio e respirato-rio e le difese immunitarie, ma soprattutto si aiuta il re-cupero psicosomatico dei cicli circadiani, che nella nostra vita quotidiana si al-lontanano dai ritmi naturali. Dopo la doccia, si consiglia di sfiorare le piante con le mani dal basso verso l’al-to e quindi massaggiarsi il corpo (con il rosmarino, in particolare, per il suo effet-to rinvigorente), facendo sempre attenzione a non danneggiare rami e foglie.

Il Parco della Fonte di Nitrodi è un’oasi di benessere che abbraccia tutto il corpo e la persona: insieme all’acqua termale e al percorso idroaromaterapico, è possibile anche gustare granite preparate con acqua di Nitrodi e tisane a base di erbe officinali scelte per le loro virtù terapeutiche scientificamente accertate. Per preparare gli infusi, dolcificati esclusivamente con miele di Ischia, si utilizzano esclu-sivamente erbe raccolte nel Parco annesso alla Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi alle prime luci dell’alba, nel momento balsamico delle varie specie di piante prescelte. In tal modo, nell’acqua di Nitrodi con cui si preparano gli infusi vengono veicolati gli oli essenziali e i principi attivi delle erbe fresche, che crescono in un suolo ricchissimo di sali minerali, retaggio dell’antico fondale marino sollevato da movimenti geologici circa 55.000 anni fa.

Tè delle Ninfe per il Mattino. Granita di tè con limone e mentaRinvigorente e rinfrescante, contribuisce a far ripartire il metabolismo lento del mat-tino.

Infuso di Venere per il Primo Pomeriggio. Granita a base di una miscela di piante aromaterapiche del ParcoSono presenti mirto, rosmarino, salvia, menta. Riequilibrante e tonico, ha capacità balsa-micche e depuranti.

Infuso di Apollo per il Tardo Pomeriggio. Granita di alloro e camomillaRasserenante e riequilibrante, ha capacità antisettiche ed antinfiammatorie.

Elisir di aloe. Bevanda a base di gel di aloe, menta e limoneAntinfiammatorio, riequilibrante, vitaminiz-zante.

Infuso di vite rossa. Bevanda a base di fo-glie di vite rossaUtile per riattivare la microcircolazione.

LAVANDA

Lavandola officinalis L.

Durante le epide-mie di peste, la gente riempiva le tasche degli abiti di infiorescenze di lavanda per il loro eccezionale potere antisettico.Antidepressivo, i fiori e le foglie con-tengono un’essen-za molto profumata che agisce da se-dativo del sistema nervoso centrale e di quello respi-ratorio. Attenua le cefalee e i dolori in genere.

SALVIA

Salvia officinalis L.

Il nome “salvia” deriva dal latino “salvus” in quanto si riteneva la pianta un rimedio univer-sale.Afrodisiaco, antide-pressivo, antisetti-co, tonico.

TIMO

Thymus vulgaris L.

Gli antichi Greci lo usavano nella cura del corpo e lo bruciavano come incenso nei templi.Stimola l’appetito e facilita la dige-stione, disinfetta e combatte i parassiti intestinali. Aumenta le difese immunita-rie. Calma la tosse e le infezioni del sistema respira-torio.

Dedicato ad Apollo è simbolo di purifi-cazione ed orna la fronte di poeti ed eroi.Antistress e riequi-librante del biorit-mo, rasserenante. In infuso combatte le gastralgie e i problemi al sistema respiratorio grazie alle sue proprietà calmanti ed antin-fiammatorie.

Nell’isola d’Ischia crescono ben 5 specie di menta, di cui una prende il nome dall’isola appunto (Menta Inarimensis).E’ antispasmodica e stimolante nelle atonie intestinali.

Sacro a Venere, è simbolo di Purezza e Amore.Tonico e antiset-tico. Balsamico, depurativo e corro-borante.

ROSMARINO

Rosmarinus officinalis L.

Dedicato ad Afrodite è simbolo di Giovinezza e di Bellezza.Analgesico. Rivitalizzante e stimolante delle funzioni gastriche e biliari.

LIMONE

Citrus limon L.

Sacro presso gli Egizi, è simbolo di Salute e Vitalità.Rigenerante, rinvi-gorente, tonico, ha notevoli capacità antisettiche.

Questi rilievi marmorei, di epoca romana, furono donati come ex voto alle Ninfe custodi della fonte di Nitrodi e al dio Apollo da medici e pazienti che frequentavano la fonte e si curavano con le sue acque. Le undici lastre e il piccolo altarino furono ritrovati nel 1757 ancora presso la fonte e sono oggi conservati al Museo Archeologico di Napoli.

It is diffi cult to describe how I felt in March 2009 on the day when the Mayor of Barano d’Ischia asked me to manage the Nitrodi Park……

As you walk in the Park abandon yourself and let your senses enjoy the ex-perience.

Your eyes will see nume-rous shades of green, your nose will smell the fra-grances of the Mediterra-

nean in the air, your hands will touch the hot volcanic rocks which have formed in the heart of the island. Stop for a little while…listen to the sounds of na-ture… Enjoy the drinks of wellbeing…Enjoy this experience! I like to remind visitors that this park has been conceived to offer the pleasure enjoyed by the Ancient Romans two thousand years ago, who used to spend idle days here at Nitrodi...

Maybe now you can ima-gine how I felt on that spe-cial day in March…it had a special meaning for me as Ischia is where I was born.

The climate and natural environment of ischia island, the Thermal waters can offer a possibility to have an unique Experience of wellbeing which can regenerate your body and soul together. In this place existed a small sanctuary dedicated to apollo and to ninphs called nitrodi, they were caretakers of the source. ill people came here to flow through, drink water and take an advantage of their special therapeutic ability. an extra-ordinary historical and archaeological documentation for-med with one series of votive plates ( nowadays are kept in archaeological museum of naples) dedicated to ninphs and god by medicals and patients as a sign of the gratitude for the health return.

These marble reliefs, which date back to Roman times, were donated as votive offerings to the Nymphs that guarded the spring of Nitrodi and to the Greek god Apollo by doctors and patients who went to the spring and were healed by its water. The eleven slabs and the small altar were found in 1757 near the spring; today they are kept in the Archaeolo-gical Museum in Naples.

Очень тяжело описать моё душевное состояние когда однажды в марте 2009 года мэр Барано ( Иския ) поручил мне управлять парком Нитроди. Когда гуляете парком нужно расслабится и получать удовольствие от всего, что вас окружает. Увидите большое

количество зелени, сможите почувствовать аромат Средиземноморья, прикоснутся к горячим вулканическим скалам. Остановитесь и вы услышите звуки природы. Продегустируйте напитки благополучия..... Мне нравится рассказывать гостям, что это место было создано

Климат и естествинная среда острова Искья, термальные воды на которые богата дают возможность регенерировать тело и душу.

Родник Нимф Нитроди включает в себя совокупность в одном месте редкосную гармонию и красоту и потому пребывание в парке дарит радость телу и душе одновременно дает возможность использовать лечебные свойства термальной воды которые вытекает из глубины скалы.

Воды Нитроди знамениты со времён Древнего Рима. В этом месте существовал небольшой храм Аполону и Нимфам которые назывались Нитроди и были хранительницами родника. Историческая и археологическая документация состоящая из серий плит ( которые находятся сегодня в АрхеологическомМузеи Неаполя) посвещённая Нимфам и богу от врачей и пациентов в знак признательности за здоровье.

Лучшее воздействие воды Нитроди можно увидеть при лечении дерматитов, почти всех патологий, которые поражают кожу ( екзема, акне, неуродерматиты). Вода особенно еффективна при варикозе и показана для терапии язв, фурункул и ожогах.Рекомендуется не вытирать кожу полотенцем, а оставить воду Нитроди высыхать на солнце.Лечение гидропинико, осуществляется принятием воды внутрь, имеет диуретическое, пищеварительное и гастроуспокаительное действие.

Гидроаромате-рапический курс

После того, как вы выпили воды и приняли душ рекомендуется прогулятся парком и останавливатся в гидроароматических местах. Здесь дотрагиваясь ещё влажными руками к цветам розмарина, шалфея, лаванды, тимьяна и мирты стимулируется весь организм, сердечно- сосудистая, дыхательная и иммуннаясистема. После душа рекомендуется дотронутся руками к цветам ( с низу вверх) и зделать массаж тела ( особенно розмарином через его востанавливающий еффект) и быть осторожным чтобы не повредить листья и ветки.

Чай Нимф на утро.Замороженый чай с лимоном и мятой. Освежающий и взбодряющий, помагает для пищеварения.

Настойка Венеры на ранний обед.Замороженная смесь ароматерапических трав из Парка.Здесь присудствуют мирта, розмарин, шалфей и мята. Тонизирующаянастойка, дает бальзамический и очищающий результат.

Настойка Аполона на поздний обед.Замороженая вода из ромашки и лавра. Успокаительная и востанавливающая настойка. Имеет антисептическое и противоспалительное действие

Эликсир из алоэНапиток на базе геля из алоэ, мяты и лимона. Противоспалительный, даёт достаточное количество витаминоворганизму.

Настойка из вите роза.Напиток на базе листьев из вите роза.Полезен для реактивации микроцыркуляции.

Настойки и отварыЗдесь можно попробовать замороженую воду Нитроди приготовленную натравах которые имеют лечебные свойства.Чтобы приготовить настойку, подслаждённую только мёдом с Искьи,употребляются травы собраны в Парке недалеко родника Нимф Нитроди спервыми лучами рассвета, в бальзамический момент многих трав.

Во время эпидемии чумы люди наполняли свои карманыцветками лаванды через её антисептическую мощь Антидепрессант, цветки и листики имеют очень приятныйаромат и успокаительно действует на центральную нервную и дыхательную систему.

29|Эти мраморные рельефы, римской епохи, были подарены как обет Нимфам, сторожам родника Нитроди, и богу Аполлону от врачей и больных которие посещали родник и лечились его водами. Одинадцать плит и маленький алтарь нашли в 1757 году близко родника и сейчас находятся в Археологическом Музее Неаполя.

DIE QUELLE FONTE DELLE NINFE DI NITRODI

Das Klima, das natürliche Ambiente der Insel Ischia und die großzügig vorhandenen Thermalwasserquellen bieten die Möglichkeit, eine ganzheitliche Wellnesserfahrung zu machen, bei der sowohl Körper als auch Geist regenerie-ren.

Die Quelle Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi umfasst all diese Elemente, umrahmt von einer Stätte seltener Harmonie und großartiger Schönheit. Das Verweilen im Park be-friedigt daher Organismus und Seele und bietet gleich-zeitig die Möglichkeit, Nutzen aus den wissenschaftlich bewiesenen und seit über Zweijahrtausenden bekannten Heilwirkungen des direkt aus dem Felseninneren entsprin-genden Thermalwassers zu ziehen.

Das Wasser von Nitrodi ist bereits seit der römischen Zeit berühmt. An dieser Stätte lag tatsächlich ein kleines Hei-ligtum, das dem Gott Apoll und den Nymphen namens Ni-trodi, den Wärterinnen der Quelle, gewidmet war. Kranke Menschen kamen hierher, um von seinen hervorragenden Heilwirkungen zu profitieren: um darin zu baden und um das Wasser zu trinken. Eine außerordentliche historische und archäologische Dokumentation darüber besteht aus einer Reihe von Votivplatten (heute im Archäologischen Museum in Neapel aufbewahrt), die den Nymphen und dem Gott von Ärzten und Patienten als Zeichen der Dan-kbarkeit für die wiedergewonnene Gesundheit gewidmet wurden.

Das Thermalwasser von Nitrodi wurde als „hypothermales, alkali-schwefelhaltiges, und alkali-erdhaltiges Mineralwasser“ eingestuft und seine Heileigenschaften wurden vom italienischen Gesundheitsministerium kraft Dekrets Nr. 3509 vom 09.10.2003 anerkannt.

Das Wasser von Nitrodi erweist sich besonders wirksam bei der Behandlung von ent-zündlichen Prozessen der Haut und damit allen Krankheiten, die die Haut betreffen (Ekze-me, Akne, Neurodermitis usw.). Der Kontakt mit dem Wasser ist besonders wirkungsvoll zur Behandlung von von Krampfadern verursachten Geschwüren, denn es wirkt auf die Nährprozesse der Gewebe, mit denen es in Berührung kommt; dementsprechend ist das Wasser von Nitrodi für die Behandlung von Wunden, Fisteln, Furunkeln, Brandwunden und ulzerösen Wunden geeignet.Es wird empfohlen, nach der Dusche, das Wasser von Nitrodi auf der Haut natürlich in der Sonne trocknen zu lassen: Damit wird die Wirksamkeit erhöht. Die Trink-Kur hingegen wirkt harntreibend, verdauungsfördernd, entschlackend und be-ruhigend für Magen und Darm.

Hier berühren Sie mit den noch nassen Hän-den die Rosmarin-, Salbei-, Thymian- und Myrtenpflan-zen, denn somit wird das gesamte Herz-Kreislauf- und Immunsystem ange-regt, vor allem aber ein Beitrag zur psychosomati-schen Wiedergewinnung der sog. Circadianischen Rhythmik (innere Rhythmen

des Organismus, die eine Periodenlänge von ca. 24 Stunden haben) geleistet, die sich in der Hektik unse-res täglichen Lebens immer mehr von den natürlichen Rhythmen entfernen. KRÄUTERTEES UND AUFGÜSSE

Der Park der Quelle Fonte di Nitrodi ist eine Wellness-Oase, die im Zeichen des Gan-zheitsansatzes den Körper und den Menschen umschließt. Dementsprechend können Sie hier, neben dem Thermalwasser und dem hydro-aromatherapeutischen Pfad, auch köstliche, mit dem Nitrodi-Wasser zubereitete Granite (feingestoßenes Wassereis) und Aufgüsse genießen. Dabei handelt es sich um Getränke auf Basis von Heilkräutern, die für ihre wissenschaftlich bewiesenen therapeutischen Tugenden ausgewählt wurden.Für die Zubereitung der ausschließlich mit Honig aus Ischia gesüßten Getränke werden nur Kräuter verwendet, die bei Morgengrauen – die sog. Balsamzeit der verschiedenen ausgewählten Kräuterarten - im Park der Quelle Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi geerntet werden. Somit werden die ätherischen Öle und die Wirkstoffe der frischen Kräuter in das Wasser von Nitrodi übertragen, mit dem die Getränke zubereitet werden. In diesem Fall erweisen sich die Kräuter umso wirksamer, denn sie wachsen auf einem an Mineralsal-zen sehr reichen Boden: Erbe des früheren, vor etwa 55.000 Jahren von geologischen Bewegungen erhobenen Meeresbodens.

LAVENDEL

Lavandola officinalis l.

Aufgrund der hervorragenden antiseptischen Wir-kung stopften sich die Leute während der Pestepidemien die Kleidertaschen mit Lavendelblüten voll. Er wirkt antide-pressiv; Blumen und Blätter beinhal-ten eine intensiv duftende Essenz, die als Beruhigung-smittel des Zentral-nerven- und des Atemsystems dient. Er wirkt lindernd bei Kopf- und an-deren allgemeinen Schmerzen.

SALBEI


Der Name “Salbei” wurde aus dem La-teinischen “salvus” abgeleitet, denn man glaubte, die Pflanze sei ein uni-verselles Heilmittel. Sie wirkt aphrodi-sisch, antidepres-siv, antiseptisch und kräftigend.

THYMIAN

Thymus vulgaris L.

In der Antike wurde er von den Griechen für die Pflege des Körpers benutzt und als Weihrauch in den Tempeln verbrannt. Er wirkt appetit- und verdauung-sfördernd, kei-mabwehrend und -tötend gegen die Darmparasiten. Er stärkt die Immun-kräfte. Bewährtes Beruhigungsmittel bei Husten und Entzündungen der Atemwege.

LORBEER

Laurus nobilis L.

Er wurde dem Gott Apoll geweiht und gilt als Symbol von Purifikation. Er bekränzt Dichter und Helden. Natür-liches Antistress- und Beruhigung-smittel; er gleicht den Biorhythmus wieder aus. Dank seiner lindernden und entzündung-shemmenden Eigenschaften als Aufguss bei Magenschmerzen und bei Problemen der Atemwege wirksam.

Auf der Insel Ischia gedeihen gut fünf Arten von Minze, von denen eine ihren Namen eben aus einem frühe-ren Inselnamen, Inarime, ableitet, nämlich die sog. Menta Inarimensis.Sie wirkt krampfl ö-send und fördernd bei Funktions-störungen und Erschlaffung der Darmmuskulatur.

Der Venus geweiht, gilt sie als Symbol von Reinheit und Liebe. Kräftigend und antiseptisch. Schmerzlindernd, entschlackend und stärkend.

ROSMARIN

Rosmarinus offi ci-nalis L.

Der Aphrodite geweiht, gilt er als Symbol von Jugend und Schönheit.Schmerzstillend. Revitalisierend, er fördert die Funktio-nen von Magen und Galle.

ZITRONE

Citrus limon L.

Bei den Ägyptern galt sie als heilig; sie ist das Symbol von Gesundheit und Lebenskraft.Regenerierend, anregend und kräftigend; sie hat eine hervorragen-de antiseptische Wirkung.

Diese marmornen Reliefs römischer Epoche wurden den Nymphen, den Wärterinnen der Nitrodi-Quelle, und dem Gott Apoll als Votivgaben von Ärzten und Patienten dar-gebracht, die die Quelle besuchten und in ihrem Gewässer Genesung suchten. Die elf Platten und ein kleiner Altar wurden 1757 bei der Quelle aufgefunden und sind heute im Archäologischen Museum in Neapel aufbewahrt.
