CEF was set-up in Florence at theend of the '70s as a result of thecollaboration between Silvio Fedi,an entrepreneur specializing inelectric installations, and GiorgioBandinelli, a skilful metalmechanicmanufacturer. La CEF nasce a Firenze alla finedegli anni ‘70 dalla collaborazionetra Silvio Fedi, imprenditored’installazioni elettriche, e GiorgioBandinelli abile costruttoremetalmeccanico. Rack is a vertical storage system for cable drumsthat can be extended without limitations. It enablesto unwind the cable from the stored drum withoutplacing the drum on the floor, because it is fittedwith sliding shaft holders and a safety system thatprevents the drum from coming loose. Alternativelyit is also possible to move one drum at a timewhile maintaining the remaining ones in a safeposition. The rack enables to fully use all the spaceavailable and can be extended to a maximumheight of 6 m. The shaft holders can be set a ata minimum distance of 100 mm, which meansthat the drums can be arranged with maximumflexibility and do not necessarily need to be aligned.The system offers maximum modularity thanksto the availability of connection bars, which alsosimplify handling and assembly.

Alberi ruotanti / Revolving shafts

It is generally advisable to use:

1) Shafts with drum locking washers that enable the operator to quicklyload the drum onto the shaft without fixing it, as this configurationreduces operating time by 90%.2) Shafts with turned end piece and bushing bearing in self-lubricatingresin, because these types of shafts do not require centering cones andare able to maintain the drum in an eccentric position and ensure itscorrect unwinding (thanks to the presence of self-lubricating bushingsin resin), along with a fast stop at the end of the operation.3) Supports type 0020 to avoid having to align drums.

Il RACK è un sistema di immagazzinamentoverticale, illimitatamente ampliabile, per bobinedi cavo. Consente di prelevare il cavo dalla bobinaimmagazzinata senza la necessità di portarla aterra. Dispone di supporti porta alberi scorrevolicon dispositivo di sicurezza per la fuoriuscita dellabobina. E’ possibile anche movimentare bobinesingolarmente mantenendo tutte le altre inposizione di sicurezza. Il Rack consente di sfruttareal massimo lo spazio disponibile e può arrivaread un altezza massima di 6 m. Il passo diregolazione dei supporti porta alberi è di soli 100mm tale da consentire la più libera disposizionedelle bobine che non devono esserenecessariamente allineate. Il sistema è componibileattraverso barre di collegamento. Questo garantisceuna facile trasportabilità e un rapido montaggio.

Si consiglia:

1) Alberi con rondelle ferma bobine che permettono all’ operatore unveloce caricamento della bobina sull’albero senza necessità di serraggi,riducendo del 90% il tempo dell’operazione.2) Alberi con terminale tornito e cuscinetto a boccole in resinaautolubrificanti. Questo sistema, non necessitando di coni di centraggio,mantiene in posizione eccentrica la bobina che si svolge in manieraottimale (grazie alla presenza delle boccole autolubrificanti in resina)e si arresta rapidamente al termine della lavorazione.3) Supporti tipo 0020 in modo da non dover tenere le bobine allineate.
