Cosfer was established through the long ex-perience developed in the field of metal hand-craft by its owner.The Company has been working with plan-ning, production and marketing of armoured doors for over 25 years.The ability to plan and design, the continu-ous updating in the technological field com-bined with the excellent craftsmanship have allowed the company to grow up and develop interpreting and satisfying, in the best of the ways, the demands of both domestic markets as well as the foreign ones, that, with the passing of time, have presented requests of a constantly higher level.

Cosfer is holder of licenses and certifications of specifically developed products and it has a total productive capacity of 40.000 doors a year. Thanks to the competence of its tech-nicians, its specialized workers and an auto-mated production line, it can totally satisfy the requirements of high-quality protection for both private residences and offices, com-munities, offering products which are appreci-ated both for their quality as well as for their competitive prices. Le prestazioni di una porta blindata vengo-no stabilite da norme tecniche in grado di dimostrare secondo criteri oggettivi ed uni-versali il livello di QUALITÀ del prodotto. Per il cliente significa poter scegliere il prodotto valutando le caratteristiche e i requisiti che esso possiede.

SicurezzaLa normativa europea costituita dalle norme UNI ENV 1627-1628-1629-1630 definisce una classificazione delle porte blindate in base alla loro resistenza all’effrazione valutata attraverso dei test molto selettivi. Se il mo-dello supera l’esame viene rilasciata dall’en-te certificatore la Certificazione di Prodotto e, sulla porta compare un’etichetta con il nome del costruttore, la classe di omologazione ed il numero di matricola.I prodotti che si intendono classificare e commercializzare in base a tale normativa, devono superare una “prova di tipo”, o pro-va del prototipo ingegnerizzato presso un Istituto di prove. Quindi devono sottostare a periodici controlli di produzione, per garan-tire la conformità dalla produzione di serie al campione iniziale provato. La norma richiede che il campione sia sot-toposto per la sua qualificazione a tre tipi di prove della resistenza: 1. sotto carico statico; 2. sotto carico dinamico;3. ad attacco manuale;Solo i campioni che hanno superato positi-vamente tutte queste prove possono essere definiti certificati.Le prove sono di tipo Convenzionale e Reale:- le prime verificano che la porta sotto posta

a prova sia in grado di resistere ad una se-rie di carichi statici e dinamici;

- le seconde simulano reali tentativi di ef-frazione, verificando la resistenza del cam-pione in funzione del tempo impiegato a superare la difesa.

Le prove convenzionali mettono spesso in luce le carenze progettuali delle strutture sottodi-mensionate in alcuni particolari anche di poco conto, che possono invalidare la resistenza

Quality and certified performances

The performances of an armoured door steel-clad door are established by technical norms that can show, according to objective and universal standards, the level of Quality of the product. It means that a customer can choose a product considering its features and the re-quirements it has got.

SecurityThe European regulations established by the rules UNI ENV 1627-1628-1629-1630 defines a classification of the armoured doors accord-ing to their resistance to the break in deter-mined by using some very selective tests. If the model passes the examination the Certi-fication of the Product will be issued by the Certifying Board and, on the door, a label re-porting the manufacturer ‘s name, the class of homologation and the number of registration will appear.The Products to classify and commercialize respecting such a normative have to pass a “test type”, or a prototype one engineered in an Institute of tests. Then they have to un-dergo to periodic controls of production to guarantee the conformity from the production of series to the tested initial sample. The norm requires that the sample is submit-ted for its qualification to three types of tests of resistance:1. under static loading;2. under dynamic loading; 3. to manual burglary attempts;Only the samples that have positively passed all these tests can be defined certified. The tests are Conventional and Real ones :- the first ones check that the door put to test

can both stand a series of static and dy-namic loadings;

- the second ones simulate real attempts of break in verifying the resistance of the sam-

Il tem-po di resistenza del campione sottoposto a prova e la tipologia degli strumenti utilizzati durante l’effrazione sono definiti in base alla classe di resistenza che il prodotto vuole rag-giungere. Nella tabella seguente elenchiamo le sei classi di resistenza della porta blinda-ta e la tipologia di impiego per cui si ritiene adatta. La classe di resistenza consigliata per appartamenti, villette ed edifici industriali è la 3 o la 4. Isolamento acusticoIl potere fonoisolante è la capacità di un ele-mento di un edificio (porta, serramento, cas-sonetto, ecc.) di fornire protezione passiva contro il rumore, tutelando gli ambienti in-terni delle abitazioni. Il valore che evidenzia il potere fonoisolante è espresso in decibel (dB) e si indica con Rw.L’isolamento acustico delle porte viene de-terminato sperimentalmente in laboratorio attraverso la procedura di prova indicata dalla normativa UNI EN ISO 140-3. Il pote-re fonoisolante Rw dipende principalmente dalle caratteristiche fonoisolanti dell’anta (spessore, massa, presenza o meno di mate-riale fonoassorbente) del telaio, del numero e caratteristiche delle guarnizioni applicate e dalla presenza di una soglia di battuta infe-riore che può essere fissa o mobile.Dal 1998 è in vigore in Italia il DPCM 05/12/1997, decreto sui requisiti passivi degli edifici che prevede una obbligatorietà di tipo indiretto per la prestazione acustica dei serramenti. In particolare sugli edifici residenziali la facciata deve possedere un isolamento acustico pari a 40 dB. Ovviamente, nella fase di progetto, la conformità dell’edificio potrà essere valutata solo sui singoli componenti che costituiscono la facciata in oggetto.Avendo sostenuto le prove richieste dalla normativa UNI, i modelli COSFER sono dispo-nibili in versione fonoisolante certificata dal rapporto di prova del campione sottoposto a misurazione.

Isolamento termicoLa caratteristica dei serramenti che maggior-mente viene presa in considerazione per la certificazione energetica è la trasmittanza termica. La trasmittanza termica è per defini-zione il flusso di calore medio che passa at-traverso una struttura (non necessariamente omogenea) posta tra due ambienti a tempe-ratura diversa, per metro quadro di superfi-cie e per centigrado di salto termico. Di con-seguenza essendo l’obiettivo del risparmio

Sound insulation The soundproofing power is the ability of an element of a building (door, window, shutter etc.) to give passive protection against the noise, protecting the inside environments of the residences. The value underlined by the soundproofing power is expressed in decibel (dB) and it is indicated with Rw.The soundproofing of the doors is experimen-tally determined in the laboratory through the procedure of test established by the normative UNI EN ISO 140-3. The soundproofing power Rw mainly depends on the characteristics of soundproofing of the door (thickness, mass, presence or not of absorbent material) of the frame, on the number and characteristics of the applied gaskets and on the presence of an inferior threshold that can be fixed or mobile. Since 1998 the DPCM 05/12/1997 has been in force in Italy; it’s a decree on the passive req-uisites of the buildings that foresees an ob-ligation of indirect type for the acoustic per-formance of the doors. In particular way, the front of the residential buildings has to pos-sess a sound insulation equal to 40 dB. Obvi-ously, at the planning stage, the conformity of the building could be valued only on the single components that constitute the architecture front in object. Having sustained the tests required by the nor-mative Uni, the COSFER models are available in soundproofing version certified by the report of test of the sample submitted to measure-ment. Thermal performanceThe feature of windows, doors and shutters that mostly is considered for the energetic certifi-cation is the thermal transmittance. The ther-mal transmittance is, for definition, the flow of

Le norme di cal-colo della trasmittanza termica sono le UNI EN ISO 10077-1 e 10077-2 che specificano il metodo di calcolo della prestazione termica del serramento completo e del telaio.Con il Decreto legislativo n. 192 del 19 agosto 2005 “Attuazione della Direttiva 2002/91/CE relativa al rendimento energetico nell’edili-zia” ed il successivo Decreto legislativo n. 311 del 29 dicembre 2006, in Italia è stata recepi-ta la direttiva europea relativa al rendimen-to energetico nell’edilizia e la certificazione energetica degli edifici di nuova costruzione e di quelli di superficie utile superiore a 1000 mq quando sottoposti a ristrutturazioni im-portanti è divenuta obbligatoria.Nella tabella 4a del decreto legislativo n° 192, qui di seguito riportata, sono indicati i valori limite della trasmittanza termica degli infissi.

In the table 4 of the legislative decree n° 192 the limit val-ues of the thermal transmittance of windows, doors and shutters are suitable.

COSFER in adeguamento alle normative vi-genti ha definito per tutta la gamma i valori U di trasmittanza sottoponendo a misurazione la porta standard dotata di materiali isolanti e di un pannello di spessore minimo 7 mm. I risultati ottenuti consentono l’utilizzazione dei nostri modelli dotati di isolante termico, sempre ed in qualsiasi condizione climatica. Queste prestazioni consentono di ottenere l’agevolazione fiscale del 55% prevista dalla Legge Finanziaria per il 2008/2010 per inter-venti finalizzati al risparmio energetico.

The doors

EconomyLa porta Economy costituisce il modello base della gamma Cosfer. L’economicità di questa soluzione non implica una ridotta garanzia di sicurezza in quanto i materiali utilizzati e gli accorgimenti tecnici adottati sono in linea con la filosofia della qualità aziendale. Non disponibile in versione fuori misura, con sopraluci, finestrature e aperture esterne.

ITA ENGThe model Economy is the basic door in the range of products made by Cosfer. Notwithstanding this, security warrantees are the same as for the other more developed models, since the used materials and the technical devices are in line with the company’s phylosophy, with a particular aim on quality and good craftsmanship. This model is not available in measures other than standard, with fanlight frame, glazing, and external openings.

Caratteristiche tecniche

Controtelaio unificato: Di particolare profilo realizzato in lamiera d’acciaio zincato pressopiegata di spessore 20/10, sulla quale sono montati otto cavallotti di fissaggio e registrazione. L’ancoraggio è assicurato da otto zan-che d’acciaio. Il medesimo controtelaio accoglie la porta modello Euro, Logos, Unica e Universa.

Telaio antistrappo: Interamente rea-lizzato in lamiera d’acciaio di spessore 20/10 e verniciato con polvere termoin-durente colore testa di moro, è sago-mato in modo da accoppiarsi perfetta-mente con il controtelaio. L’unione tra i due profili è assicurata dall’impiego di bulloni d’acciaio ad alta resistenza che consentono la regolazione di un even-tuale fuori piombo del controtelaio.

Anta apribile: La struttura dell’anta e l’omega di rinforzo centrale sono rea-lizzati in lamiera zincata di spessore 12/10. Il lato cerniere, opportunamente sagomato ad incastro, in posizione di chiusura, forma con il telaio un blocco unico antiscasso che costituisce un’al-tissima resistenza all’effrazione. L’anta è predisposta all’interno ed all’esterno per ricevere i pannelli di rivestimento.

Cerniere: Costruite in acciaio trafilato di diametro 22 mm, sono fissate ai rinforzi del battente mediante bulloni d’acciaio ad alta resistenza. Il perno in acciaio con due sfere all’estremità, permette di avere una corretta rotazione eliminando tutti gli attriti. Sono regolabili in altezza tramite la vite a brugola con apposita chiave ed in orizzontale grazie ai fori a forma ovalizzata di alloggiamento dei bulloni.

Gruppo di chiusura: Monodeviatore in-feriore e paletto superiore di chiusura. Serratura di sicurezza a doppia mappa a nucleo intercambiabile con 4 punti di chiusura e scrocco. Registrazione dello scrocco mediante dispositivo montato sul telaio e dotato di esagono incas-sato che consente l’inserimento di una chiave a brugola permettendone la re-golazione.

EconomyTechnical characteristics Sub frame: It has a particular outline made of 20/10 zinc steel leaf, on which there are 8 elements for fixation and registration. The linking is secured by 8 wall anchoring brackets. This same sub-frame is used also for the models Euro, Logos, Unica and Universa

Tear-proof frame: Completly made out of 20/10 zinc plated leaf. Covered with RAL 8019 thermosetting powder. It is shaped in order to join perfectly with the sub-frame. The joint between the two contours is secured by the use of steel screws, which makes it possible to adjust and set an eventual unbal-ance of the sub-frame.

Openable door: Its structure is made out of 12/10 double zinc sheet. The hinge side, which has been shaped specifically to fit the embedding, forms, in its closing position, one sin-gle burglary proof block together with the frame, thus representing an extra resistance against burglary and house-breaking. The door is predisposed both externally and internally for the mount-ing of any type of panel.

Hinges: They are made in highly resist-ant steel with a diameter of 22 mm, and are fixed to the door by high resistance steel screws. A steel pivot, with two spheres at each end, permits a correct rotation, eliminating any friction. The height of the hinges can be adjusted thanks to the screw insert with its spe-cific key, inside each hinge. A horizon-tal adjustment is made possibile by the particular oval shape given to the holes where the screws are inserted.

Closing group: Bolt for top closing and inferior single switch. Double bit lock with changeable core with 4 closing points and spring. Registration of the spring with a special, anti-card system mounted on the frame. The system is adjustable by the screw that permits its rotation.

Anta apribile: La struttura dell’anta e l’omega di rinforzo centrale sono rea-lizzati in lamiera zincata di spessore 12/10. Frame: Completly made out of 20/10 zinc plated leaf. Covered with RAL 8019 thermosetting powder. It is shaped in order to join perfectly with the sub-frame. The joint between the two contours is secured by the use of steel screws, which makes it possible to adjust and set an eventual unbal-ance of the sub-frame.

Openable door: Its structure is made out of 12/10 double zinc sheet. The hinge side has n. 3 steel fixed dowels which, in closing position, on insert in the the frame representing an high resistance against burglary and house-breaking. Tale modello rappresenta la soluzione ideale per quelle installazioni in cui è richiesta la combinazione tra piacere estetico e assoluta sicurezza. Sono regolabili in altezza tramite la vite a brugola con apposita chiave ed in orizzontale grazie ai fori a forma ovalizza-ta di alloggiamento dei bulloni.

Serratura di sicurezza con maniglione antipanicoMassima protezione dall’esterno e massima protezione dall’interno. La protezione viene assicurata dalla serratura di sicurezza grazie ai dispositivi laterali. La serratura di sicurezza è molto più resistente all’effrazione rispetto al maniglione tradizionale che chiude solo il “mezzo giro”.In caso di emergenza, abbassando il maniglione, la serratura, anche se chiusa con tutte le mandate, si apre immediatamente permettendo l’uscita rapida. Il sistema è certificato secondo la normative di riferimento EN 12105 (per il maniglione) dall’isti-tuto ICIM ed ha ottenuto la marcatura CE dall’istituto AENOR, conseguentemente all’obbligo di marcatura CE entrato in vigore dal 1 Aprile 2003 per tutti i dispositivi per uscite di sicurezza.Installabile solo sul modello Unica ad un’anta comprende:- 6 punti di chiusura.- 1 gruppo maniglione;- 1 barra (colore rosso) per porte di larghezza massima mm1300.

La card serve nei casi in cui il centro chiavi adoperi una macchina di cifratura “multicode”, la quale fa i duplicati delle chiavi a codice e non a copia. I numeri riportati sulla card coincidono sempre con i numeri stampati sulle chiavi originali.No restricted key duplicationThe keys are supplied with a numbered owner’s card which is Not Compulsorily Requested in case of duplication, because all key duplication centres can obtain and use the key blanks for cylinders without any restriction. The card is requested when the duplication centre works with a “Multicode” machine, which makes keys duplication by means of a code and not copying the original key. the numbers printed on the card are always the same as the ones printed on the original keys.

Il meccanismo di controllo dei duplicati si attiva già all’atto di richiesta dei duplicati: la carta di proprietà numerata, che accompagna ogni set di chiavi originali, in questo caso deve essere fisicamente consegnata (non solo esibita) al centro autorizzato, il quale deve spedirla presso il produttore per ottenere il duplicato.È evidente come in questo modo il controllo di ciascun duplicato arriva al massimo livello di sicurezza possibile: il produttore verificherà che la card sia autentica, che non sia stato richiesto il blocco preventivo dei duplicati dovuto a perdita o sottrazione delle card corrispondenti alla card in oggetto e potrà realizzare i duplicati richiesti con la massima tranquillità per il richiedente. Il produttore è l’unico soggetto che legalmente può duplicare le chiavi dei cilindri di cui i relativi “grezzi” o “sbozzi” non sono in commercio. La carta di proprietà è quindi l’unico documento che permette di richiedere un duplicato e va conservata con cura in un luogo sicuro. Senza la card sarebbe impossibile i duplicati. Requests for duplicate keys must be made exclusively through an authorised centre, which will hold the owner’s card and forward it to the company. This is obviously the highest level of protection: the manufacturer will check that the card ia authentic and that no request of “blocking” the duplication (due to lost or theft) has be made by the owner.
