Acquapazza nasce da un’idea di bruna buglione, il suo carisma è il valore aggiunto e l’energia di questo brand. Passione per il design e cura smisurata per la soddisfazione del cliente si riflettono in tutti coloro che fanno parte del suo team, professionisti che lavorano con rigore estremo in un’ atmosfera informale.

La missione di acquapazza è la produzione seriale di qualità! Elementi altamente performanti e finemente rifiniti. Ogni prodotto viene realizzato attraverso un’alternanza di lavorazioni meccaniche di alta precisione e finiture manuali, ed è sempre personalizzato su ordinazione.

Dalla prima collezione in DuPont™ Corian® allo sviluppo del bagno completo e sartoriale, il passaggio è stato naturale e spontaneo in risposta alla richiesta del mercato. La grande possibilità di personalizzazione, espressa attraverso materiali, finiture, colori e modelli, permette di sviluppare

un’idea di arredo assolutamente su misura. Prima dell’ordine esiste solo un pregiato “drappo di stoffa”, ed è solo dopo il desiderio del cliente, che esso viene lavorato just in time, per integrarsi e contaminare l’ambiente che lo accoglierà. La produzione di acquapazza è affidata alla bsolid srl, storico laboratorio Corian®, partner di duPont™, sito industriale all’avanguardia.

Acquapazza mission is a high quality modular production! Highly performing elements and elegantly refined.Every product is manufactured through an alternating process of highly precise mechanical operations and manual finishing touches, and it is always persona-lised and made to measure.

From the first DuPont™ Corian® collection to the full designer bathroom concept the development has been spontaneous and natural following the market request. The vast possibility to personalize their products through the use of materials, finishing touches, colours and models, allows them to deve-

lop and furniture concept which absolutely tailor made. Before the order there is only a ‘luscious cloth’ and it is only after the client’s wish that this cloth takes shape and colour to fit and blend in with the environment which will em-brace it. Acquapazza’s production is looked after bsolid srl, a well established Corian® laboratory, partner to duPont™ and an avant-garde industrial site itself.

come nasce la collezione: Senza perdere di vista il nostro core business DuPont™ Corian® siamo partiti con l’idea di creare un sistema completo in Corian® focalizzandoci su due punti: ampliare la gamma di proposta degli elements (lavabi - freestanding - sistemi doccia - vasche - accessori), e progettare una serie di arredi, completamente e strutturalmente realizzati in DuPont™ Corian®. A completare la proposta, finiture più tradizionali: legno massello, laccato e fenix, materiali complementari al DuPont™ Corian®, di pari qualità ed eleganza.

Nascono cosi le nostre 3 collezioni: [forty5 - cover - skin] + elements

Tutti gli elementi Acquapazza sono concepiti, progettati e realizzati interamente in Italia, con materie prime accuratamente selezionate.

How was the collection born:Always focusing on our DuPont™ Corian® business core we started with the idea of creating a complete system made in DuPont™ Corian® focusing on two points: to enlarge the range of elements available (basins-freestanding bathtubs-shower enclosures-bathtubs-accessories) and to design a serial furniture structurally and entirely made in DuPont™ Corian®. To complete the concept we use more traditional finishing touches such as solid wood, lacque-red wood and Fenix, materials compatible with DuPont™ Corian® and of equal quality and elegance.

So our 3 collections were born: [forty5- cover- skin] + elements

All Acquapazza elements are conceived, designed and manufactured entirely in Italy with carefully selected materials.

Caratteristiche tecniche delle basi Acquapazza

L’unico materiale che affianchiamo al DuPont™ Corian® per le strutture interne è il multistrato marino. Tutta la gamma viene prodotta con una ferramenta scelta e testata nel nostro laboratorio prototipi, per garantire performance elevatissime al nostro prodotto. Le basi Acquapazza sono caratterizzate da una struttura portante con reggi-base in acciaio zincato, che garantisce una portata di circa 240 kg per coppia, e le cerniere utilizzate sono sempre dotate di sistema soft closing; i cassetti sono sempre dotati di chiusura BLUMOTION, e guide a estrazione totale, le sponde hanno linee pulite e altezza superiore allo standard, con notevole incremento della capacità contenitiva del cassetto. Ogni base della collezione viene intera-mente realizzata e rifinita a mano, con attenzione minuziosa ad ogni dettaglio costruttivo. Allineamenti, meccanismi e spessori sono sottoposti ad un’attenta

analisi tecnica e costruttiva. Ciascun elemento Acquapazza è un manufatto di alta falegnameria, che coniuga la nostra esperienza artigianale con le innovative tecnologie di taglio e assemblaggio del DuPont™ Corian®.

Technical characteristics of Acquapazza cabinets

The only material that we use alongside DuPont™ Corian® for the internal structure is marine plywood.Finally all the range is produced with ironmongery that is fully tested in our prototype laboratory, to guarantee high performance of our products.Acquapazza cabinets are made of a supporting structure with a galvanised steel frame which can hold up to 240kg per pair and all hinges are soft closing, all drawers are fitted with BLUEMOTION closing and can fully extracted. The cabinets lines are neat and their sides are higher than the standard which allows more storage space. Every cabinet is entirely manufactured and finished by hand with a meticulous attention to every constructive detail. Alignments and mechanisms are technically and constructively analised.

Every Acquapazza product can be considered of high carpentry and

combines our artisan experience with the innovative cutting and

mounting technology of DuPont™ Corian®.

FORTY5Tutti gli elementi della linea forty5 sono caratterizzati da uno speciale profilo a 45° che ne esalta la percezione monolitica. I fianchi e le gole sono sempre della stessa finitura dell’anta e disegnano composizioni dalle linee pulite ed essenziali. In particolare basi, pensili e colonne in DuPont™ Corian® hanno ante a tutto spessore (sp.12mm) e gole con una sofisticata lavorazione “a guscio” che ne garantiscono la perfetta ergonomia nella presa e una robustezza illimitata nel tempo.

All the elements of the forty5 collection are characterized by a special 45 ° edge that enhances the monolithic perception. Side panels are always in the same finish of the door and design composi-tions with clean and essential lines. In particular, DuPont™ Corian® bases, wall units and columns have full-thickness doors (12 mm thick) and grip recess made with a sophisticated “shell” molding that guarantees a perfect opening system and an unlimited life.

Tutti i prodotti sono progettati in ogni singolo dettaglio e testati all’interno del nostro laboratorio di produzione, partner decennale di DuPont™.Il processo di lavorazione vede coesistere due fasi molto diverse tra loro ma complementari: il taglio con cnc garantisce la precisione millimetrica di ogni manufatto prodotto, la finitura manuale, affidata alle mani di artigiani specializzati, rende possibile il reale controllo qualità di ogni singolo pezzo.

The collection of elements includes bathroom accessories made only purely in DuPont™ Corian®.All products are analysed in every single detail and tested in our production department, a certified dupont partner. The manufacturing process sees two very different but complementary phases coexist. The cnc cutting guarantees the millimeter precision of each manufactured product. Specialized craftsmen are entrusted with the manual finishing, making possible the real quality control of each single piece.
