CONCEPT Il nome “Regina Margherita” prende spunto da due idee: il gusto della pizza statisticamente più apprezzato in Olanda è la pizza Margherita; in secondo luogo il nome si richiama all’origine di questo gusto, che la tradizione vuole abbia origine dalla Regina Margherita di Savoia. In questo modo si vuole rendere omaggio alla tradizione italiana della pizza, conferendole una visibilità ed una riconoscibilità inequivocabili. L’intervento prevede la ristrutturazione di un locale esistente situato nel centro storico della città di Amsterdam e la sua riconversione in take-away. Il progetto traduce per mezzo dei materiali impiegati e gli elementi di arredo le questioni legate alla dimensione dei caratteri tipici della tradizione italiana. Tutti gli arredi come mensole, sgabelli e rivestimenti impiegati saranno materiali recuperati.
