AIC Progetti est un bureau d’études italien indépendant offrant

depuis plus de 48 ans des services d’ingénierie d’assistance aux

maîtrises d’ouvrage en Italie et dans le monde.

Composé par des ingénieurs, architectes, géologues, géotechni-

ciens, hydrauliciens et économistes, AIC Progetti a été constitué en

1965 à travers la fusion de trois bureaux d’études professionnels.

AIC Progetti opère dans le secteur des transports, de l’eau, de

l’aménagement urbain, de l’environnement, du développement in-

stitutionnel et social, de la formation humaine et dans la gestion

de projets.

AIC Progetti, avec la contribution et ressources complémentaires

des différents experts italiens, français, anglais et africains et avec

ses compétences multidisciplinaires, participe au developpement, à

la conception, au contrôle des travaux de construction et de gestion,

dans le domaine des transport, eau et assainissement, aménage-

ment urbain en Europe, en Afrique, en Amérique du Sud, Amérique

Centrale et au Moyen Orient.

AIC Progetti is an international consulting engineering firm ser-

ving government departments and agencies in Italy and worl-

dwide for over 48 years.

It was incorporated in 1965 in Rome following the merger of

three engineering firms staffed by consulting, geotechnical,

hydraulic and environmental engineers, geologists, economists

and architects.

AIC Progetti operates in the following sectors: transport infra-

structure, town and country planning, hydraulic engineering,

urban and environmental planning, institutional and social deve-

lopment, vocational training and project management.

AIC Progetti draws on the input and know-how of Italian, French,

British and African experts, and with their multidisciplinary skil-

ls and experience takes part in designing and implementing

projects within its spheres of competence for the development

of the countries and peoples of Europe, Africa, South America

AIC Progetti a une organisation pyramidale extrêmement légère

qui lui permet d’atteindre rapidement les décisions fondamen-

tales pour la vie de la société.

Au sommet trois ingénieurs qui supervisent les phases décision-

nelles et les choix programmatiques relatifs aux deux secteurs

principaux d’activités : transports et eau.

Au centre on prévoit la direction des projets et les responsables

des secteurs techniques : géotechnique, hydraulique, ouvrages

d’art, économie et environnement. Les responsables gèrent la

base de la pyramide qui est composée par des techniciens et

secteurs productifs. Le département du contrôle qualité, appels

d’offres et administratif opèrent en étroite collaboration avec le

secteur décisionnel et de gestion.

AIC Progetti is structured to ensure that management can rapidly

take decisions that are crucial to the company’s operations.

It is headed by three engineers who supervise the decision-making

phases and policy choices in its two main sectors of operation:

transport infrastructure and hydraulic engineering.

The core group is made up of the project management and produc-

tion sector heads: consulting engineers, geotechnical engineers,

hydraulic engineers, surveyors, transport economists and environ-

mental engineers.

The key sectors are administration, tendering and quality control.
