The Pittini Group is a metallurgical group based on the know-how of 1,800 people, who daily work on developping products and production processes focused on offering reliable solutions to all our partners. With more than 20 plants and a production capacity of over 3 million tons steel per year it is considered a benchmark in the supply of long steel products. The Pittini Group covers the whole production process from the scrap till the final product. We produce billets, roll our own wire rod and process it into cold drawn wire and flat wire in coils. Dank der Beständigkeit seiner mechanischen Eigenschaften eignet er sich besonders für die Verarbeitung in automatischen zwei- und dreidimensionalen Biegeanlagen. FILO TRAFILATO

SIAT stellt verkupferten Draht mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 5 mm her, der auf die verschiedenen Marktbedürfnisse eingeht. Der verkupferte Draht wird durch Kaltwalzen hergestellt.Nach der Verkleinerung wird der Draht elektrochemisch gebeizt und verkupfert, so dass ein perfekt haftender Kupfermantel mit variabler Dicke von 0,10 bis 0,60 μm ganz nach Kundenwunsch/-spezifikation erhalten wird.Alle Produkte sind in verschiedenen Lieferformen mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 1.000 Kg erhältlich.Verkupferten SIAT-Draht gibt es in den folgenden Güten:• EN ISO 16120 2 C4D• EN ISO 16120 2 C7D• EN ISO 16120 2 C9D• EN ISO 16120 2 C10D• EN 10277 2

SIAT manufactures copper wires having diameters up to 5 mm that can meet all market demands.Copper wires are cold rolled. Following reduction, wires undergo electrochemical pickling and then coppering so as to obtain fully adhering copper plating with variable thickness from 0.1 to 0.6 μm according to customers’ requirements or specifications. Dopo la fase di riduzione, il filo viene decapato elettrochimicamente e quindi viene eseguita la ramatura in linea in modo da ottenere una copertura di rame perfettamente aderente, con spessore variabile in un range tra 0,10 e 0,60 μm in funzione delle necessità/specifiche del cliente.
