Funzionalit, flessibilit e durabilit sono le caratteristiche con cui sono state sviluppate le cerniere della serie Ciclope. Suddivise tra quelle in alluminio pressofuso e in alluminio estruso, hanno una variegata modalit di utilizzo e la possi-bilit di essere adattate a diverse tipologie di portone con i carrelli superiori o con i perni singoli o a cuscinetto inferiori.Laspetto di lubrificazione diventa elemento centrale di questi prodotti, su cui sono state inserite migliorie in grado di au-mentare la loro gi buona performance. Ladozione di boccole in nylon nelle cerniere in alluminio estruso, garantiscono uno standard funzionale qualitativo nel tempo, senza la necessit di ulteriori lubrificazioni.Le cerniere in alluminio pressofuso, invece, dotate di cuscinet-ti e bronzine in bronzo sinterizzato, interposte tra ala e perno, garantiscono una lubrificazione durante il movimento e un ot-timo accoppiamento.

HINGESPerformance, flexibility and longevity are the features incorporated into the Ciclope range of hinges. These hinges are divided into die-cast and extruded aluminium and can be used across a number of applications and can be adapted to different types of doors with top trolley assemblies, with single pivots or bottom bearings. Greasing has been become a key feature of these products which have been improved in design to increase and enhance performance. By incorporating nylon bushing in the extruded aluminium hinges we have enhanced performance in time without additional greasing. The die-cast aluminium hinges are fitted with sintered bronze bushing and bearings installed between the wing and pivot point guaranteeing greasing when in use as well as perfect coupling.

CHARNIERESFonctionnalit, flexibilit et longvit sont les caractristiques avec lesquelles ont t dveloppes les charnires de la srie Ciclope. Subdivises entre elles entre aluminium cintr sous pression et aluminium extrud, elles possdent de nombreuses modalits dusage et la possibilit dtre adaptes aux diffrentes typologies de portails, avec des chariots suprieurs ou avec des pivots infrieurs simples ou roulement.La lubrification devient la particularit de ces produits, sur lesquels on a effectu des amliorations pour augmenter leurs performances dj optimales. Ladoption de douille en nylon dans les charnires en aluminium extrud, garantit dans le temps un standard fonctionnel qualitatif, sans requrir dultrieures lubrifications.Les charnires en aluminium cintres sous pression, par contre, sont dotes de roulements et de coussinets en bronze fritts, interposs entre laile et le pivot, qui garantissent non seulement la lubrification pendant le mouvement mais fournissent galement un accouplement excellent.

SCHARNIEREFunktionalitt, Flexibilitt und Langlebigkeit sind die Merkmale, mit denen die Scharniere der Ciclope-Serie entwickelt wurden. Sie werden in Scharniere aus Aluminiumdruckguss und Scharniere aus extrudiertem Aluminium unterteilt, sind vielseitig einsetzbar und eignen sich fr unterschiedliche Arten von Toren, mit oberen Rollenapparaten oder mit einzelnen Angelzapfen oder mit unten liegenden Lagern.Das Schmieren ist eine Besonderheit dieser Produkte, die Verbesserungen zur Steigerung der bereits guten Leistungen erfahren hat. Die Nutzung von Nylonbuchsen in den Scharnieren aus extrudiertem Aluminium, garantieren einen dauerhaft hochwertigen Funktionsstandard, ohne die Notwendigkeit weiterer Schmierungen.Die Scharniere aus Aluminiumdruckguss sind mit Lagern und Lagerbuchsen aus Sinterbronze ausgestattet, die zwischen dem Flgel und dem Angelzapfen liegen und eine dauerhafte Schmierung whrend der Bewegung, sowie ein optimales Einpassen garantieren.

LEVER BOLTSComunello draws on the best technology available to offer the market solid, functional and performing products. By cold working and processing the sheet metal we have developed a more compact body for the Ciclope lever bolts and a solid handle without having to incorporate other die-cast aluminium parts. The result is improved door opening and closing guaranteeing product performance even when subjected to mechanical stress. Another key feature of these products is the possibility of adjusting the clutch after installation by simply turning a purpose external screw. All handles mounted are closed in design providing greater safety for users and are provided with an improved ergonomic grip. Available in three finishes black, zinc plated and tropicalised offering greater choice when matching to door colour.

Auf diese Weise wurden die ffnungs- und Schlieleistungen verbessert und es wird die Funktionalitt des Produkts auch nach zahlreichen Belastungen garantiert. Ein weiterer Vorteil wird durch die Mglichkeit gegeben, auf einfache Weise den Druck durch Einwirken auf die uere Schraube nach der Montage einzustellen.Alle Griffe haben eine geschlossene Form zur hheren Sicherheit und fr eine bessere Ergonomie des Griffs. Die drei Ausfhrungen in Schwarz, verzinkt und Tropengelb erhhen die Kombinationsmglichkeit mit den unterschiedlichen Frbungen der Tore.

Dallelemento principale del sistema, il carrello, tutta la mo-vimentazione superiore dei portoni stata sviluppata, con la massima attenzione alla flessibilit nellabbinamento dei pro-dotti.I carrelli sono disponibili nelle versioni in acciaio e allumino estruso. In acciaio sono disponibili a 4 ruote - anche con ruote in nylon - dove sono state unificate le applicazioni rendendo universale lutilizzo centrale e laterale. Le versioni in alluminio sono disponibili a 3 ruote in nylon per applicazioni destre e sinistre o in versione reversibile.Tutta la serie dei carrelli Ciclope, ha un sistema antirotazione del perno che migliora decisamente la fase di montaggio della cerniera, permettendo lalloggiamento della testa del perno creando un sistema di bloccaggio.In abbinamento ai carrelli ci sono una gamma di monorotaie e guide di supporto ottenute con lamiera presso-piegata senza saldatura a garanzia del sistema Ciclope. Tra gli accessori vi sono vari supporti di ancoraggio e staffe regolabili, bandiere di raccolta, deviatori e battenti di arresto.

TROLLEY ASSEMBLIES Top door movement has been developed based on the main system component, the trolley assembly, designed to offer greater product compatibility with other hardware. Our trolley assemblies are available in steel and extruded aluminium. The steel trolley assemblies are fitted with 4 wheels also with nylon plastic wheels for central and side applications. The versions in aluminium are available with three nylon wheels for right and left applications or in a reversible version. The entire range of Ciclope trolley assemblies are fitted with a specific system with stops the pin from rotating facilitating hinge installation forming a seating for the pin head creating a pin lock-in-place system. We also provide single tracks and guides for our trolley assemblies which are press-bent and weld free completing this Ciclope system. A number of accessories are available including adjustable anchorages and brackets, door leaf guiding tracks, roller guides and door stops.

CHARIOTSEn partant de llment principal du systme, le chariot, on a dvelopp tout le mouvement suprieur des portails, en prtant la plus grande attention la flexibilit dans lassociation des produits.Les chariots sont disponibles dans les versions en acier et aluminium extrud. Les modles en acier sont disponibles 4 galets mme avec des galets en nylon - pour applications universelles (centrales et latrales). Les versions en aluminium sont disponibles 3 galets en nylon pour applicationes droite et gauche on en variante reversible.Toute la srie des chariots Ciclope, est quipe dun systme antirotation du pivot qui amliore franchement la phase de montage de la charnire, en permettant le logement de la tte du pivot et en crant un systme de blocage.En association avec les chariots, nous offrons une gamme de monorails et guides de support obtenues avec des tles cintres sous pression et sans soudage, comme garantie du systme Ciclope. Die Aluminiummodelle sind mit 3 Nylonrllen fr rechte und linke Anwendungen order in einer umkehrbarer Ausfhrung verfgbar.Die gesamte Serie der Ciclope-Rollenapparate verfgt ber eine Verdrehsicherung des Angelzapfens, das deutlich die Montage des Scharniers verbessert und das Aufnehmen des Zapfenkopfes ermglicht, wodurch ein Sperrsystem gebildet wird.In Kombination mit den Rollenapparaten bieten wir eine Reihe von Laufschienen und Fhrungen aus pressgebogenem Blech ohne Schweinaht, als Garantie des Ciclope-Systems.
