I sistemi utilizzati rientrano nelle normative vigenti riguardanti il risparmio energetico nell’obbiettivo climatico di 2° grado certificato CASA PASSIVA in CLASSE A…, comprendendo le ultime tecnologie dei sistemi ALU-K, SCHÜCO, HYDRO, SECCO e JANSEN. Ciò che fino a qualche anno fa poteva essere considerato solo un sogno nell’ambito della serramentistica, oggi la CAVAZZOLI & C. ne ha reso possibile la realizzazione attraverso l’impiego dei sistemi, ALU-K con le serie 56 IW, 67 IW, 77 IW e SCHÜCO con le serie AWS 65, AWS 75.SI e ASS50-70 che grazie alla DOMOTICA premette di gestire un edificio con l’ausilio di un semplice pulsante. Per la realizzazione di facciate continue e strutturali vengono utilizzati i sistemi SCHÜCO FW 50+, SG 60 e SFC 85. In qualità di azienda innovativa la CAVAZZOLI & C. ha introdotto nella sua produzione i sistemi FOTOVOLTAICI A FILM SOTTILE SCHÜCO PROSOL TF, che possono essere inseriti in ogni parte vetrata di ciascun infisso o facciata. Nella produzione si annoverano anche serramenti alluminio/legno nelle varie essenze, e serramenti in P.V.C. a 5/7 camere. A queste tecnologie si affianca la produzione di coperture leggere a forma piramidale, circolare, tunnel o a cupola a seconda delle esigenze progettuali, e pensiline d’ingresso anch’esse di varie forme e misure. Con l’utilizzo di questi sistemi si copre una vasta gamma di esigenze sia civili che industriali, comprendendo anche portoni a libro, scorrevoli e sezionali, vetrine, serrande, cancelletti estensibili e blindature anti effrazione. La divisione CARPENTERIA offre, a completamento dei propri servizi, la produzione di opere in ferro riguardanti la sicurezza degli edifici e le grandi strutture metalliche. These technologies are complemented by the production of pyramid-shaped, circular, tunnel or dome roofing solutions to meet design requirements, and also entrance canopies designed in a variety of different shapes and sizes. Gli infissi sono eseguiti utilizzando i sistemi ALU-K nelle serie 56IW, 67IW, 77IW e SCHÜCO nelle serie AWS 65, AWS75.SI, ASS 50-70 dove si uniscono i vantaggi di un materiale come l’alluminio agli innovativi principi di risparmio energetico tutti rispondenti alle caratteristiche attualmente vigenti (55%-36% etc…). Con l’integrazione e lo sviluppo della DOMOTICA i sistemi SCHÜCO permettono di gestire l’apertura e la chiusura degli infissi semplicemente tramite un pulsante oppure un’impronta digitale o mediante un computer posto nell’edifico con il sistema wireless (senza cavi).
