PURE SMOKE KULTUREHi Guys,

all started around the mid-nineties. I fully concentrated on the production of glass pipes. But being a passionate glassblower, I didn‘t want to produce mass goods but create works of art. I wanted to combine quality, functionality, and a cool design. I wanted perfection - and I called it ROOR.

Today we are synonymous throughout the world for exactly these high standards

and our passion to achieve the best motivates us now as it ever has. Only this explains the fact that many of our in-novations define today‘s standards: glass on glass, anti-roll system, ice notches, or the diffusor. We only process the pu-rest borosilicate glass and invest in even the tiniest object all our craftsmanship, expertise, patience, and – yes, our love. And we get something in return for what we give – by receiving awards and prizes on international fairs (among others eleven High Times Cannabis Cups) but above all from all the people who appreciate our passion.

Clients become fans, fans become friends. Amongst them also VIPs like B-Real, System of a Down or Howard Marks (we miss you Howard) to name only a few with whom we enjoy a close friendship. But success is no reason to rest – to the contrary. Like this, in the course of recent years really absolutely unique pieces have been created in collaborati-on with famous international glassblowers.

And we keep on working together with the best glassblo-wers from all over the world to improve our products. For you and us. That‘s the ROOR story – down to the present day. Our story. My story. What an awesome time. But I know for sure; this was only the beginning.

alles begann so Mitte der Neunziger. Ich

konzentrierte mich voll und ganz auf die

Herstellung von Glaspfeifen. Aber als

leidenschaftlicher Glasbläser wollte ich

keine Massenware produzieren, sondern

Kunstwerke erschaffen. Ich wollte Quali-

tät, Funktionalität und cooles Design un-

ter einen Hut bringen. Ich wollte Perfekti-

on. Das Ganze nannte ich ROOR.

Heute stehen wir weltweit für genau diesen Anspruch

und die Passion für das Beste treibt uns an wie am ersten

Tag. Nur so ist es zu erklären, dass viele unserer Innovatio-

nen inzwischen Standards definieren: Glass on Glass, An-

ti-Rollsystem, Eiskerben oder der Diffusor. Wir verarbeiten

nur reinstes Borosilikatglas und stecken in jedes kleinste

Objekt unser ganzes Können, viel Geduld und – ja, unsere

Liebe.

Und wir bekommen etwas zurück, von dem was wir ge-

ben – durch Auszeichnungen und Preise auf internatio-

nalen Messen (unter anderem elf High Times Cannabis

Cups), aber vor allem durch die Menschen, die uns und

unsere Leidenschaft schätzen. Kunden werden zu Fans,

Fans zu Freunden. Darunter sind Prominente wie B-Real,

System of a Down oder Howard Marks (wir vermissen

dich, Howard), um nur einige zu nennen, mit denen uns

eine enge Freundschaft verbindet.

Aber Erfolg ist kein Grund zum Ausruhen – im Gegenteil.

So entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit international be-

kannten Glaskünstlern über die letzten Jahre wirklich ein-

malige Stücke. Und mit den besten Glasbläsern aus aller

Welt arbeiten wir ständig daran, unsere Produkte besser

zu machen. Für euch und für uns selbst.

Das ist die Geschichte von ROOR bis heute. Unsere Ge-

schichte. Meine Geschichte. War eine tolle Zeit. Aber ich

bin ganz sicher – das war erst der Anfang.

Wenn du deine defekte Pfeife direkt bei uns in Fran-

kenthal vorbeibringst und wieder abholst, stellen

wir dir übrigens auf Wunsch gerne gegen Kaution

ein Ersatzgerät für die Zeit der Reparatur bereit.

KOSTENDie Kosten einer Reparatur hängen selbstverständ-

lich vom Schaden und der Beschaffenheit des

Glasproduktes ab. Für einen unverbindlichen Kos-

tenvoranschlag einfach einen Vermerk auf dem

REPARATURSERVICE

Reparaturauftrag machen! Ohne Vermerk wird das

Gerät repariert und dann per Nachnahme wieder an

dich zurückgeschickt (nur innerhalb Deutschlands,

ins europäische Ausland per Vorkasse). Wir bieten

diesen Service auch gegen Vorkasse an, somit ent-

fällt die Nachnahmegebühr, es wird nur das Porto

berechnet.

VORBEREITUNGDer zu reparierende Glasgegenstand muss absolut

sauber sein.

Achte darüber hinaus auf eine äußerst sorgfältige

Verpackung, so dass während des Versandes kein

weiterer Schaden entstehen kann. Bitte verwende

zum Verpacken keine Textilien. Unser Tipp: reichlich

(!) Luftpolsterfolie und zusätzlich Papier/Pappe, um

die Lieferung im Karton zu stabilisieren.

For this purpose, just indicate this on the repair form which should be completed in legible block letters! Without any such remark, the pipe will be repaired and sent back to you.
