The technique of repairing plastic parts in the auto motive section has been recently developed and improved. Such technology allows to repair, by weld-ing, cuts, holes and buttonholes so to fully recover the damaged parts. This procedure considers welding by nitrogen gas so to avoid premature aging and providing optimal resistance features. La nuova ed innovativa tecnologia MWM presenta un gruppo saldante estremamente compatto ideato per essere facilmente posizionabile sul nostro carrello od in alternativa (vedasi pagina 6) su banco da lavoro. Si è cosi ottenuta l’eliminazione della tradizionale ma ingom-brante bombola sostituita dal gruppo Generatore d’azoto il quale, alimentato ad aria compressa, la filtra e rende disponibile la giusta quantità di azoto per l’applicazione. This innovative and new MWM technology provides an extremely compact Welding Station, intended to be easily fitted on our trolley or alternatively (see page 6) on a workbench. It was in this way achieved the elimination of the traditional and bulky gas bottle, fully replaced by the Nitrogen Filter Membrane Generator powered by compressed air which filters Ni-trogen needed for the application.

La nuova pistola MWM presenta un’impugnatura compatta, maneggevole ed ergonomica ed è direttamente collegata ad un gruppo scaldante di ridottissime dimensioni mediante un fascio di cavi estremamente flessibile. The new MWM gun is built on a very compact, ergonomic and easy to use handle to move around. It is directly connected to the very compact heating machine through very flexible bundle of cables.

Su tutte le versioni dei gruppi saldanti è montata anche la soluzione MWM PLASTIC SPOT per la saldatura elettrica tra-mite graffette. Vengono altresì completate con la fornitura di materiali di consumo di primo utilizzo e di alcuni accessori indispensabili per poter effettuare riparazioni di qualità. Aggiornata alla versione attuale con Azoto fornito da appo-site bombola, come le altre saldatrici offre il nuovo gruppo saldante con pistola estremamente compatto. Alimentato ad aria compressa per garantire la tenuta in temperatura ed il raffreddamento della pistola, la macchina presenta il grande vantaggio di poter commutare da aria ad azoto semplicemente premendo il grilletto della pistola e per-tanto senza alcun altro bisogno di intervento manuale. Il gas azoto verrà pertanto utilizzato soltanto durante la saldatura così comportando enormi risparmi di azoto, fino all’80%, in confronto al normale consumo dei modelli pre-cedenti.

Precisi sistemi di protezione garantiscono sia i flussi di gas che il raffreddamento regolare della pistola fino ad 8 minuti dopo lo spegnimento della macchina. Inoltre, le saldatrici sono fornite dal produttore già pre-tarate e cali-brate in modo da assicurare il miglior rapporto prestazio-ni/consumo senza alcun bisogno di ulteriori regolazioni da parte dell’utilizzatore.

Updated to current version by getting Nitrogen supplied by a gas bottle, this machine offers the new extremely compact welding gun likewise the other Plastic Welders. Powered by compressed air to ensure the gun with regular working tem-perature and cooling, it introduces the peculiarity of switch-ing from air to nitrogen by simply pushing the trigger of the gun and without any need of manual intervention. Therefore, Nitrogen will be strictly used only when welding and this will bring to massive Nitrogen savings, up to 80% of the normal Nitrogen consumption.

Safety protection system ensures gas flows as well as cool-ing up to 8 minutes after machine is turned off. In addition, the whole machine is pre-calibrated in the factory to achieve best ratio performance/consumption so that it does not need any other kind of adjustment to be carried out by the operator.

Il generatore di Azoto è una soluzione tecnica estremamente innovativa che permette la produzione di azoto filtrando appositamente aria com-pressa come risorsa principale. Può a pieno titolo sostituire integralmen-te la bombola evitandone così le frequenti e costose ricariche ed aumen-tandone notevolmente la maneggevolezza e praticità. Non richiede alcun collegamento elettrico e non comporta alcun movimento meccanico e conseguentemente non subisce alcun tipo di usura durante l’utilizzo.

SHIPMENT OF THE GOODS If not differently agreed between the parts, delivery is always considered to be ex works MWM Srl. The terms of delivery are approximate; they refer to workdays and are not binding in any case for MWM Srl.Possible delays can neither cause claims for compensation for damages nor for the cancellation, even if partial, of the contract.

SHIPMENT Shipments are carried out according to the instructions of the Client, failing which MWM Srl will act on the basis of its experience in the field and of the most suitable available instruments. The goods are always shipped at Client’s risk.

PAYMENT The payment will have to be made according to the terms agreed with the Sales Department and mentioned on the invoice. If these conditions are not fulfilled, MWM Srl will be allowed from that moment to amend them unilater-ally. If products are acknowledged by MWM Srl to have been defective from their origin, free of charge replacements will be allowed. Differently, MWM Srl will make repair cost known or send back the faulty product to the customers at customer’s cost in the same conditions MWM Srl had previously received it. JURISDICTION Any controversy falls within the competence of the jurisdiction of Bologna.

La MWM Srl, riconosce valide unicamente le proprie condizioni di vendita, pertanto, salvo specifici accordi scritti, le condizioni decise unilateral-mente dalla Clientela non possono essere accettate.

CONFERMA DEGLI ORDINI Gli ordini conferiti sono in ogni caso subordinati all’accettazione dell’uffi-cio commerciale della MWM Srl.

REVISIONE PREZZI I prezzi di listino, possono in ogni momento essere variati dalla MWM Srl.

RESA DELLA MERCE Salvo accordi diversi la resa si intende sempre franco nostro stabilimento. I termini di consegna sono indicativi, si intendono riferiti a giorni lavorativi e non impegnano in alcun modo la MWM Srl. Eventuali ritardi non possono dar luogo a pretese di danni né a risoluzione anche parziale di contratto.

SPEDIZIONE Le spedizioni vengono effettuate in base alle precise istruzioni della Clien-tela anche se, in mancanza di queste, la MWM Srl procederà avvalendosi della propria esperienza nel settore e dei mezzi disponibili più opportuni. La merce viaggia sempre e comunque a rischio e pericolo della Clientela.

PAGAMENTI Il pagamento dovrà effettuarsi in base alle condizioni pattuite con l’Ufficio Commerciale ed indicate in conferma d’ordine o in fattura. In caso di non ottemperanza delle condizioni stabilite MWM Srl avrà la facoltà di modi-ficarle unilateralmente. In caso di ritardo di pagamento potranno essere addebitati gli interessi di mora oltre alle spese di incasso, diritti bancari e spese legali.

EVASIONE ORDINI In caso di indisponibilità della totalità della merce oggetto dell’ordine

l’Ufficio Vendite MWM concorderà con il cliente una eventuale consegna parziale, senza che questa possa dar luogo ad alcuna contestazione e nell’occasione concorderà la nuova data di consegna del saldo. La dispo-nibilità dei prodotti non è vincolante e nel caso di ritardi delle forniture il cliente non potrà perciò pretendere l’annullamento parziale o totale dell’ordine né la rifusione di danni.

MINIMO FATTURABILE Il minimo fatturabile per singola fattura in Italia è di € 150 mentre per l’estero € 250.

IMBALLI Gli imballi speciali vengono fatturati al costo.

RESI DI MATERIALE MWM Srl non accetta resi di prodotti se non preventivamente autorizzati dall’ufficio commerciale a mezzo apposito modulo “Richiesta di reso”.Ogni reso non autorizzato, verrà rifiutato e rispedito al mittente a spese di quest’ultimo.

GARANZIALa garanzia è applicabile ai prodotti elettromeccanici di MWM Srl ad esclusione dei consumabili e ha validità di mesi 12 a far data dalla fat-turazione. Per le ulteriori condizioni di garanzia, riferite esclusivamente a difetti di fabbricazione, rimandiamo ai singoli manuali di uso e manu-tenzione forniti in corredo alle apparecchiature. Se i prodotti verranno riconosciuti effettivamente difettosi in origine da MWM Srl si procederà alla sostituzione in garanzia senza alcun addebito di costo, diversamente si preventiverà la riparazione o si restituirà’ il prodotto al cliente a sue spese nelle condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto da MWM Srl.

GIURISDIZIONE Per eventuali controversie sarà competente il Foro di Bologna.
