La pinza HWG Compost è stata studiata per la raccolta e la movimentazione di grandi quantità di ramaglie e sfalci destinati alla biotriturazione.

Questa pinza è interamente realizzata in materiali ad alta resistenza sia meccanica che all’usura, per ridurre il peso dell’attrezzo al minimo, senza comprometterne la solidità, la robustezza della struttura e la durata nel tempo.

Siccome la pinza HWG Compost è destinata ad utenti professionali, che ne fanno un uso continuo ed assiduo, i perni di rotazione sono di grande diametro e realizzati in acciaio bonificato trattato termicamente e boccole con rivestimento superficiale antiusura .La valvola ripartitrice di flusso installata all’interno del corpo macchina, consente di avere una chiusura pressochè simultanea delle 2 valve della pinza.

HWG Compost grapple has been studied for the collection and handling of large amounts of branches and cuttings to be loaded on a big chiperr/shredder.

This grapple is entirely built of steel with high mechanical and wear strength, to reduce its weight to a minimum, without compromising its strength and durability.

HWG Compost is intended for professional users, who will use this attachment regularly and for long times, the rotation of the claws is on large diameter pins of hardened steel with heat treatment and bushings with wear rotection surface coating.The flow distribution valve installed inside the machine body, allows a almost simultaneous closing of the two claws of the grapple.

Lo spaccalegna HSP1 è studiato e costruito per un utilizzo di tipo professionale, ed è proprio grazie alla sua struttura, realizzata con materiali di elevata qualità, che ne possiamo garantire la resistenza alle sollecitazioni gravose che derivano dal suo utilizzo con un escavatore.

Lo spaccalegna HSP1 sviluppa una forza di 25 TON ad una pressione dell’impianto idraulico di 200 BAR. Per evitare scomode regolazioni di pressione sulla pompa dell’escavatore, lo spaccalegna HSP1 è equipaggiato con una valvola di massima pressione.

Per macchine con pompe di portata d’olio inferiore ai 60 L/MIN, è possibile integrare la valvola con un circuito rigenerativo che aumenta la velocità di avanzamento del cilindro oleodinamico in fase di avvicinamento al tronco, riducendo i tempi di lavoro.

Lo spaccalegna HSP1 può essere utilizzato anche con gru, caricatori forestali, e altri mezzi agricoli o industriali.

Sul corpo macchina è presente una piastra forata alla quale avvitare la sella di aggancio al braccio dell’escavatore o aggancio rapido, oppure la flangia di collegamento per qualsiasi rotore idraulico in commercio.

HSP1 log splitter is designed and built for professional works, and thanks to its sturdy structure, made with high quality materials, we can ensure the resistance to the high mechanical stress that arise out by working with an excavator.HSP1 log splitter has a splitting power of 25 TON at 200 BAR of oil pressure.To prevent aches adjustment of oil pressure on excavator pump, HSP1 log splitter is equipped with a pressure relief valve.For machines with pumps oil flow under 60 L/MIN, there is the opportunity to integrate the valve with another valve for regenerative circuits, increasing the speed of hydraulic cylinder when approaching the trunk, reducing the working time.HSP1 log splitter can also be installed on cranes, forestry loaders, and other agricultural or industrial machines.On the machine body there is a perforated plate necessary to screw the excavator boom link, quick coupler, or the connection flange for any hydraulic rotor.

HLG FCOSTRUITE IN ACCIAIO AD ELEVATISSIME CARATTERISTICHE RESISTENZIALI, ABBINATE A BUONA TENACITA’ E DUTTILITA’.

Le pinze per tronchi DMS sono costruite in acciaio laminato a freddo con ottime caratteristiche meccaniche di resistenza ai carichi di rottura e snervamento, ed una ottima elasticità, questo ci consente di offrire pinze sicuramente robuste, ma anche compatte e non troppo pesanti per non limitare la capacità di carico del mezzo su cui sono installate.

Le nostre pinze a cilindro orizzontale sono disponibili in 3 diverse serie, e coprono una gamma di escavatori da 1,2 ton fino a 15 ton di peso, e possono essere installate oltre che sugli escavtori anche su gru, caricatori agricoli o forestali ed elevatori telescopici.

Le nostre pinze sono disponibili anche nella versione con forche con denti rinforzati e senza le pale (non disponibile sulla HLG F10), per un carico più veloce e pulito dei tronchi.

DMS log grapples are built with cold rolled steel with excellent breaking strength and yield strength, with excellent elasticity, this allows us to offer sturdy log grapples, but also compact and not too heavy so as not to restrict the load capacity of the machine on which they are installed.

Our horizontal cylinder log grapples are available in 3 different series, and cover a range of excavators from 1.2 tons up to 15 tons, and can be installed as well as on excavators also on cranes, farm or forestry loaders and telescopic elevators.

Our log grapples are also available in a version with reinforced teeth forks without the blades (not available on F10 HLG), for a faster and cleaner logs load.

“HCS FASTCUT” PER ROTATORI A 6 VIE

La motosega idraulica HCS Fastcut è realizzata con materiali e componenti di alta qualità.La struttura metallica è molto robusta, e molto compatta in quanto l’ingombro del carter che copre e protegge il motore e le valvole è stato ridotto al minimo.L’avanzamento della barra della sega è regolabile, ed il ritorno automatico non appena si interrompe il flusso d’olio al motore che fa girare la catena.

Anche la lubrificazione della catena è automatica: ogni volta che il motore inizia a girare, la catena viene lubrificata.La quantità d’olio prelevata dal serbatoio dell’olio di lubrificazione, posto nella parte superiore della struttura del kit motosega, e spruzzata sulla catena è regolabile tramite un registro posto sulla valvola che gestisce questa funzione.

La posizione del kit motosega rispetto alla pinza è regolabile, in quanto sono presenti molti fori di fissaggio, che permettono quindi il posizionamento ottimale.Il nostro kit motosega può essere installato su quasi tutti i modelli di pinza per tronchi.

“HCS FASTCUT” FOR 6-WAYS ROTORS

The hydraulic chainsaw HCS Fastcut is made with high quality materials and components.The metal structure is strength and very compact, as the dimensions of the casing that covers and protects the motor and the valves has been reduced to the minimum possible.The feed of the saw bar is adjustable and its return is automatic as soon as the oil flow to the motor stops.Also the chain lubrication is automatic:each time the engine starts to turn, the chain is lubricated.

The quantity of oil taken from the lubrication oil tank, placed in the upper part of the structure of the chainsaw kit, and sprayed on the chain, is adjustable by means of a register located on the valve that handles this function.The location of the chainsaw kit respect of the grapple is adjustable, and the many mounting holes allow an optimal positioning.Our chainsaw kit can be installed on almost all models of grapple.

“HCS FASTCUT” RADIO CONTROL

Il kit “HCS FASTCUT” può essere aggiunto facilmente alle nostre pinze HLG, ma può essere installato anche su molte altre marche di pinza, senza comprometterne l’utilizzo.Il funzionamento della barra motosega è idraulico, e l’azionamento viene dato dall’operatore, tramite un comando radio.

Grazie alle valvole oleodinamiche appositamente costruite, ed ai comandi radio forniti con il kit, non vi è la necessità né di aggiungere un impianto idraulico ausiliario per l’azionamento del motore della sega e di acquistare un rotatore idraulico con passaggi d’olio supplementari (rotatore 6 vie), né di installare una elettrovalvola che scambi il flusso d’olio dalla pinza alla barra motosega, questo significa un notevole risparmio.

Con il kit HCS FASTCUT, utilizzando il rotatore classico a 4 vie (quello standard), si evitano i costi di componenti aggiuntivi e si riducono fortemente quelli di installazione del kit motosega.In base alla dimensione ed alle caratteristiche dell’impianto idraulico dell’escavatore, viene consigliato il modello di pinza, rotatore e kit motosega idraulica più idoneo.

“HCS FASTCUT” RADIO CONTROL

The kit “HCS FastCut” can be easily added to our HLG log grapples pliers, but can also be installed on many other brands of log graplles, without compromising its use.The operation of the chainsaw bar is hydraulic, and the start is given by the operator, by a radio control.Thanks to the specially built hydraulic valves, and the radio control supplied with the HCS kit, it is not needed to add an auxiliary hydraulic system for operating the saw motor and to buy a hydraulic rotator with additional oil passages (6-ways hydraulic rotors ), or to install a solenoid valve that exchanges the oil flow from the grapple to the saw unit, and this means significant savings.

With the kit HCS FastCut, using the standard grapple’s 4-ways rotator , you spare the cost of add-ons and severely reduce the installation times and costs. Depending on the sizem weight, and characteristics of the hydraulicpump of the excavator, we suggest the right log grapple and rotator and the appropriate saw bar unit.

Auger drive units HDA can be used on every excavator from 1 to 5 tons, with personalized connection plates built following the specific request of the customer.HDA auger units can be also used with a crane or with a forestry loader, based on their technical features.The high quality of the components and the materials used guarantees a great power and an high reliability of the tool.The planetary reduction gear box is completely protected by the metal structure, to avoid any accidental damage.The double coupling assure that the auger is always in the correct vertical position, also in not level areas We produce also a big range of augers of many diameters and of standard length of 1 or 2 meters, and for the drilling of different kind of soil.

Le trivelle idrauliche della serie HDA possono essere montate su qualsiasi marca o modello di escavatore, con attacchi costruiti a misura secondo le specifiche richieste del cliente.

Possono anche essere utilizzate da gru o caricatori forestali, in base alle loro caratteristiche tecniche. L’elevata qualità dei componenti e dei materiali utilizzati garantisce una grande potenza ed una lunga durata dell’attrezzo. Il corpo del motoriduttore è interamente protetto dalla struttura metallica, così da evitare qualsiasi danno accidentale. Il doppio snodo consente di avere la trivella sempre in posizione verticale anche nelle zone non pianeggianti.

Produciamo inoltre una vasta gamma di aste elicoidali, di lunghezza 1 o 2 metri, per la trivellazione di diverse tipologie di terreno.Sono disponibili 2 modelli di testate per trivelle: HDA1 e HDA2

HDA2S è una trivella speciale polifunzionale, che potete collegare al braccio del vostro miniescavatore da 1,2 a 6,0 ton di peso.

E’ estremamente versatile, e vi basterà cambiare l’attrezzo terminale per svolgere un lavoro diverso: spaccare tronchi, eseguire trivellazioni verticali, orizzontali o oblique, fresare ceppi dal terreno e preparare e scaricare calcestruzzo; sarà possibile fare tutto questo direttamente dalla cabina del vostro escavatore.

La trasmissione di potenza della HDA2 S è la medesima che utilizziamo ormai da tempo sulle nostre trivelle HDA, e questo ci garantisce una elevata potenza erogata grande affidabilità; in più il sistema di tenuta ai carichi radiali da noi progettato permette al motoriduttore epicicloidale di resistere ad urti e trazioni che diversamente non potrebbe sopportare.

In base alla portata d’olio ed alla pressione di esercizio dell’impianto idraulico del vostro escavatore possiamo offrirvi la soluzione migliore.

HDA2S is a special multi-purpose drill, which can be connected to the arm of your mini excavator from 1.2 to 6.0 tons in weight.

It’s extremely versatile, and you will have just to change the implement to perform a different job: splitting logs, vertical, horizontal or oblique drilling, grinding stumps and roots from the soil and prepare and flow cement; you can do all this from the cab of your excavator.

The power transmission of HDA2 S is the same that we use for our augers HDA, and this guarantees a high power delivered and great reliability, moreover the sealing system to radial loads designed by us allows the planetary gearmotor of resisting to shocks and tractions that otherwise it could not endure.

We produce tips and extensions for drilling of normal/mixed and rocky soils, with hexagonal coupling of 50 mm.On the tips for normal soils are welded a tip and 2 blades of anti-wear steel Hardox HB500, while the tips that are used for rocky soils are equipped with different types of tungsten carbide picks, depending on the diameter of the hole you want to accomplish .All the spirals of our drilling tips and extensions are fully welded, that guarantee maximum strength and durability.The standard length of tips and extensions is 100 cm, but on request we can also produce tips and extensions up to 200 cm in length.

HPCL 350 is an hydraulic clamp that has a maximum opening of 350mm, and it allows to grab and handle various types of materials, but it is mainly used for the removal of wooden and metal poles, small shrubs and hedges.On the closing plates, you can install pads of different materials (Teflon, rubber, aluminum, wood) according to your needs, to avoid damage to the moved piece o to increase the friction exerted by the clamp on it.On the structure there is a welded perforated plate for the fitting of the excavator’s boom hitch.The closure power of the HPCL clamp can be regulated by a pression control valve.

La pinza HPCL 350 ha una apertura di 350 mm, e consente di afferrare movimentare diverse tipologie di materiali, ma è principalmente utilizzata per la rimozione di pali in legno e metallo, piccoli arbusti e siepi.Sui piatti dei chiusura, è possibile installare dei tamponi di diversi materiali (teflon,gomma,alluminio,legno) in base alle proprie esigenze, per evitare danni a al pezzo movimentato o per aumentare l’attrito esercitato dalla pinza sullo stesso.Sul corpo macchina è presente una piastra forata per il fissaggio dell’attacco per l’escavatore.La pinza HPCL puo essere utilizzata anche per la movimentazione di roccie, cordoli, mattoni,ecc.Per regolare la forza di chiusura della pinza, è possibile installare una valvola regolatrice di pressione.

HTC is the tool that permit to use all the DMS products for excavators, cranes or forestry loader with a tractor: HTC is simply linked by the three-point hitch of the tractor.With HTC on your tractor you will grab timbers using our HLG line of log grapples, or split logs with our HSP log splitter, or drill soil with our HDA auger drive units.The 3 hydraulic cylinders give you the possibility to control the lenght and the direction of the arm.You can use HTC also as a small little carried crane.

La pressa imballatrice per tronchi DMS HLB1 consente di creare fasci di tronchi solidi e sicuri facilmente caricabili e facilmente trasportabili sia in bosco che su strada. L’attrezzo è composto da una vasca semicircolare nella quale mettere e sovrapporre i tronchi che si desidera imballare, i quali verranno poi pressati l’uno contro l’altro tramite due robusti bracci di forma semicircolare, posti nella parte superiore della vasca. Questi bracci sono azionati da 2 pistoni idraulici indipendenti, collegati all’impianto idraulico del trattore e azionabili direttamente dall’operatore tramite i comandi presenti nella cabina del trattore. L’indipendenza dei 2 bracci permette di pressare in modo omogeneo anche fasci di tronchi che, per la conformazione degli stessi, presentino diametri diversi ai loro lati opposti. I fasci vengono poi legati tramite apposito filo metallico posto in 2 distinte bobine parallele ai bracci di chiusura; per facilitare l’operazione di legatura dei fasci sono presenti 2 guide metalliche utili per far scorrere il filo sotto al fascio pressato. La pressa imballatrice crea fasci di tronchi di Ø 1 m x 1,2 m (consigliato) pari a 1 metro cubo di legname. Per ragioni di sicurezza si consiglia di utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente il filo originale DMS sempre disponibile come ricambio nei nostri magazzini. La pressa imballatrice idraulica DMS HLB1 è costruita con i migliori materiali e le migliori tecnologie. Questo attrezzo rivoluzionerà il vostro lavoro all’interno del bosco, rendendolo più veloce, ordinato e sicuro. È disponibile nella nostra gamma di prodotti anche la pinza per tronchi da collegare ad una gru o ad un braccio escavatore per la movimentazione dei fasci.

Lo scarico del fascio di tronchi dalla macchina è molto semplice, ed è facilitato dalla forma di HLB1. La coppia di bobine di filo è sufficiente per creare circa 200 fasci di tronchi.

The hydraulic log bundler DMS HLB1 gives the possibility to create bundles of logs, safely and easily loadable and transportable either through the wood and on the road. The machine is composed by an half-circle bucket into which you can put and stack the logs you want to bundle, which are then pressed one against the other by two strong arms of semi circular shape. These arms are moved by 2 independent hydraulic cylinders, connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor, in this way the operator can use the log bundlig press from the board of the tractor. The independence of the 2 pressing arms guarantees to close strictly on all their length also log bundles which present, due to their conformation, a different diameter on the 2 opposite sides. The bundles are then closed by metal wire located in 2 bobbins positioned parallel to the press arms. To make easier the bundling operation there are 2 metallic rails useful to make the wire run under the pressed bundle. The log bundlig press create log bundles of Ø 1 m X 1,2 m (recommended) equivalent to about 1 cubic meter of timber. For security reasons is suggested to use only the original DMS wire, that is always available as spare part in our warehouse.

La forca doppia HLB2 LB è l’attrezzo giusto per chi possiede una fascinatrice HLB1, e vuole precedentemente prima preparare i fasci e poi trasportarli, oppure se viene utilizzato un trattore con sollevatore anteriore è possibile trasportare allo stesso tempo 3 fasci di tronchi: 1 interno alla fascinatrice HLB1 anteriormente, e 2 sulla HLB2 LB.In questo modo ogni spostamento viene ottimizzato, riducendo tempi e costi.

Le punte della forca HLB 2 sono richiudili idraulicamente, così da rispettare il codice stradale durante gli spostamenti a vuoto su strada che risultano quindi agili e sicuri.

HGRIP is equipped with a gripper arm that tighten the timber, to ensure maximum safety during transport in the wood and on the road.The gripper arm of closure is driven by 2 hydraulic cylinders, equipped with block valve, so even in the event that accidental damage occurs to the hydraulic system or hoses, there is not the risk of losing the load. The horizontal tips of the fork can be moved to vertical position to minimize space requirements when not loaded. The log fork can be installed on tractors, front loaders and telescopic elevators.

Le pale caricatrici HFS sono il miglior attrezzo per il carico e il trasporto di pietre, terra, sabbia, legna, materiali inerti come mattoni e materiali da demolizione, letame, ecc..

La struttura è realizzata con lamiere di acciaio di alta qualità e con tubolari di elevato spessore e resistenza; il taglione inferiore della pala, la parte più sollecitata e sempre a contatto con il terreno, è completamente realizzata in Hardox®.

Ogni componente è stato realizzato per garantire solidità e una lunga durata dell’attrezzo, anche se utilizzato per lavori molto pesanti. L’affidabilità e la funzionalità delle pale HFS sono garantite dal nuovo sistema di comando e di scarico da noi ideato per risolvere i problemi comuni all’utilizzo di questa attrezzatura: grazie a questo nuovo sistema di ribaltamento possiamo infatti dare la possibilità all’operatore di regolare l’inclinazione della pala, così da poter livellare la pala o regolare il volume e la velocità di scarico; questo speciale sistema di ribaltamento della pala è studiato per poter scaricare nelle posizioni più scomode ed impervie.

La pala HFS è costruita per essere il più vicino possibile al trattore, così da ridurre al minimo le problematiche di sollevamento della parte anteriore del mezzo anche a pieno carico.

HFS IS AN INNOVATIVE BUCKET LOADER FOR TRACTORS, WITH DYNAMIC HYDRAULIC MOVEMENT, REALIZED FOR BEING USED IN THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITIES.

Hfs bucket is the best tool to load and move stones, ground, sand, wood, inert material such as bricks and concrete pieces, and many other things. every component is realized in order to guarantee solidity and a long durability of the tool, even if usually used for hard and intensive works. All the structure is realized with high quality iron sheets and iron tubes of great thickness and resistance; the back bar of the bucket, the part that frequently touch the ground, is completely realized in Hardox®. The reliability and the functionality of HFS buckets are guaranteed from the new system of upsetting and tipping of the bucket for the materials unloading process, created by us in order to solve the common problems of this equipment: with this new upsetting system we give in fact the possibility to the tractor driver of regulating the inclination of the bucket, in order to be able to level the bucket or to regulate the volume and the speed of unloading; this special system of tipping is studied to unload the bucket fast and in every situation.

HFS bucket is constructed to be as near as possible to the tractor, this peculiarity reduce the raising of the front of the tractor, also when the bucket is full loaded.

The rear buckets HFS PBE 80 are studied to be used on tractors of small dimensions or with a small lifting capacity of the hydraulif lift system.The bucket is 80 cm long, instead of 100 cm of the standard model, and for this reason the HFS PBE 80 is lighter but with the same resistande and quality as ever.

The reduce length of the bucket increase the dumping height, that is surely positive factor and a big comfort on small tractors that usually have a limited height of the hydraulic lift.

Le pale HFS PBE 80 sono studiate per i trattori di piccole dimensioni, e con una limitata portata del sollevatore idraulico.La vasca di carico è lunga 80 cm anziché 100 cm come nel modello standard, il che consente di ridurre il peso senza alterare la resistenza dell’attrezzo.

La minore profondità della vasca, consente di aumentare l’altezza di scarico della pala, il che è un fattore sicuramente positivo ed una grande comodità sui trattori di piccole dimensioni che hanno sollevatori idraulici con una alzata ridotta.

La forca per balloni di fieno HFORK, è stata realizzata per evitare agli operatori di macchine agricole lo spiacevole obbligo di dover scendere dal trattore per chiudere manualmente le punte della forca classica, ogni volta, prima del carico e dopo lo scarico del ballone di fieno.

Capita spesso infatti che le distanze da percorrere siano relativamente brevi, e salire e scendere dal trattore per ogni trasporto diventa una grande perdita di tempo, oltre che una situazione che aumenta la fatica ed il rischio di infortuni.Per evitare queste problematiche, abbiamo installato un pistone idraulico che gestisce l’apertura e la chiusura delle forche dall’impianto oleodinamico del trattore.

La struttura che sostiene le punte è oscillante, per aumentare la comodità di carico e scarico del ballone di fieno, ed evitare il danneggiamento delle stesse.

La forca HFORK nella dotazione standard è prevista di attacchi a 3 punti per sollevatori categoria 1 e 2.Su richiesta è disponibile anche la versione per sollevatori categoria 3, e con attacchi personalizzati per elevatori telescopici o caricatori frontali.

The hay bales fork HFORK,has been created to avoid to the tractors operators the unpleasant obligation of having to get off the tractor to close manually the tips of the classic fork models every time, before loading and after unloading the hay bale.Often in fact, the distances are relatively short, and to get many times on and off the tractor for each transportation becomes a big waste of time, as well as a situation that increases the fatigue and the risk of injury.

To avoid these problems, we have installed a hydraulic cylinder which operates the opening and closing of the hydraulic forks from the hydraulic system of the tractor.The structure that supports the tips is oscillating, to make easy the loading and unloading of the hay bale, and avoid damages.HFORK in the standard is expected of attacks on 3 points for category 1 and 2 lifts.It is also available on request the model for category 3 lifts, and with custom built hitches for telescopic elevators or front loader.
