La Energy Bruciatori Industriali srl fu fondata nel 1992 da un gruppo di specialisti con esperienza ventennale nella progettazione e costruzione di bruciatori industriali.L’azienda è situata nel hinterland torinese, uno dei maggiori centri industriali in Italia e in Europa.

Da più di vent’anni nel mercato, la ENERGY è diventata punto di riferimento per la sua professionalità nella produzione di bruciatori industriali di alta qualità, lunga durata e facile manutenzione, come né è prova le macchine installate in tutto il mondo.

SISTEMA DI REGOLAZIONE O2 O2 REGULATION SYSTEMInformazioni generali:

I bruciatori Energy a camma elettronica possono essere accessoriati su richiesta di un sistema di regolazione dell’O2.

Il bruciatore viene accessoriato di:- Sensore rilevamento O2- Centralina di gestione segnale per interfaccia con camma elettronica

Questo sistema dà degli ottimi risultati di gestione con un notevole risparmio energetico.

La combustione avviene con la presenza di eccesso d’aria e i bruciatori vengono regolati con l’O2 superiore all’effettiva necessità, questo per evitare interventi continui sulla regolazione del bruciatore, dovuti alle variazioni delle caratteristiche del combustibile.

Con l’installazione di tale sistema si ha la regolazione e l’ottimizzazione dell’O2 in continuo, riducendo l’eccesso d’aria e aumentando il rendimento della caldaia.

SISTEMA DI REGOLAZIONE O2 O2 REGULATION SYSTEM

SISTEMA BASSO NOx LOW NOx SYSTEMInformazioni generali:

Versione con ricircolo esterno Il Sistema (kit) di ricircolo di combustione esterno è composto da:- Ventilatore di ricircolo fumi.- Regolatore di ricircolo fumi.- Testa di combustione di ricircolo. Tubo fiamma di ricircolo.- Inverter.Questo sistema è una semplice soluzione per ridurre l’inquinamento atmosferico.Con tale sistema si riduce notevolmente la percentuale di NOx (ossidi di azoto) presente nei prodotti della combustione, tramite il ricircolo forzato dei gas di scarico, in prossimità del fronte fiamma.Il sistema è consigliato per bruciatori a nafta.

Versione con ricircolo interno (in testa)Il sistema con ricircolo in testa è un’evoluzione dei sistemi di riduzione di NOx. Tramite il ventilatore del bruciatore che spinge l’aria contro il tubo fiamma che, ha sulla parte terminale un’inclinazione, cambierà la sezione e l’inclinazione stessa e si avrà un’acce-lerazione.

L’aria viene spinta con violenza e si formano dei vortici che uniti al gas formano una miscela pronta ad essere bruciata. Questi vortici di aria miscelati con gas nella reazione esotermica variano la massa globale dell’O2 e si ottiene così una forte riduzione degli NOx.

External recirculation version.The external combustion recycle System (kit) is made up of: - A recycling smoke fan.- A recycling smoke regulation.- A recycling combustion head.- A recycling flashing pipe.- An inverter.This system is a simple solution conceived to reduce atmospheric pollution. This kind of a system allows considerable reduction of NOx (nitrogen oxide) values, found in combustion products, through forced recirculation of exhaust gases near the flame area. Advise for heavy oil burner.

Internal recirculation version (on burner head)This system, with recycle on the head, is a developed version of the NOx reduction systems. Through burner fan which pushes the air against the flashing pipe which has an inclination angle at the end, thus leading to a different acceleration depending on the adjustment of the section and the inclination of the same section.

The air is violently pushed, thus forming vortexes which combine with gas forming a mixture ready for burning. These air vortexes mixed with gas in the exothermic reaction vary the global O2 mass ad thus leading to a drastic reduction of NOx.

SISTEMA ATOMIZZAZIONE A VAPORE O ARIA COMPRESSASTEAM OR COMPRESSED AIR ATOMISATION SYSTEM

Informazioni generali:

Allo scopo di migliorare ulteriormente la polverizzazione della nafta densa, abbiamo provveduto a realizzare un sistema di atomizzazione con fluidi ausiliari quali il vapore o l’aria compressa.Le motivazioni per la scelta dell’installazione di un sistema ad atomizzazione a vapore od ad aria compressa possono essere:- Eliminazione totale della formazione di carbone all’interno dei focolari della caldaia a tubi da fumo.- Notevole riduzione della formazione di depositi carboniosi e fuliggine nei condotti del fumo delle caldaie.- Notevole capacità di modulazione del bruciatore grazie all’utilizzo di ugelli con elevato rapporto di lavoro.- Riduzione della temperatura dell’olio combustibile.- Possibilità di utilizzo di olio combustibile con maggiore viscosità rispetto al sistema a polverizzazione meccanica.- Risparmio di energia elettrica necessario per il riscaldamento dell’olio combustibile.Appare quindi evidente come l’utilizzo del sistema atomizzazione consenta di ridurre i costi di esercizio e avere una caldaia che:- Non si sporca.- Non si spegne inutilmente.- Ha una combustione più completa e di qualità.- Ha una temperatura dell’olio combustibile inferiore.Può decisamente abbattere i costi e dare un notevole risparmio economico.

We made an atomisation system with auxiliary fluids such as steam or compressed air, with the aim of improving pulverisation of dense heavy oil. Reasons behind choosing installing a steam or compressed air atomisation system could be:- Complete elimination of coal formation inside the smoke pipe boilers furnace.- Considerable reduction of formation of carbon deposits and soot in the boiler’s smoke ducts; - Considerable burner modulation capacity thanks to the use of high efficiency nozzles.- Reduction of combustible oil temperature. - Possibility to use more viscous combustible oil compared to the mechanical pulverisation system.- Saving the amount of energy required to heat the combustible oil. Therefore, it is rather obvious how using the atomisation system allows to reduce the operational costs. As a matter of fact, have a boiler that: - Does not get dirty.- Does not go off inappropriately.- Has a more complete and high quality combustion.- Has a lower oil combustion temperature.Can drastically reduce costs and help saving a lot.

SISTEMA EMULSIONE STATICOSTATIC EMULSION SYSTEMInformazioni generali: La combustione di nafta emulsionata con acqua è in realtà una massa costituita da migliaia di goccioline finissime disperse uniformemente nella goccia di combustione che viene nebulizzata in uscita dall’ugello.

Giungendo in camera di combustione all’aumentare della temperatura, le goccioline di acqua incapsulate dal combustibile si espandono progressivamente fino a provocare, attraverso una serie di microesplosioni, un’ulteriore frantumazione in particelle finissime, della gocciolina di emulsione originale, facilitando, con l’aumento della superficie di vaporizzazione, la completa miscelazione aria-combustibile, anche in presenza di eccessi d’aria ridotti, e quindi una combustione completa, meno critica ed in tempi e spazi ridotti.

Con il sistema ad emulsione si ottengono i seguenti vantaggi:- Riduzione della fuliggine.- Combustione con valori di CO2 più alti.- Temperatura nafta di polverizzazione a 115 °C anziché 130 °C. - Minimo molto più basso perciò meno partenze.- Eliminazione dei pallini neri al camino. - Riduzione del particolato e del CO.- Risparmio globale del 2-3%.

Main information:

The combustion of heavy oil emulsified with water is in reality a mass formed by thousands of minute drops of water dispersed uniformly in the combustion drop which is atomized on exit from the nozzle.

On reaching the combustion chamber and being exposed to an increase in temperature, the fine drops of water encapsulated by the fuel gradually expand to provoke, through a series of micro-explosions, further breaking of the original emulsion droplet into very small droplets, facilitating, with the increase in the vaporising surface, the complete air-fuel mixture, even in the case of low excess air, and consequently to complete combustion, less problematic and reduced as regards to time and space.

The emulsion system gives the following advantages: - Reduction in soot.- Combustion with higher CO2 values.- Pulverization heavy oil temperature 115 °C rather than 130°C.- Minimum much lower, consequently less starts.- Elimination of black spots in the chimney.- Reducing particulate matter and CO.- Cost savings of 2-3%.
