La Energy Bruciatori Industriali srl fu fondata nel 1992 da un gruppo di specialisti con esperienza ventennale nella progettazione e costruzione di bruciatori industriali.

L’azienda è situata nel hinterland torinese, uno dei maggiori centri industriali in Italia e in Europa.

SISTEMA DI REGOLAZIONE O2

O2 REGULATION SYSTEMInformazioni generali:

I bruciatori Energy a camma elettronica possono essere accessoriati su richiesta di un sistema di regolazione dell’O2.

Il bruciatore viene accessoriato di:• Sensore rilevamento O2• Centralina di gestione segnale per interfaccia con

camma elettronica

Questo sistema dà degli ottimi risultati di gestione con un notevole risparmio energetico.

La combustione avviene con la presenza di eccesso d’aria e i bruciatori vengono regolati con l’O2 superiore all’effettiva necessità, questo per evitare interventi continui sulla regolazione del bruciatore, dovuti alle variazioni delle caratteristiche del combustibile.

Con l’installazione di tale sistema si ottiene la regolazione e l’ottimizzazione dell’O2 in continuo, riducendo l’eccesso d’aria e aumentando il rendimento della caldaia.

This system gives great management results with high Energy Saving.

Combustion occurs in the presence of excess air and with the burners regulated with more O2 than requested, this to avoid continuous intervention on burner regulation caused by the variation of fuel characteristics.

As a matter of fact, installing this kind of system allows continuous regulation and optimisation of O2 reducing air exces and increase boiler efficiency.

SISTEMA EMULSIONE STATICOSTATIC EMULSION SYSTEMInformazioni generali: La combustione di nafta emulsionata con acqua è in realtà una massa costituita da migliaia di goccioline finissime disperse uniformemente nella goccia di combustione che viene nebulizzata in uscita dall’ugello.

Giungendo in camera di combustione all’aumentare della temperatura, le goccioline di acqua, incapsulate dal combustibile, si espandono progressivamente fino a provocare, attraverso una serie di microesplosioni, un’ulteriore frantumazione in particelle finissime della gocciolina di emulsione originale.Tutto ciò facilit l’aumento della superficie di vaporizzazione e la completa miscelazione aria-combustibile anche in presenza di eccessi d’aria ridotti, quindi una combustione completa, meno critica e con tempi e spazi ridotti.

Con il sistema ad emulsione si ottengono i seguenti vantaggi:• Riduzione della fuliggine• Combustione con valori di CO2 più alti• Temperatura nafta di polverizzazione a 115 °C anziché

130 °C • Minimo molto più basso perciò meno partenze.• Eliminazione dei pallini neri al camino • Riduzione del particolato e del CO• Risparmio globale del 2-3%

Main information:

The combustion of heavy oil emulsified with water is in reality a mass formed by thousands of minute drops of water dispersed uniformly in the combustion drop which is atomized on exit from the nozzle.

On reaching the combustion chamber when the temperature rises, the fine drops of water, encapsulated by the fuel, gradually expand to provoke, through a series of micro-explosions, further breaking of the original emulsion droplet into very small droplets.All this ease the increase of the vaporising surface and the complete air-fuel mixture, even in the case of low excess air, and consequently to a complete combustion, less problematic and with reduced times and spaces

The emulsion system gives the following advantages: • Soot reduction • Combustion with higher CO2 values• Pulverization heavy oil temperature at 115 °C rather

than 130°C• Minimum much lower, consequently less starts• Elimination of black spots in the chimney• Reducing particulate matter and CO• Global savings of 2-3%.

SISTEMA ATOMIZZAZIONE A VAPORE O ARIA COMPRESSASTEAM OR COMPRESSED AIR ATOMISATION SYSTEM

Informazioni generali:

Allo scopo di migliorare ulteriormente la polverizzazione della nafta densa, abbiamo provveduto a realizzare un sistema di atomizzazione con fluidi ausiliari quali il vapore o l’aria compressa.

Le motivazioni che determinano la scelta dell’installazione di un sistema ad atomizzazione a vapore od ad aria compressa possono essere:• Eliminazione totale della formazione di carbone

all’interno del focolare della caldaia a tubi da fumo• Notevole riduzione della formazione di depositi

carboniosi e fuliggine nei condotti del fumo della caldaia• Notevole capacità di modulazione del bruciatore grazie

all’utilizzo di ugelli con elevato rapporto di lavoro• Riduzione della temperatura dell’olio combustibile• Possibilità di utilizzo di olio combustibile con maggiore

viscosità rispetto al sistema a polverizzazione meccanica

• Risparmio sull'energia elettrica utilizzata per il riscaldamento dell’olio combustibile

Appare quindi evidente come l’utilizzo del sistema atomizzazione consenta di ridurre i costi di esercizio e inoltre avere una caldaia che:• Non si sporca• Non si spegne inutilmente• Ha una combustione più completa e di qualità• Ha una temperatura dell’olio combustibile inferiore

Questo sistema può decisamente offrire un notevole risparmio economico.

In order to further improve the pulverization of dense heavy oil, we have realized an atomisation system with auxiliary fluids such as steam or compressed air.

The reasons that determine choosing of installation of a steam or compressed air atomisation system could be:• Complete elimination of coal formation inside the

smoke pipes boiler furnace• Considerable reduction of formation of carbon deposits

and soot in the smokes boiler ducts • Considerable burner modulation capacity thanks to the

use of high efficiency nozzles• Reduction of fuel oil temperature• Possibility to use more viscous fuel oil compared to the

mechanical pulverisation system• Saving on electricity used for heating fuel oil

Therefore, it is rather obvious how using the atomisation system allows to reduce the operational costs and allows to have a boiler that: • Does not get dirty• Does not go off inappropriately• Has a more complete and high quality combustion• Has a lower oil combustion temperature

This system can definitely offer significant cost savings.

SISTEMA ULTRA LOW NOx ULTRA LOW NOx SYSTEMInformazioni generali:

Proteggere l’ambiente è una delle maggiori responsabilità che ogni Azienda ha.

Questa tutela può essere attuabile solo con continui investimenti e la continua ricerca di nuove tecnologie e materie prime da utilizzare per la produzione.Fondamentale è anche monitorare e ridurre le emissioni nocive ed inquinanti in atmosfera.

Per questo motivo la Energy Bruciatori Industriali Srl è impegnata ormai da anni nella ricerca e sviluppo per la riduzione al minimo dei valori di emissione di NOx dei Bruciatori Industriali di propria produzione.

In particolare i Bruciatori Energy, facenti parte della gamma IBSM UL NOX monoblocco, installati sia su caldaie a vapore che su caldaie ad acqua calda, hanno raggiunto elevate performances di rendimento con riduzione delle emissioni fino a valori di NOx < 30 mg/Nm3.

Tali risultati sono stati ottenuti non solo su caldaie di nuova produzione e di nuova tecnologia ma anche su revamping, installando i bruciatori ENERGY su caldaie già esistenti, mantenendo sempre standards molto elevati per quanto riguarda i valori di emissione raggiunti.

Siamo riusciti ad ottenere tali valori combinando la testa di combustione gas Energy con il sistema di ricircolo FGR.Il sistema FGR sviluppato dal nostro Ufficio di Progettazione non solo ha dato ottimi risultati tecnici in campo, ma è anche di semplice installazione, in quanto non è previsto l’utilizzo di un ventilatore aggiuntivo per il ricircolo forzato dei fumi con conseguente risparmio energetico e semplicità di gestione della caldaia.

Il sistema prevede l’inserimento di fumi nella cassa di aspirazione del bruciatore monoblocco.

This protection can only be achievable with continuous investments and the continuous search for new technologies and raw materials to be used for production.It is also essential to monitor and reduce harmful emissions and pollutants into the atmosphere.

For this reason, Energy Bruciatori Industriali Srl has been engaged for years in research and development for the reduction of NOx emission values of Industrial Burners of its own production.

In particular, Energy Mono-block Burners series IBSM UL NOX, installed both on steam boilers and on hot water boilers, have achieved high performances with emissions values reduction till NOx < 30 mg/Nm3.

These results were obtained not only on new production boilers and new technology but also on revamping, by installing Energy Burners on already existing boilers, always maintaining a very high standards regarding the emission values achieved.

We have succeeded in obtaining these values by combining our high-tech gas combustion head with the FGR smokes recirculation system.The FGR system developed by our Design Department, has not only given excellent technical results in the field, but is also simple to install, as it is not foreseen the use of an additional fan for the forced smokes recirculation with consequent energy saving and simplicity boiler management.

The system provides for the insertion of smokes into the monoblock burner suction box..
