The Altro UniPad cleaning pad has been specifically developed to provide an improv ed cleaning tool for use on all resilient safety flooring and when used as part of a quality cleaning regime the Altro UniPad can make a significant improveme nt to the long term serviceabi lity of flooring as well as creating a cleaner and healthier environment. Altro UniPad High Performance Floor Cleaning Pad General Maintenance details for the full range of Altro Floors are available from Altro www.altro.com The future is safer with altr o Size Description Code CI/SfB reference (43) T (U47) November 2008 The Altro UniPad Cleaning Pad Health and Safety Considerations • When used with AltroClean 44 and 44+ and good general cleaning practices the Altro UniPad will out perform many traditional cleaning pads. • These pads are non abrasive when used with cleaning fluids or clean water and can be used on a variety of flooring materials. Instructions for use
1. Sweep up dust and dirt,remove large debris
2. Apply AltroClean 44 or 44+ orequivalent alkaline cleaner tothe oor in the correct dilutionand leave for several minutesThe dilution rate depends uponhow dirty the oor is and theconcentrate used (see separateAltroClean 44 and 44+ datasheets for further information).
3. Scrub with an Altro UniPad attached to a deck scrubberor edge cleaner
4. Rinse the oor with cleanwater and remove the dirtywater from the oor with amop and allow to dry. Use adouble bucket to ensure thatthe oor is rinsed well withclean water

3. Mechanically scrub using arotary cleaning machine ttedwith an Altro UniPad CleaningPad of the correct size.
4. Wet vacuum the residue andthen rinse the oor with warmclean water and vacuum dry
5. For very dirty areas repeat stages 2, 3 and 4 above.
6. Remove the pad from the machine or hand mop and thoroughly clean and dry it in line withgood cleaning practices ready for the next cleaning session.
7. Store the Altro UniPad in a clean and dry environment when un-used or between cleans
