l,PRENOTAZIONE

La prenotazione è da intendersi definitivamente confermata solo alricevimento della "lettera di conferma" che l'Agenzia BORIN spediràimmediatamente dopo aver ricevuto la caparra, ~Agenzia BaRIN si riservadi rifiutare le caparre che dovessero pervenire oltre quindici giorni dopo ladata in cui è stato messo a disposizione l'appartamento,

2,PAGAMENTO

Il 30% del canone di affitto deve essere versato a titolo di caparraall'Agenzia BORIN,anche a mezzo posta o bonifico bancario.

Il saldo del canone di affitto dovrà essere versato all'arrivo contestualmenteal ritiro delle chiavi dell'appartamento. Nessuna forma di pagamento verràaccettata se non contanti, assegni viaggio o assegni garantiti da carta dicredito.

3,DlSDETTA

Per nessun motivo verrà restituita la caparra. Nel caso il richiedente siacostretto a disdire I. prenotazione dovrà dame awiso almeno 8 settimaneprima dell'inizio del soggiorno. In caso contrario, qualora l'Agenzia BORINnon riuscisse ad affittare ad altri l'appartamento, il richiedente è tenuto aversare anche il rimanente importo a saldo del canone pattuito.

4,ARRIVO

l'arrìvo deve avvenire nel giorno stabilito, tra le ore 16.00 e le ore 20.00del pomeriggio (fare attenzione all'ora legale). In caso di ritardo si prega diavvertire tempestivamente l'Agenzia BORIN. Diversamente l'appartamentosarà tenuto a disposizione solo per un altro giorno, dopodiché potrà essereriaffittato con le' conseguenze, per il cliente, di cui al punto 3, All'arrivodovranno essere esibiti, per la registrazione, i documenti di identità di tuttele persone che occuperanno l'appartamento.

5,NORME DI SOGGIORNO

E' vietato ospitare più persone di quanto non sia consentito dal numerodei posti letto indicato nella nostra offerta, A questo riguardO i bambinisono considerati come adulti. Piccoli animali domestici possono essereportati con sé solo se da noi autorizzati, in considerazione del Regolamentodi ciascuna casa. Non è consentito l'uso di stufe o fornelli elettrici propri.Tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare il regolamento di ciascuna casa eparticolarmente ad osservare scrupolosamente le comuni norme relativealla quiete soprattutto nelle ore pomeridiane e notturne.

6,DOTAZIONE DEGLI APPARTAMENTI

Tutti i nostri appartamenti vengono consegnati completamente arredati eprovvisti di fornello o cucina a gas, frigorifero, batteria da cucina (pentole,piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie), acqua corrente calda e fredda, energia elettricaa 220 volt. Per ogni posto letto è disponibile una coperta ed un guanciale.Il cliente deve portare con sé solo la biancheria per il letto, la tavola ed ilbagno. Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare sul posto lenzuola e federe.

7,PARTENZE 1 "

l'appartamento deve essere lasciato libero entro le 9.00di mattino delgiorno stabilito, La partenza deve avvenire in orario di ufficio per consentireal nostro personale di controllare lo stato di conservazione e pulizia.~Agenzia BORIN ,su richiesta, può autorizzare la partenza di notte ecomunque fuori orario di ufficio, ma in questo caso si riserva il diritto ditrattenere l'eventuale cauzione versata di cui al punto successivo e spedirlaquindi per posta una volta effettuati i necessari controlli.

I'appertamento deve essere lasciato in ordine, libero da immondizie, /Ifrigorifero vuoto, le stoviglie lavate e l'angolo cottura perfettamente pulito.

a,CAUZIONE

l'inquilino si impegna ad avere la massima cura dell'appartamento e delleapparecchiature domestiche (stoviglie, frigorifero, materassi, ecc.). Reclamiper quanto riguarda lo stato dell'appartamento e dell'inventario verrannoaccettati soltanto nelle 24 ore successive all'arrivo.

Eventuali rotture o danneggiamenti di oggetti devono essere risarcitiai prezzi di listino. A garanzia del puntuale rispetto di quanto sopra edell'impegno di lasciare l'appartamento in ordine, a discrezione dell'AgenziaBORIN, al momento del ritiro delle chiavi, potrà essere richiesta unacauzione di € 80,00 per appartamento. 9,RESPONSABILITA' DELL'AGENZIA

Nessuna responsabilità potrà essere attribUITa all' Agenzia BQRIN pereventuali rotture, infortuni, smarrimenti, furti, ritarOi ed inconvenienti ingenere che si dovessero verificare nell'alloggio. Essa presterà comunquei propri servigi per aiutare a risolvere eventuali problemi, fermo restandoche eventuali richieste di risarcimento danni, devono essere concordatedirettamente sul posto. Per eventuali controversie legali, il foro completo èVenezia.

10.NORME PARTICOLARI

~Agenzia BORIN si riserva, in caso di imprevisti nell'assegnazionedell'appartamento riservato, il diritto alla sostituzione con un altro aventecirca lo stesso valore. Eventuali maggiori spese sono a carico dell'Agenzia.La richiesta di un particolare appartamento (numero, piano, orientamentoecc.) verrà tenuta in considerazione senza però dame garanzia.

La descrizione della composizione dell'arredamento riportato nel catalogo,può eccezionalmente subire delle variazioni.

Si informa la gentile clientela che il personale autorizzato dell'AgenziaBORIN, può entrare negli appartamenti per eventuali riparazioni omanutenzioni anche in Vostra assenza.

1Reservierung

Ihre Reservierung wird erst mit schriftlicher Bestatigung der Agentur BORINgOltig. Die Bestatigung steht Ihnen sofort nach Zahlungseingang zu. DieAgentur BORIN behalt sich das Recht vor, Anzahlungen, die spàter als 15Tage nach Buchung eingehen, zurOckzuweisen.

2Z ahlungsbedingungen

Ais Anzahlung sind 30% der gesamten Mietsumme sofort zu leisten. Dieseist an die oertliche Agentur BORIN mittels Scheck (per Einschreiben),per Postanweisung oder Bankauftrag zuzusenden. Der Restbetrag derMietsumme ist bei Ankunft (SchlOsselUbergabe zu begleichen.

3 Stornierung

Die geleistete Anzahlung wird in keinem fall zurOckerstattet. DieStornierung eines Vertrages lst nur bis 8 Wochen vor Anreiseterminmòqlìch, Bei kurzfristiger Stornierung behalt sìch die Agentur BORIN dasRecht vor, den gesamten Mietvertrag zu fordern, falls kein neuer Mieler furdas Vertragsobjekt gelunden wird.

4 Ankunft

Die Anreise muB amvereinbarlen Tag zwischen 16.00 und 20.00 Uhrerfolgen (bitte beachten Sie die Sommerzelt).

1m Fall einer Verspatung bitten wir um rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung derortlichen Agentur BORIN.

Solite keine Benachrichtigung erfolgen, kann die Wohnung nach Ablaufeiner Frist von 24 Stunden unter Anwendung von Punkt 3 weitervermietetwerden. Bei Ankunft ist von allen anwesenden Personen ein Ausweis zurpolizeilichen Anmelung vorzulegen.

5 Aulenthaltsbedingungen

Die in der Preisliste oder im Angebot angegebene Bettenanzahl dati inkeinem Fall Oberschritten werden.

Kinder gelten hier als Erwachsene. Haustiere dOrfen nur mit genehmigungder Agentur BORIN und der Berucksichtigung der jeweiligen Hausordnungmitgebracht werden.

Der Gebrauch von elektrischen Helzòten sowie eigenen Haushaltsqeratenist untersag!.

Die Gaste werden gebeten, die Ha~sordnung des jeweiligen hauses zubeachten. Die allgemeinen Vorschriften hinsichtlich der Ruhezeiten in denNachmittags-und Nachtstunden bitten wir besonders zu berOcksichtigen.

6 Ausstattung der Wohnungen

Alle Wohnungen sind vollstandig eingerichtet und verfugen Ober Gasherd,Kuhlschrank, Geschirr, (Kocht6pfe, Teller, Glàser, Besteck) flieBendes Warm-und Kaltwasser, Stromspannung 220V. Pro Bett ist eine Wolldecke und einKopfkissen vorhanden. Mitzubringen sind Betìwàsche und HandtOcher.Die Bettwàsche kann auf Anfrage und gegen Bezahlung am Ort gemietetwerden.

7 Abreise'

Die Wohnung ist am Abreisetag spatestens bis 9.00 Uhr zu ràurnen, EineAbreise wahrend der Nacht kann nur mit Genehmigung der Agentur BORINerfolgen. In dem Fall behàlt sich die Agentur das Recht vor, die eventuelleKaution einzubehalten bis die Wohnung kontrolliert wurde,

und anschliessend die kaution zuzuschicken. Die Wohnung muB inOrdnung hinterlassen werdén: ohne Abfalle das Geschirr muB gespUitwerden, der Kuhlschrank muB leerqeràumt werden, die Kochnische muBsauber verlassen werden.

a Kaution

Bei SchlUsselObergabe kann von der Agentur BORIN eine Kaution von €100,00 gefordert werden.

Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung und Einrichtung (GeschirrKuhlschrank, Matratzen,

usw. ), schonend zu behandeln, und im einwandfreien Zustand zu halten.Reklamtionen bezliqllch der Wohnung und des Inventars werden nurinnerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft angenommen.

Entstandene Schacten sind der Agentur umgehend zu melden undrnùssen zum Lìstemrets ersetzt werden. Die evI. Kaution wird erst nachWohnungsabnahme zurOckerstattet.

9 Wrpllichtungen der Agentur

Die Agentur kann IOr eventuelle Schiiden, Unfalle, Verluste, Einbruche,verspàtenqen uno sonsitge Unannehmlichkeiten, die sich in der Wohnungzutragen sollten, nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Die Agentur stehtIhnen zur VerfOgung um eventuelle Probleme zu 16sen. Bei Anfragen umSchadenersatz wenden Sie sìch bitte direkt am Ort an die Agentur. Beireèhtlichen Schritten ist das Gericht in Venedig zustandlg.

10 Besonderheiten

Bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen behalt sich die Agentur das Recht vor,dem Gast ein ahnliches Apartment, von ca. gleichem Wert, zu reserviereri.Eventuelle Mehrkosten tragl die Agentur.

Anfragen IOr ein besonderes Aparlment (Nummer, Etage, Himmelsrichtung,usw. werden benìckeichtiqt, aber nicht als Reservierungsbestandteilbetrachtet. Die Beschreibung im Katalog ùber die Einrichtung desApartments kann in Ausnahmefiillen Anderungen aufweisen. Wirinformieren unsere Gaste, daB Das von der Agentur BORIN bevollrnachtiqtePersonal auch in Abwesenheit der Gaste IOr Reparaturen undInstandhaltungsarbeiten die Apartments betreten darf.

1Booking ~

The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the ~reception of the contract that Agency BORIN shall send you immediatly 1iiafter having received the deposi!. Agency BORIN reserves itself the right bto refuse accounts t~t arrives more than 15 days after the date in which @

2 Payment

30% of the total renting amount is to be paid ad deposit to the AgencyBORIN, also by post (registrated letter with guaranteed checks, postalorder or bank order.

The settlement 01 the rent must be paid at the arrivai together with thedelivery of the keys.

3 Cancellation

The deposit will not be given back under no circumstances, Should theguest be obliged to cancel the booking he shall have to give notice atleast 8 weeks before the beginning of the stavo Otherwise, if AgencyBORIN is not able to rent the apartment to someone else, the guest hasalso to settle the rest of the amount.

4 Arrivai

The arrivai musI occur on the fixed date between 16.00 and 20.00 (paya'ttention to the summer tìrne) In case of delay tlie guest must advisein ti me the Agency BORIN. Otherwise the apartmenl shall be keptfree only for another day after which il may be rented again with theconsequeences for the guesl written above (point 3). On the arrivai,personal documents of everybody must be shown for the registration.

5 Renting conditlons

It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by thenumber of beds indicated on pur ofter. Children are considered as adults.Domestic ani mais can be brought only if allowed by Agency BORIN, inconformity to the regulation of each house.

. The use of Stoves or electric heaters is forbidden. Ali guests are obligedto respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rulesconcerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and nigh!.

6 Equipment 01 the apartments

Ali our apartment are completely furnished and are equipped with gasstoves, set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) runningcold and warm water, frige, and 220 volt electricity. A blanket and apillow is available for each bed. The guest must bring sheets, table linenand bath towels. On request it is possible to rent directly in the ofticesheets and pillow cases.

7Departure

The apartment has tp be left free within 9.00 in the morning of the fixeddate. The departure must take piace during the oftice hours to permitour staff to control il the apartment is clean and in order. On requestAgency BORIN may allow the departure during the night or during thehours that the office is closed but in this case is reserves itself the rightto ask for a caution which shall be sent back to the client by post afterhaving controlled the apartment condition. The apartment must be leftclean, free from garbage, with the kitchenware washed, the refrigeratorempty and the kitchen in perfect order.

a Caution

The guest must take the maximum care 01 the apartment and 01 itsequipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses etc.). Complainmentsregarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be acceptedonly within 24 hours after the arrivaI. Broken or damaged items must bepaid at the price of the price lis!.

As guarantee of the accurate observance of ali above written, and to besure that ali is in perfect order Agenzia BORIN may on discretion at thearrivai ask lor € 100,00 caution for each apartment, which shall be givenback atter having controlled the conditions of the apartmen!.

9 Liabilities 01 the agency

No responsability may be given to Agency BORIN in case 01 breakageaccidents, looses, thelfts and inconviences in generai that should occurin the apartmen!.

However Agency Borin shall give support to resolve the. problems.Requests of compensation lor damage must be agreed directly. Foreventuallegal disputes, the court of Venice ìs competen!.

lO Particular Rules

Agency BORIN reserve itself the righI, in case of unexpected problems,to change an apatrment with another one having about the same value.Eventual extra charges will be paid by Agency BORIN. The request ofa particular apartment (number, floor etc. will be considered withouthowever been guaranteed.

The description of the furnishing of the apartments, in our catalogue maybe difterent in exceptional cases.
