FEATURESThe Thermo enclosure is available complete with handle. During its design greatattention has been given to the aesthetic design and to the product practicality. Thehandle has been created to allow an inside mounting of the enclosure. As well asimproving the aesthetic, this allows a stronger fitting of the handle avoiding its losswhile the product is being installed. The pcbs are mounted on the enclosure allowinga rapid substitution of the devices when needed and facilitating theassembling/disassembling of the enclosure. The base has been designed to allow wallmounting assembly or the mounting on a standard enclosure of 55mm (internationalstandard) or of type 503 (Italian standard).

Ilprodotto sviluppato rappresenta la nuova soluzione ad incasso per scatole diderivazione 503 : una soluzione che permette ai costruttori di elettronica di crearee di proteggere il proprio controllo domotico in un contenitore chiuso, semplice epratico e di poterlo montare sulle placche di maggiore diffusione nel mercatoitaliano della Building Automation. Cbox Italia è composto da un corpo contenitorecon frontale integrato e da un coperchio di chiusura posteriore disponibile sia nellaversione completamente chiusa, sia nella versione con un’apertura fratturabile. Lapeculiarità dello stampo permette la personalizzazione della parte frontale con uncontributo stampo contenuto: la realizzazione del prodotto finale direttamente dallafase di stampaggio si traduce in un vantaggio in termini di costi abbattendol’incidenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche sulle produzione di grosse quantità. Peressere adattabile alle placche maggiormente diffuse il prodotto nasce in più versioniognuna delle quali con la predisposizione per poter montare un circuito stampatoverticale e tre circuiti stampati orizzontali. Il dispositivo domotico che il Cliente crearimane comunque per dimensioni e ingombri interscambiabile nelle varie versioniproposte da Italtronic.

FEATURESItaltronic is increasing its range of products for the Building Automation Industryby introducing the new CBOX Italia plastic enclosure into the Italian market. Thisproduct is a new solution for the wall mounting 503 brunch enclosures. Thissolution allows electronic manufacturers to create and protect their own domesticcontrol in a closed, simple and practical enclosure and allows the possibility tomount it on the most common plates in the Italian Market of Building Automation.The Cbox Italia enclosure is composed of a body enclosure with an integrated frontpanel and a closing rear cover which is available in two versions: a fully closed rearcover or a breakable opening rear cover. The front panel can be customized as themould tool has been carefully considered resulting in a limited mould costcontribution from the Customer. The production of the final product directly fromthe mould becomes an advantage against the costs thanks to a reduction inmachining costs for large production quantities. The CBOX Italia enclosure isproduced in several versions allowing adaptation to the more common plates; onevery version it is possible to fit a vertical pcb and three horizontal pcbs. However,the domestic device the Customer designs is interchangeable within the differentversions offered by Italtronic thanks to its dimensions.

Italtronic ha realizzato unsemplice ed efficace sistema per fornire ai propri Clienti la possibilità di realizzaresistemi connettibili. JumpBUS è infatti un contatto a ponte, dotato di 6 conduttoriseparati, appositamente sviluppato per l’utilizzo in abbinamento con i contenitori perla domotica della serie MODULBOX. Il prodotto è compatibile con i principali BUS dicampo. Nella eventuale necessità di un numero superiore di vie, il contenitoreMODULBOX dispone dello spazio necessario su entrambi i lati del contenitore per ilraddoppio del numero di contatti. Il JumpBUS è utilizzabile su tutti i contenitori dellafamiglia MODULBOX 53. L’offerta Italtronic comprende sia il ponte JumpBUS, sia lapresa da saldare sul circuito stampato. Il montaggio del JumpBUS, fatto in modocoerente ai disegni forniti, permette di connettere il vostro dispositivo ad altridispositivi presenti sul mercato utilizzanti lo stesso sistema di connessione. Italtronic now offers asimple and efficient system to give their Customers the possibility to have efficientintercommunicating systems. In fact, the JumpBUS product is a contact-bridge of 6separated connectors which can be combined with the MODULBOX enclosures rangecommonly in the Building Automation market. The product is compatible with themain BUS fields. In the case that more contacts are required, the MODULBOXenclosure has the necessary space on both sides to double the number of contacts.The JumpBUS product is compatible with all the enclosures in the MODULBOX 53family. Italtronic offers either the JumpBUS connection or the pins soldered on thepcb.The assembling of the JumpBUS can be done using the supplied drawings,allowing the connection of your device to other devices within the market which usethe same connection system. In this way your product can be used as a componentin complex systems without any further change in the Hardware.
