Bianco e dolce, è il vino da dessert per eccellenza. Ha colore giallo paglierino più o meno intenso a seconda delle annate, profumo fruttato intenso, aromatico, molto persistente. Il sapore dolce è in equilibrio con il basso contenuto alcolico (5% gradi) e con l’acidità, mai troppo elevata, ma che conferisce al prodotto una piacevole freschezza. Viene vinificato esclusivamente in vasche di acciaio.

White and sweet, it is the par excellence dessert wine. It is pale yellow in color, the intensity of which varies according to the year, intensely fruity, aromatic and lingering. The sweetness is in balance with the low alcohol (5%) and acidity, never too high, but that gives the product a pleasant freshness. It is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.
