INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

UNPAKING The distributor is shipped in a single packing, already fitted and ready for the installation. The components of the packing must be carefully removed, not to damage the dispenser. Check the internal and external sides of the large case in the eventuality of possible damages. In case of some, please inform immediately the forwarder and take care to withdraw the dispenser indicating on the bill of lading a due reservation, as indicated on the packaging. SETTING IN FUNCTION: a) Remove the packing from the dispenser. b) Check that the fusible is fixed in its sites and that the main switch is on “off” position. c) The required voltage for the dispenser is 220V. Before connecting the plug, please make

sure that the local network voltage is under suitable conditions and that an independent electric earth wire is present.

d) For a better setting of the dispenser, regulate the lower feet till they are perfectly in line. e) In order to permit a good ventilation of the dispenser, please keep it some centimetres

off from the wall. f) Before making the dispenser working, please make sure that the thermostat is on “+10°”

position.

USE OF DISTRIBUTORS FOR PRODUCTS HERMETICALLY CLOSED

The apparatus is equipped with two compartments with different temperatures; the above compartment works with temperatures between 8 and 15° C and it can be used esclusevely for distribution of products hermetically closed which have no necessity to be refrigerated (Snack). The lower compartment, identified in the two lower planes, works with temperatures that do not exceed the 4° C; thus, it can be used for distribution of packed food and frozen preserved (Food). Please follow scrupulously the mufacturer’s indications related to maintenance ad expiry date of each single product. Any other use is to be considered improper thus, potentially dangerous.

INSIDE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR Cooling system: it is placed on the side part of the dispenser and provides the correct temperature to the products contained in it. The fridge defrosting must be planned. For a good working of the freezing system, the thermostat has never to be at a temperature lower than +10° for temperature 1. For temperature 2, the thermostat has never to be at a temperature superior to that requested by the product introduced in it. Electrical panel: the electronic circuit boards are situated in the electric panel, which is in the lower part of the dispenser.

LOADING SPIRAL PLANES

In order to load the spiral plane, pull the drawers outwards one at a time to the fixed point. Load from the front towards the inside in order to fill all the room; make sure of placing the products with the label turned to the glass window. Put the products into the correct spirals, in order to make the distribution easier. A big product in a small spiral hardly could be properly distributed. Attention: tinned food and in particular plastic bag food must be arranged with the edge turned forward, in order to avoid that the same gets entangled in the spiral and falling is prevented. Furthermore, it should be better to place the fragile products in the lower planes in order to avoid the damage during the distribution. Tinned food, drinks and brik can be put into the dispenser only after having installed the proper supports for spiral. Put PET and BRIK as figure 1 here below.

CONVERTING DRAWERS a) Switch off the connector. b) Pull out the drawer to be converted. c) Draw out the power units with the spiral. d) Put aside a spiral power unit and to the other one, replace the small diameter spiral with

the one of big diameter. e) Remove separator. f) Insert the spiral guide. g) Insert the power unit with the big spiral diameter into the central fissure of the support. h) Put the new data plates with price selections. i) Put the changed drawer and switch on the connector. j) Programme the new selections with the required sale price.

PLEASE NOTE: In the selections of large room, selection numbers will be the ones of the used motor.

k) Try the new selections in order to make sure of their working. NOTE: if products in small bags or boxes are not in the correct position, they can give some problems. The sealed hem can slip under the wire of the spiral preventing the falling of the same. It is recommended to fold up it again forward, before that it is inserted in the space of the spiral and that it doesn’t block in space “S” which is mm. 85 of width and mm. 120 of height (see figure 2). SPIRALS: the large part of products is sold without problems, when the extremity of the spiral is at 6 o’clock. In order to modify the extremity, it is necessary to pull the spiral in forward until that the board of the support spiral goes out from the motor, so please wheel itself in the position that you desire. Spirals can be of different pitches “P” in order to facilitate introduction of products, with different dimensions (see figure 3). Spiral 15 products P = 30 mm. Spiral 11 products P = 40 mm. Spiral 10 products P = 47 mm. Spiral 8 products P = 52 mm. Spiral 6 products P = 76 mm.
