V O C A T I O NVilla Venti is the realm of our vocation for wines and wine pro-duction. At the end of the 15th century the Venetians controlled the land around Roncofreddo and left here their traces: sev-eral ships loaded in oil and red wines left the near harbour of Cesenatico directed to the Serenissima, in whose lagoon those products were well known (“v’era gran spaccio”). Scents of salt and breezes of Villa Venti and its wineyards were directed to overseas places were were going to leave their pleasant traces.

world upon the hills on the other side
of the river Rubicone, just in front of the flat land

HANDS THAT... KNEAD“LA SFOGLIA” (the dough) comes from the perfection of nature, an initiation ritual, delicate and harmonious prelude to the mag-nificence of the table. In Romagna we say “amor” to define the fla-vor, what the “home cooking” gives us as a gift put in to the dishes!A love made of ancient gestures, healthy and genuine materials, result of the seasons and man passion.Every day on the table at Villa Venti.
Ogni giorno in tavola a Villa Venti.
