SALUTO DEL COMITATO ORGANIZZATORE

Il Comitato Organizzatore della Gara Internazionale di canoa velocità di Auronzo di Cadore è onorato di ospitare la vostra rappresentativa e i vostri atleti ad Auronzo di Cadore e nelle fantastiche dolomiti bellunesi. Il C.O. fa riferimento all’associazione sportiva Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat asd - club fondato a Venezia nel 2003, che propone le discipline della canoa e del dragon boat a ragazzi, studenti, atleti, manager, donne in rosa, ecc. - ed è in stretta collaborazione con il Comune di Auronzo di Cadore. Nel 2020 sarà ospitata la 40^ edizione della gara internazionale, che ogni anno vede arrivare centinaia di atleti provenienti da tutto il mondo e dai club di canoa italiani. Per celebrare questo grande anniversario, da quest’anno la gara ospiterà anche i club stranieri che vorranno partecipare all’evento con i propri atleti (fino allo scorso anno, gli equipaggi stranieri potevano gareggiare solo come rappresentative nazionali). Il lago di Santa Caterina è stato il palcoscenico dei Campionati Europei di canoa velocità per le categorie Junior e Under 23 e ospiterà nel 2023 i Campionati Mondiali di canoa velocità, sempre per le categorie Junior e Under 23.

APERTURA ISCRIZIONI: 01 SETTEMBRE 2020 Quote di partecipazione/iscrizione alle gare In considerazione della particolare situazione emergenza Covid-19, la procedura iscrizioni rimarrà invariata rispetto agli anni precedenti e seguirà lo standard delle gare nazionali. Tuttavia, per allinearci alla scadenza internazionale, le iscrizioni dovranno essere effettuate entro il 15 settembre 2020.

Per i soli Club Italiani ISCRIZIONI: da effettuare on-line al Comitato Organizzatore, entro le ore 22.00 di martedì 15 settembre 2020 al seguente indirizzo: www.iscrizionicanoa.com La tassa di iscrizione per le categorie Ragazzi/e, Junior, Senior/ Paracanoa è pari al costo € 6,00 ad atleta per ogni gara, escluso le riserve. La tassa dovrà essere pagata con bonifico intestato alla Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat asd IBAN IT 66 H 03069 09606 100000014401 causale “Iscrizione gara internazionale Auronzo 2020 [Società X]” o all’Accredito in contanti fino a un massimo di Euro 20,00 in busta chiusa. Tuttavia sarà consentita l’iscrizione tardiva, ai sensi dell’articolo 2.13.4 del Codice di Gara, ma con una maggiorazione pari al triplo di quella ordinaria entro e non oltre le ore 12.00 di Giovedì 24 settembre 2020.

RITIRI: possono essere comunicati al Comitato Organizzatore entro le ore 10.00 di giovedì 17 settembre on-line al seguente indirizzo: www.iscrizionicanoa.com .I ritiri comunicati dopo il termine stabilito saranno penalizzati con una multa di € 30,00 per equipaggio fino ad un massimo di €.180,00 per Associazione/Società, ed il relativo importo dovrà essere versato dalle Associazioni/Società al Comitato Organizzatore prima dell'inizio delle gare.

Le Associazioni/Società che non si dovessero presentare alle gare dovranno versare la tassa di iscrizione e la multa di €.30,00 per equipaggio fino ad un massimo di € 200,00 per Associazione/Società al Comitato Organizzatore entro 7 (sette) giorni dalla data di effettuazione della manifestazione, pena la non ammissione alla gara successiva salvo ulteriori sanzioni disciplinari. straniere con la pubblicazione online del programma di gara. Il peso delle imbarcazioni dovrà avvenire, sin dalle batterie, per gli equipaggi qualificati alla fase

successiva. Per poter effettuare le iscrizioni con le modalità indicate nel presente bando gara è necessario che gli

atleti siano in regola con il tesseramento al momento delle iscrizioni (alla scadenza della Nominal Entry deadline), inoltre gli atleti di Paracanoa al fine di poter partecipare alle gare devono avere anche regolare classificazione.

International Canoe Sprint Regatta for Nations and Clubs Auronzo di Cadore (BL) 25-26-27 September 2020

GREETINGS FROM THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE

The Organising Committee of the International Canoe Sprint Regatta is honoured to welcome your team and your athletes to Auronzo di Cadore, located in the spectacular Bellunese Dolimites. The O.C has as its reference the sports club Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat, the first dragon boat club in Venice. Founded in 2003 in Venice, the Club promotes kayaking and dragon boating to children, students, athletes, managers, breast cancer survivors etc. It also works in close collaboration with the Municipality of Auronzo di Cadore. 2020 will see the 40th edition of the international race, which every year sees the participation of hundreds of athletes from all over the world and from Italian clubs. To celebrate this important anniversary, from this year the race will be also open to foreign clubs who would like to participate with their own athletes. The Lake of Santa Caterina was the stage for the 2018 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships and will host the ICF 2023 Junior and U23 World Championships.

Final race times will be communicated at the end of the club accreditations with the online publication

of the race programme. Boat weight control will be conducted, starting with the heats, for all teams qualifying for the following

race phase. Athletes must be correctly registered with their Federation (as at Nominal Entry deadline) to be able to

participate in the above races and Paracanoe athletes must be regularly classified. Whatever is not mentioned in the current document will then refer to the ICF Sprint Race Regulations

and the ICF Paracanoe Technical Race Regulations. During the event, antidoping controls may be conducted. Insurance While insurance is covered with your registration fee, all official participants of the International Regatta are strongly advised to take out a medical insurance policy in their respective countries. Medical Care An ambulance and first aid will be available at the regatta venue for all participants in the International Regatta. The costs above the regular first aid, ambulance services are to be covered by your medical insurance policy; the Organising Committee is not responsible to cover your expenses in connection with hospital treatment, dental treatment or any other medical treatment.
