The Top Management considers Quality a key element of its strategy. It spreads and promotes the commitment to the development and maintenance over time of an effective and coherent Quality Management System at all levels. The Quality Policy defined by Top Management, within the scope of the Quality Management System, establishes the following priority objectives: SATISFACTION Customer satisfaction Compliance of products with requirements On time delivery GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT Competence and awareness of people Safe and respectful behavior in ethics and environment IMPROVEMENT Seize opportunities. Prevent risks Continuous improvement The Top Management undertakes to make available adequate resources, in terms of competence, equipment, economic resources and to monitor their adequacy according to the targets set by appropriate indicators, the results of the audits and the improvement plan. The Quality Policy is periodically reviewed, during the Management Review and during changes to the Quality Management System and, if necessary, revised. The Top Management undertakes to promote the spread and understanding of the Quality Policy to all stakeholder through training sessions with the managers and showing its content within the plants and on the company website.
