La tradizionale passione per le viti ed i bulloni ha guidato la costante crescita di VIPA ed è simboleggiata da “la città delle viti”, il nuovo claim dell’azienda. L’ampiezza della gamma, la centralità del cliente, la qualità ed affidabilità del prodotto hanno consentito all’azienda di diventare un importante punto di riferimento all’interno del settore della viteria e bulloneria.

VIPA vuole accogliere il suo cliente all’interno della sua città, proponendosi i seguenti obiettivi strategici: Specializzazione, Qualità, Orientamento al cliente, Servizio.

VIPA nasce nel 1970 quando Poppi Adelio, fondatore dell’Azienda, iniziò la distribuzione e commercializzazione nel settore della bulloneria e viteria; da principio ricoprendo un ristretto raggio d’azione, ma ponendo subito l’attenzione su servizio e ottimizzazione del rapporto qualità/prezzo, con il cliente. Questa caratteristica sin da quel momento, ha contraddistinto VIPA, garantendone il successo e la crescita, trasformandola da Azienda a conduzione familiare a Società per Azioni, non modificandone però la funzionalità e flessibilità alla crescente dinamicità dei mercati.

Attualmente la sede operativa si estende su una superficie di 130.000 mq, dei quali 30.000 coperti. La sede degli uffici amministrativi e direttivi occupa un moderno edificio dall’aspetto elegante e accogliente.

Vipa starts its activity in 1970, when Poppi Adelio the founder of the company, begins to supply and commercialize screws and nuts. From the very beginning covering a limited field of action, paying attention in establishing competitive prices, high product quality and reliable relationships with customers. These features since then have distinguished Vipa, insuring its success and growth. Even if it has changed from a Family management company to the today status of Joint Stock Company, it has kept unchanged its traditional principles and functionality.

At the moment the head office ground lays over 130.000 sqm. from which 30.000 occupied by the main building. The commercial and management offices are located in a modern, elegant state of the art building.

The traditional passion for fasteners and bolts guided the continuous growing of VIPA and it’s symbolized by “la città delle viti”, the new claim of the company. The largeness of the range, the customer’s centrality, the product quality and reliability let the company become an important benchmark inside the screws and nuts industry.

The suppliers of our products can guarantee high quality standards thanks to their certifications.ViPA is constantly investing in resources, processes and quality control systems. It has an equipped laboratory, that allows all necessary metrical, mechanical and chemical tests in order to verify our products quality. Dimensional controls, chemicals controls related to exterior treatments, measurement of thickness and salt spray resistance are done by our technicians. VIPA makes a regular control of all entering materials and can process all kinds of mechanical and specific tests with the presence of certificated organizations on demand of our customers.We can supply products according to international norm ISO 898-1-2009, that introduces new characteristics of steel, besides we can analyze and produce documentation for materials and heat treatments features.

VIPA offers  kAnbAn and COnSIgnmEnT STOCk services, developed in close partnership with the customer, in order to build it on its specific requirements. These systems are used to manage purchasing activities of our customers allowing to level stock values on the different steps of production process.

VIPA offers a kIT PACkAgIng service, in order to satisfy specific requests of outsourcing of this step of our customer production process.kIT PACkAgIng service gives the possibility to personalize the packaging (bags and boxes) in relation with requirements of our customer: company logos, colors, dimensions, kind of boxes are defined upon request from our customer, as well as texts and bar codes of the labels.Outsourcing of this activity of kIT PACkAgIng in VIPA, let the customer have flexible, certain and lower costs thanks to our economy scales, as well as a defined and continually supervised service level.

VIPA organization is based on attention and care to follow all inquiries on every step, paying attention to all customers requests. This allows very high level service standards on the market; granting  the maximum customer satisfaction, supplying efficient answers with punctuality and reliability.The qualified sales personnel follows directly customer relationships offering the best professional attention in order to satisfy every request at whatever level with the highest rapidity.The automatic warehouse is capable of storing up to 120.000 euro-pallet and is equipped with modern technology systems, software and hardware devices, to maximize the efficiency in the production and distribution of all products. Of course the professional work of the experts is also another factor which allows rapidity and precision while preparing the orders for shipment.Large and well organized spaces allow availability over 40.000 different types of products in a wide range of treatments ready for prompt delivery.

La prova del raggiungimento di una qualità crescente viene da riconoscimenti e certificazioni come la ISO 9001. I fornitori che realizzano i nostri articoli garantiscono alti standard qualitativi grazie alle loro certificazioni.VIPA investe costantemente in risorse, processi e sistemi di controllo qualità. Dispone di un laboratorio attrezzato che consente di effettuare tutte le prove metriche, meccaniche e chimiche necessarie per verificare la qualità del nostro prodotto. Vengono svolti controlli dimensionali, controlli chimici relativi alle caratteristiche dei trattamenti superficiali ed alla misurazione degli spessori e resistenza in nebbia salina. VIPA effettua un controllo regolare di tutti i materiali in entrata, ed è in grado di realizzare su richiesta dei clienti tutti i tipi di prove meccaniche e collaudi specifici alla presenza di enti esterni. Siamo in grado di fornire prodotti secondo la norma internazionale ISO 898-1-2009, la quale introduce nuove caratteristiche per gli acciai da impiegare, inoltre possiamo analizzare e documentare le caratteristiche dei materiali e dei trattamenti termici effettuati.

VIPA offre servizi KANBAN e CONSIGNMENT STOCK sviluppati in stretta partnership con il cliente, al fine di modellarli alle sue specifiche esigenze. Questi sistemi , impiegati per la gestione degli approvvigionamenti dei nostri clienti, permettono di livellare le scorte tra le varie fasi del processo produttivo.

VIPA offre un servizio CONFEZIONAMENTO KIT, al fine di soddisfare specifiche richieste di outsourcing di questa fase del processo produttivo del nostro cliente.Il servizio CONFEZIONAMENTO KIT permette la possibilità di personalizzare il packaging (buste e scatole) in relazione alle esigenze del nostro cliente: loghi aziendali, colori, dimensioni, tipologie delle scatole vengono definiti sulla base delle richieste del nostro cliente, nonché testi e codici a barre contenuti nelle etichette.L’outsourcing di tale attività di CONFEZIONAMENTO KIT presso VIPA, consente al nostro cliente di avere costi flessibili, certi ed inferiori grazie alle nostre economie di scala, nonché di usufruire di un livello di servizio predefinito e monitorato con continuità.
