Ogni riproduzione non autorizzata o l’emissione a terzi, è severamente vietata. 3 2 MECHANICS The SMALL TARZAN is equipped with DM DOMINATOR mechanics, in parcular: • oversize ball bearings, widely spaced, with a special design developed in many years of experience and thousands of Power Harrows produced • double skin gear trough 6 mm + 5 mm of high tensile steel • SPECIAL SEALING SYSTEM (COMBI) → with Cellular Polyurethane which is the best material for this type of applicaon and it guarantees reliability, performance and durability over me. DOUBLE SKIN GEARS TROUGH Made of high tensile steel with an exclusive design, it increases the structure sturdiness and prevents it from twisting whilst not causing a significant increase of weight. BLADES Blades are made of special Swedish boron steel: • higher resistance to wear • maximum performance SMALL TARZAN blades may also be fitted with (optional): • TUNGSTEN coating (suitable for abrasive soils and intensive work) – extending the blades life by 3 times FLANKS Main features: • DOMEX 700 Swedish steel • 15 mm thickness • an wear material All the flanks components are BOLTED for an easier and quicker maintenance SKIDS Main features: • bolt on: DOMEX 700 Swedish steel, 20 mm thickness, wear resistance material. Every skid is made up of 2 separated bolted parts. • bolts are fixed in an internal posion and are protected from wear. In addion, maintenance operaons are cheaper, easier and quicker than with welded parts. The operator can reuse skids bolts and change only the worn segments. LEVELLING BONNETS Bonnets are made of thicker metal sheets to increase wear resistance and reduce bumps while operang on hard and stony soils. In addion, the mul bending design makes the bonnet stronger and more robust. The tail profile is tangential to the soil to increase the soil refinement. The bonnet adjustment is easier and quicker as it’s made through rear mechanical jacks. Moreover, the operator hasthe possibilityto setany kind of height for the ridges. BED FORMER Tarzan configuraon allows to create beds having the following sizes: 1420 mm at the top, 1820 mm at the bottom (tractor wheel-track). The progressive shaping of the flanks makes the ridges’ sides stronger. Thanks to the machine configuraon, every farmer will experience a perfect soil preparaon with minimum power absorpon. In parcular, it will be achieved a balanced distribuon of fine soil in depth and slightly bigger pieces on the surface, without the risk of creang hardpans. The beds will have a very defined shape and the soil levelling will be perfect. Above all, this implement is suitable for any soil condions. TARZAN blades are also fitted with: QUICK FIT system (RAPIDO: one special cam tool allows to replace worn out blades in a few secondsand in total safety) TUNGSTEN coating (suitable for abrasive soils and intensive work). STONE protection system with a design which guarantees the highest protection possible against:stones getting jammed, heavy trash and residues twisting around the rotors.
Tarzan is equipped with 1 independent MULTI-SPEED GEARBOX for each body: thanks to this it’s possibleto enhance the blade rotation and consequently the soil refinement.Moreover, the SYNTHETIC OIL LUBRIFICATION allows to reach the maximum performance possible in high temperature conditions, typical of Heavy Duty applications.The Gear box is fitted with special steel hardened gears; the rotor phasing reduces vibrations, allowing a longer lifespan as less stress is put on the unit.
