SLH24 / SLH26

I silos orizzontali SLH24-SLH26 sono contenitori per l’immagazzinamento di cemento, filler o bentonite. I silo hanno rispettivamente una capacità massima di 24 m3 e 26 m3, sono prodotti in lamiera e conformati in maniera da offrire sufficiente resistenza ed al tempo stesso per-mettere la naturale caduta del prodotto verso la coclea orizzontale fissata nella parte inferiore dei silo stessi. Entrambi i silos sono specificamente studiati per essere installati sul tetto dell'impianto JM30 e per essere auto-maticamente gestiti dall'impianto stesso.

The Horizontal silos SLH24-SLH26 are containers to store cement, filler or bentonite. The silos that have a maximum capacity of 24 m3 and 26 m3, are made of plate and shaped so that they have a sufficient resis-tance and permit the natural fall of the material onto the horizontal screw conveyor fixed at the bottom of the silos. Both silos are specifically conceived to be installed on the roof of the JM30 batching plant and to be con-trolled automatically by the plant itself.

Los silos Horizontales SLH24-SLH26 son contenedores para el almacenamiento de cemento, material de relleno, bentonita, etc. Tienen una capacidad máxima de 24 m3 y 26 m3, respectivamente. Son de chapa y han sido realizados para ofrecer suficiente resistencia y permitir, al mismo tiempo, la caída natural del producto hasta el sinfín horizontal fijado en la parte inferior de los silos. Los dos silos han sido proyectados específicamente para su instalación en el techo del mezclador JM30 y su gestión automática desde el mismo equipo.

Die horizontalen Silos SLH24-SLH26 sind Behälter für die Lagerung von Zement, Zusatzstoff, Bentonit. Die Si-los, die ein maximales Fassungsver-mögen von 24 m3 bzw. 26 m3 haben, bestehen aus Blech und sind so ges-taltet, dass sie ausreichend wider-standsfähig sind und gleichzeitig das spontane Fallen des Produkts auf die horizontale Förderschnecke ermögli-chen, die im unteren Bereich der Silos befestigt ist. Beide Silos wurden für ihre Installation auf dem Dach der Mischanlage JM 30 spezifisch ausge-legt und damit ihre Steuerung durch die Mischanlage selbst ermöglichen zu können.
