Con il nostro sistema è ora possibile disporre i magnetiesternamente alle guide degli ascensori tramite una serie diaccessori componibili esso è adattabile a guide di qualsiasidimensione disponibili sul mercato ed è quindi in grado dirisolvere anche il problema di posizionamento dei magnetiin coincidenza delle giunzioni tra le guide.Con la prima operazione si aggancia la ganascia fissasulla piastra tramite la vite ed il dado in dotazione (A) siposiziona poi l’assieme creato sulla guida facendo aderiread essa la ganascia fissa (B).

SISTEMA DI FISSAGGIO MAGNETI PER GUIDE ASCENSORIMAGNETS FIXING SYSTEM FOR LIFT RAILS

With our system it’s now possible to place the magnetsoutside the lift rails throught a series of modular fittings.This new system is adaptable to any type of rail sizeavailable on the market and therefore is also able to solvethe installation of the magnets in coincidence of the linkbetween two rails.As first step it’s necessary to lock the fixed jaw on the plateusing the supplied screw and nut (A) afterwards place theassembly on the rail with the fixed jaw close to the rail side(B).

Proseguendo nel montaggio si inserisce il perno filettatonel primo foro libero più vicino alla guida (1) si inserisce poila ganascia regolabile nella piastra (2) e si posiziona aridosso del perno filettato (3), si procederà poi al fissaggiotramite l’apposita vite (4).Per un fissaggio sicuro sarà sufficiente stringere con unacoppia non molto elevata in quanto la forma delle ganasceè studiata appositamente per aggrapparsi tenacemente alprofilo di qualsiasi guida in commercio.

At this point, insert the threated pivot in the first free holenear the other rail side (1) then insert the movable jaw onthe plate (2) until the threated pivot (3). It’s now possibleto fix the system tightening the screw on the jaw (4).

For a safe fixing it’s not necessary to screw with an hightorque because the shape of the jaws is specificallydesigned to create a strong grip on any rail outline.

Con la piastra fissata sulla guida si può disporre il portamagnete utilizzando l’apposita asola che permette diregolare la posizione desiderata (5) sulla stessa piastra èpossibile montare più porta magnete anche ad altezzedifferenti tra loro (6).

I porta magnete possono essere collegati tra loromediante l’apposito giunto di collegamento: ciò consentequindi di creare dei “binari” dove è possibile posizionaremagneti anche molto lunghi fissandoli a “ponte” tra duepiastre.Attraverso quest’ultima soluzione è possibile risolverel’inconveniente di non riuscire a disporre i magneti incorrispondenza dei punti di giunzione tra le guide.

Another opportunity is to link togheter different magnetholder using the suitable joint: in this way it’s possible tocreate “tracks” where place also long magnets the magnetholder will be fixed as a bridge between two plates.

Thanks to this solution is possible to solve the installation ofthe magnets in coincidence of the link between two rails.
