Al km 33, terminato il terzo settore sterrato, il gruppo procede compatto. Media dopo un’ora di corsa: 34,300 km/h. Il gruppo giunge compatto al km 38 e inizia a percorrere il quarto settore sterrato. Al km 45, terminato il quarto setto-re sterrato, ancora tutte insieme. A Buonconvento, km 49, prova ad allungare l’atleta N° 105 Knetemann (FDJ), per lei un breve margine di vantaggio. Al km 52, il gruppo torna compatto. Ai -75 km all’arrivo, ancora tutte insieme. Al km 59, all’ingresso del quinto settore sterrato, il plotone procede compatto. Al km 62, le atlete procedono molto allungate. Al km 63, il gruppo si allunga ulteriormente. Media dopo due ore di corsa: 34,600 km/h. Al km 74, in testa alla corsa restano 54 atlete, la testa delle inseguitrici a circa 20”. Ai -50 km dall’arrivo, la situazione rimane invariata. Provano ad allungare in testa le atlete numero: 36 Viceli (ASA), 173 Mackaij (SUN) e 185 Stephens (TIB). Al km 81, il loro vantaggio è di 25”. Al km 83, il vantaggio delle tre fuggitive sale a 1’26”. Le peloton arrive groupé au km 38 et emprunte et termine le quatrième secteur roulant groupé. À Buonconvento, km 49, démarrage de l’athlète 105 Knetemann (FDJ), qui prend une petite avance. Le peloton se regroupe au km 52. À 75 km de l’arrivée, le peloton roule encore groupé, tout comme au km 59, à l’entrée du 5ème secteur. Au km 62, le peloton s’étire. Moyenne après deux heures de course : 34,600 km/h. Au km 74, la tête de la course compte 54 athlètes, qui ont environ 20” d’avance sur le groupe poursuivant. At km 20, after the first two dirt-road sectors, the pace becomes livelier, within sight of the third sector in Radi. At km 33, at the end of the third sector, the peloton is rolling all together. Average speed after one hour of racing: 34.300 km/h. The peloton is still rolling all together at the beginning and at the end of the fourth sector. At km 49, in Buonconvento, rider no. 105 Knetemann (FDJ) takes a pull, building a small gap. The peloton bunches up again at km 52. Al km 5,5, caduta dell’atleta n° 165 CHRISTOFOROU Antri (SER), che ha riportato trauma contusivo alla spalla, al gomito e al polso sinistro, ed è stata costretta al ritiro. Al km 17, caduta senza apparenti conseguenze dell’atleta n° 83 KING Danielle (CPC). Al km 33, caduta di 4 atlete, tra cui la n° 166 LOZANO RAMIREZ Laura Camila (SER). Tutte quante sono ripartite. Nel settore 5, caduta di alcune atlete, tra cui la n° 103 DUVAL Eugénie (FDJ), che ha riportato contusioni in zona lombare, ma è comunque ripartita, e la n° 131 CONFALONIERI Maria Giulia (LWK), che dopo essere ripartita è caduta nuovamente, ed è stata soccorsa dai medici di gara. Sempre nel settore 5, sono cadute altre 5 atlete, senza apparenti conseguenze di rilievo. Fra queste, i numeri 174 RIVERA Coryn e 176 STULTIENS Sabrina (SUN). Au km 33, chute impliquant 4 athlètes, dont le dossard n° 166 LOZANO RAMIREZ Laura Camila (SER), qui ont promptement repris la course. Lors du secteur 5, chute impliquant plusieurs athlètes, dont les dossards n° 103 DUVAL Eugénie (FDJ), qui a souffert de contusions lombaires mais a néanmoins repris la course, et le n° 131 CONFALONIERI Maria Giulia (LWK), qui a chuté à nouveau, après avoir repris la course, et a été secourue par les médecins de course. La Strade Bianche Namedsport, uomini e donne, ha goduto di una distribuzione televisiva in 184 diversi Paesi del mondo, in tutti e cinque i continenti, attraverso 13 differenti network. Rai, host broadcaster dell’evento, ha garantito la produzione di immagini in diretta per due ore di corsa mas-chile, che sono state trasmesse su Rai Sport nel territorio italiano ospitante la manifestazione. Quella femminile ha avuto uno spazio di 30 minuti, in differita, dopo l’arrivo della gara uomini. Eurosport ha diffuso live “La Classica del Nord più a Sud d’Europa” in 16 Paesi della regione Asia e Pacifico, nonché in tutto il Vecchio Continente, ad eccezione della Francia in cui la copertura è stata garantita in esclusiva da L’Equipe. Tornando al Pacifico, altre due esclusive sono state garantite agli appassionati giapponesi, che han-no potuto accedere alla diretta su DAZN, e a quelli neozelandesi che hanno seguito le fasi salienti della corsa su Sky Sports. Il network OSN deteneva i diritti per tutti i territori della regione Medio Oriente e Nord Africa, mentre più a sud l’emittente Kwese Sport ha coperto l’intera Africa Subsahariana ad eccezione del Sudafrica, in cui la corsa è stata trasmessa in diretta da Supersport. La Strade Bianche Namedsport poteva essere seguita in diretta nelle Americhe grazie alla programmazione offer-ta da Fubo.TV in USA e Canada, da TDN in Messico e America Centrale e dal network ESPN in tutto il Sudamerica e nei Caraibi. Immagini della gara sono state altresì distribuite in tutto il mondo attraverso la piattaforma SNTV - Sports News Television.

The Strade Bianche NamedSport, men and women, has been broadcasted in 184 countries right across the five continents. The 2017 edition of the race was showed live by 13 TV networks. RAI, the WorldTour event’s host broadcaster, produced two hours coverage of the men race in Ita-ly on Rai Sport and half an hour of pre-recording of the women race, showed after the men’s arri-val. Eurosport showed the 'Northern Classic in the South of Europe' live throughout the whole Eu-rope, with the exception of France where l’Equipe aired the event race on its free-to-air channel. Eurosport also broadcasted the race in 16 territories across the Asia Pacific region, while in Japan the exclusive live broadcast was on DAZN. In New Zealand the Strade Bianche NamedSport has been broadcasted exclusively on Sky Sports. OSN network was the right holder for the Middle East and Africa regions, while Kwese Sport cov-ered the SubSaharian Africa territories with the sole exception of South Africa, where the race was broadcasted live on Supersport. The Strade Bianche NamedSport could have been followed in the Americas on Fubo.TV in USA and Canada, on TDN in Mexico and Central America and on the ESPN network in South America and the Caribbeans. SNTV – the Sports News Television platform distributed images from the race all over the world.
