I RILEVATORI DI FUGHE DI GAS PER USO RESIDENZIALE DI SEITRONSeitron progetta e produce rilevatori di gas per uso residenziale o civile da più di vent’anni. Fin dall’inizio la scelta è stata di limitarsi a 3 gas (2 gas esplosivi, metano e GPL, ed 1 gas tossico, monossido di carbonio - CO) e di produrre rilevatori di fughe di gas che diano il massimo delle garanzie a chi li utilizza per la propria sicurezza: -Allarme acustico ed uscita a relè per elettrovalvola di intercettazione normalmente chiusa (N.C.) e normalmente aperta (N.A.). -Alimentazione a 230V. LA DIFESA CONTRO L’AVVELENAMENTO DA MONOSSIDO DI CARBONIO (CO). Il monossido di carbonio (CO) è stato anche definito il killer silenzioso: infatti è inodore, incolore ed insapore. Inoltre è leggermente meno denso dell’aria per cui tende ad accumularsi lentamente nella parte alta degli ambienti chiusi.La sua caratteristica più pericolosa è che l’essere umano non può accorgersi della sua presenza. I casi mortali più insidiosi riguardano persone che si addormentano con un lieve mal di testa e non si svegliano mai più. Ciò dovrebbe rendere evidente a tutti l’utilità dei rilevatori di CO.

GAS LEAK DETECTORS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE BY SEITRON Seitron designs and manufactures gas detectors for civil or domestic use since more than twenty years. From the beginning the choice was limited to 3 gases (2 explosive gases, methane and LPG, and 1 toxic gas, carbon monoxide - CO) and to produce gas leak detectors that deliver the maximum guarantees to those who use them for their own safety: -Only detectors with acoustic alarm and relay output to activate normally closed (N.C.) and normally open (N.O.) electrovalve. -Only detectors powered with 230V mains voltage. DEFENSE AGAINST POISONING BY CARBON MONOXIDE (CO). Carbon monoxide (CO) has been named the silent killer: it is odorless, colorless and tasteless. It is also slightly less dense than air, so it tends to accumulate slowly in the upper part of the rooms. Its most dangerous characteristic is that humans cannot notice his presence. The most insidious fatal cases concern people who fall asleep with a slight headache and never wake up again. This should make clear to all the usefulness of CO alarms.
