Informazioni Tecniche -Tester MRC2 Con l'MRC2 è possibile: Controllare e verificare il funzionamento di sensori magnetici con contatti reed. Controllare e verificare il funzionamento di sensori elettronici magnetici, proximity, fotocellule, sia PNP che NPN con riconoscimento automatico della polarità. Verificare la presenza e la posizione dell'anello magnetico nei cilindri. Eccitare i sensori magnetici utilizzando il magnete interno. Modo d'uso: Collegare il sensore nelle clips a molla come indicato in figura e premere TEST ON Il led rosso si accende per un attimo, dopodiché il sensore è sotto test. A sensore impegnato si udirà un cicalino, si accenderà il led giallo relativo alla polarità riscontrata se tipo PNP o NPN. Per i sensori elettronici la massima corrente erogabile è di 50mA. Oltre questo valore interviene la protezione al cortocircuito, indicata dall'accensione del led rosso. E' sufficiente scollegare il sensore eventualmente in corto per ripristinarne il funzionamento. La tensione fornita al sensore è di 26v. Se premendo TEST ON senza il sensore collegato, il led rosso rimane acceso fisso, significa che le batterie sono scariche. Per la ricerca dei magneti nei cilindri è sufficiente premere il pulsante TEST ON senza collegare nulla, avvicinare l'angolo in alto a sinistra contrassegnato da una sporgenza, al cilindro e, in senso perpendicolare scorrere lungo la camicia. Se il magnete viene rilevato si accenderà il led verde. Può accadere di visualizzare più di un lampeggio in prossimità del pistone contenente il magnete a causa di magnetizzazioni spurie, è sufficiente spostare il punto di appoggio o capovolgere i tester per cambiare la polarità di lettura per leggere il segnale magnetico primario. Per testare i sensori magnetici senza la necessità del cilindro è sufficiente avvicinare il sensore sotto test nella parte alta dello strumento dove è indicato “ magnetic surface”. N.B. attenzione a non avvicinare la parte magnetica dell'MRC2 a oggetti che possono essere danneggiati tipo floppy disk, monitor, tv, ecc. L'apparecchio viene fornito completo di 3 batterie tipo PP3 da 9 V, pronto per l'uso

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MRC2 CONTROLLER With MRC2 is possible: Check and control the working of magnetic sensors having reed contacts. Test and check the working of magnetic electronic switch, proximity, photocells, both PNP and NPN with automatic identification of polarity. Check presence and position of magnetic ring in cylinders. Exicetement of magnetic switches using the inner magnet. Employ Connect the sensor in the spring clips as shown and push "TEST ON". The red led quickly lights up, afterwards the sensor is on test. When the sensor is working a sound will be heard then the yellow led, referred to the noticed polarity (PNP or NPN), will lights up. For electronic sensors the maximum current supplied is 50mA. If you exceed this value, the red led will lights up as safety to the short circuit. To reset, disconnect the switch. Voltage supplied to the sensor is 26V. Batteries are flat and must be changed if pushing "TEST ON" with no connected switch, the red led is still lighted . It is sufficient pushing "TEST ON", to found magnets in cylinders. You only need to bring near the left upper corner, marked by a protrusion, to the cylinder and sliding perpendicularly through the tube. The green led will lights up if the magnet is found. In case of spurious magnetizations, you could see more than one flash close to the cylinder containing the magnet. It is sufficient to move the support point or to overturn tester so to change the reading polarity and look over the primary magnetic signal. To test magnetic sensor, where the cylinder is not needed, it is enough leading the switch on test, in the upper zone (MAGNETIC SURFACE). Magnetic side of MRC2 must not be put near objects which could be damaged (floppy disks, monitor, TV) Nr. 3 PP3/9V batteries are included with the controller.
