DESCRIZIONE: superfino, è il riso più diffuso in Italia,con chicchi molto grandi. Ricco di amilo-sio, ha una buona tenuta in cottura e lega moltissimo. Per questo è consigliato per arancini, ripieni e dolci, per risotti mantecati e timballi. DESCRIPTION: this superfine, very large grains rice is the most widespread in Italy.
