Il  proge)o  Taste  of  Freedom  nasce  nell’ambito  dell’apprendimento  permanente  e  il  suo  scopo  è  quello  di  promuovere  nuove  proposte  educa;ve  in  carcere  a)raverso  l’acquisizione  di  conoscenze  e  competenze  legate  al  cibo,  e  la  sperimentazione  di  buone  pra;che  che  possono  realizzare  opportunità  di  integrazione  per  persone  a  grave  rischio  di  esclusione  sociale  quali  sono  i  ci)adini  ristre@  negli  is;tu;  penitenziari.

A  distanza  di  un  anno,  dal  1°  incontro  in  Portogallo,  i  partner  del  proge)o  Taste  of  Freedom  hanno  scambiato  e  condiviso  diverse  esperienze,  e  realizzato  numerose  a@vità  nelle  6  carceri  che  hanno  aderito  al  proge)o  Europeo  Taste  of  Freedom.  

A  sei  mesi  dal  Convegno  a  conclusione  del  Proge)o  che  si  terrà  in  Italia  a  Massa  Mari@ma  il  31  maggio  2015,  e  in  vista  del  prossimo  mee;ng  delle  Canarie  dal  3  al  6  febbraio  2015,  il  gruppo  di  coordinamento,  invita  i  partner  a  fare  una  valutazione  quan;ta;va  e  qualita;va  sulle  a@vità  realizzate  e  di  quelle  in  corso,  per  migliorare  la  qualità  del  proge)o  me)endo  in  evidenza  pun;  di  forza  e  pun;  di  debolezza.

The  Taste  of  Freedom  project  was  born  within  the  permanent  educa.on  field  and  its  aim  is  to  promote  new  educa.on  proposals  in  jail  through  the  acquisi.on  of  knowledge  and  skills  linked  to  food  and  the  experimenta.on  of  good  prac.ces  which  may  become  important  chances  for  the  integra.on  of  people  at  risk  of  social  exclusion  like  ci.zens  in  jail.  

One  year  aHer  the  1st  mee.ng  in  Portugal,  the  partners  of  the  "Taste  of  Freedom"  project  exchanged  and  shared  different  experiences  and  also  carried  out  many  ac.vi.es  in  the  6  jails  which  are  part  of  the  European  Taste  of  Freedom  project.  

Six  months  before  the  final  mee.ng  of  the  project  which  is  taking  place  in  Italy,  in  Massa  MariPma  on  the  31st  of  May  2015  and  with  a  view  to  the  next  mee.ng  in  the  Canaries  from  the  3rd  to  the  6th  of  February  2015,  the  coordina.on  group  invites  its  partners  to  make  a  quan.ta.ve  and  qualita.ve  evalua.on  about  past  and  ongoing  ac.vi.es,  in  order  to  improve  the  quality  of  the  project  and  underlining  its  strong  and  weak  aspects.
