La corretta trascrizione e registrazione dei punti utilizzati è un momento cruciale della pratica clinica e didattica della Agopuntura Auricolare per: Seguire l’evoluzione di un problema sia esso o no in trattamento Facilitare l’identificazione dell’origine segmentale di un problema Facilitare la ripetizione o la modifica del trattamento di seduta in seduta Mostrare graficamente anche al paziente la sede di infissione degli aghi Aumentare l’efficacia dell’insegnamento agli studenti Trasmettere efficacemente dati tra ricercatori

Il settogramma di Romoli permette in un paziente, in sedute successive, o in una serie di pazienti visti per la stessa patologia, di identificare il o i settori che mostrano la maggiore concentrazione di punti attivi.

MeCAN 2014Scopo del lavoro:

Valutare in un gruppo di studenti di un corso di agopuntura auricolare all’inizio dei corsi (T1) e dopo un adeguato periodo di studio e pratica (T2) la variazione nella abilità alla corretta trascrizione di un gruppo di punti presentati tramite videopresentazione di Power Point utilizzando un “diagramma convenzionale” dell’orecchio (ST)e quello considerato, nella nostra scuola di agopuntura auricolare, il “gold standard” per la materia: il” settogramma” di Romoli(ROM).

Work purpose:

Comparing student’s different ability in recording auricular points on two different auricularcharts in the beginning (T1) and at the end of their vocational training (T2) and to compare the relative efficiency of the charts. ST is a conventional blank chart and ROM is Romoli’ssectogram.

•Vengono presentati in ordine successivo per 30” prima l’orecchio dx e poi il sx (T1)•We have shown by a power point slide in a 30’’ time three points on leftand right auricula•Viene fatto compilare e ritirato il diagramma convenzionale (ST)•We have asked to fill in the blank chart (ST) which is collected.•Vengono presentate nuovamente per gli stessi tempi nel medesimo ordine le immagini.•Slides have been shown again with the same order•Viene fatto compilare il settogramma (ROM)•We have asked to fill in the sectogram (ROM)•Al termine del corso di studio viene riproposta la stessa procedura (T2)•At the end of the training the same procedure has been proposed again.

Discussione/Discussion

I risultati comunque condizionati dal limitato numero di osservazioni ci permettono di stabilire quanto segue:Despite of the small number of observations we can say that: Per il metodo convenzionale le medie al tempo 2 sono significativamente

inferiori rispetto al tempo 1 Standard method average values at T2 are statistically lower then T1 Per il settogramma secondo Romoli le medie al tempo 2 sono

significativamente inferiori rispetto al tempo 1 Romoli’s sectogram average values at T2 are statistically lower then T1 Non esiste nessuna differenza tra le due modalità né al tempo “1” né al

tempo “2” We have found no differences between the two methods at the two times E’ probabile che l’esperienza contribuisca maggiormente dello strumento

utilizzato alla esatta registrazione dei punti attivi auricolari. Finally we may think, on our results, that clinical experience seems to be the

primary factor to perform a correct recording of an active point on an auricular chart.
