RTP3000 PER APPLICAZIONI NAVALIIn maggio RTP prevede di ricevere certifi-cazione dal ABS (America Bureau of Ship-ping) che permetterà l’impiego del sistema RTP3000 in ambito navale. RTP prevede anche di ricevere la certificazione TÜV per nuove migliorie incorporate nel sistema die-tro suggerimento di clienti. Una di queste è un nuovo modo per la visualizzazione del programma che si chiama Input Connection Viewing che permetterà di evidenziare tutti gli oggetti e collegamenti associati ad un oggetto selezionato per semplificare il de-bugging di programmi complessi.

DA SAIPEM UN NUOVO CONTRATTO DI MANUTENZIONE APPARECCHI RIVELA-ZIONI INCENDIEcisgroup si aggiudica il contratto di ma-nutenzione con formula “ordine quadro” da parte di Saipem Energy Services, società del gruppo ENI per la fornitura di appa-recchiature di rivelazione incendio, fumo e dispositivi di allertamento acustico. Questo nuovo contratto di manutenzione con sca-denza Settembre 2011 ha la prerogativa di avere validità su tutti i tutti i siti in gestione a Saipem E.S. ed è la conferma dell’espe-rienza tecnica maturata in ECISGROUP in ambito sicurezza e monitoraggio.

A NEW CONTRACT WITH SAIPEM FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF FIRE DETEC-TION DEVICESEcisgroup has been awarded a maintenance contract by Saipem Energy Services, an ENI Group company. The contract is a “frame agre-ement” order for the supply of fire and smoke detection devices, and acoustical warning de-vices. This new contract runs until September 2011, and covers all sites managed by Saipem E.S. 1999 - 2009: HIMA - ECISGROUP,10 ANNI DI SUCCESSIEcisgroup acquisisce in aprile l’ordine per larealizzazione dei sistemi ESD ( Emergency Shutdown System ) per i Gruppi 3 e 4 della centrale termoelettrica ENEL di Fusina. Ognuna delle due unità termoelettriche ha una potenza di 320MW con alimentazione policombustibile (carbone, olio combustibile e gas naturale) ed il sistema ESD coordinerà e gestirà i blocchi ter-mici, lo scatto turbina, il blocco generatore ed il blocco rete.I sistemi basati su tecnologia HIMA SIL.3, sa-ranno forniti in configurazione “fully redundant” e saranno previsti di sistema di supervisione HMI dedicato e di dispositivo SOER (sequence of event recorder) per acquisizione segnali velo-ci con risoluzione di 1ms. Conti alla mano, con questa fornitura in ambito ENEL Ecisgroup ha fornito il 70% di tutti i sistemi Hima installati nelle

centrali Enel a riprova della indiscussa leader-ship in ambito sicurezza. L’eccezionale rapporto di cooperazione Hima - Ecisgroup in questi 10 anni ha portato alla fornitura di oltre 75 sistemi certificati equivalenti a piu’ di 20.000 I/O installa-ti. La metà dei sistemi sono coperti da servizio di reperibilità e manutenzione 24/24 ore.

1999 - 2009: HIMA-ECISGROUP,10 SUCCESSFUL YEARSIn April, ECISGroup received an order for the supplied of two ESD (Emergency Shu-tDown System) for Groups 3 and 4 of the ENEL Power Station at Fusina. Each of the two units has a generating capacity of 320MW has multi-fuel (coal, oil and natu-ral gas) firing. The ESD system will handle the automatic shutdown of the turbines, generators and electrical distribution. The system will be based on HIMA SIL3 techno-logy. The system will be fully redundant and will have a dedicated supervision HMI sy-stem with SOER (Sequence of Events Re-corder) with acquisition of rapidly occurring signals with a resolution better than 1mS.With this order, ECISGroup will have sup-plied 70% of all HIMA systems installed in ENEL power stations. It is reconfirmation of its unchallenged leadership in the field of safety systems.The exceptional spirit of cooperation of HIMA with ECISGroup in these 10 years has resulted in more than 75 certified sy-stems , equivalent to over 20,000 I/O in-stalled. BULLDOZINGIl revamping totale del sistema di controlloECISGROUP ha completato con successo il revamping dei Sistemi di controllo della raffineria IES di Mantova.Il progetto denominato “Bulldozing” consi-steva nella sostituzione di due vecchi DCS di cui uno degli anni’ 80 e uno degli anni’90, con uno unico di nuova generazione.La scelta del cliente è caduta sul sistema In-vensys - DCS I/A seris e Triconex per quan-to riguarda i sistemi di protezione e blocco certificati Sil3.Il totale di I/O fisici sopra i 3.200 punti.Le attività principali che hanno visto il no-stro coinvolgimento si possono riassumere in: Reverse Engineering, la progettazione costruzione e integrazione dei nuovi sistemi con acclusi tutti gli armadi di interconnessio-ne, i collaudi in fabbrica e l’avviamento in impianto, quest’ultimo avvenuto durante la fermata della raffineria per manutenzione

programmata in sole 4 settimane, con un im-pegno di circa 11.000 ore sviluppati in 8 mesi.

The total revamping of control systemECISGROUP has completed the revamping of all the control systems for IES Refinery, where the scope of this challenging project was to replace two old DCS systems, one installed in the 1980’s and the second one in the 1990’s, with a single platform new DCS.The customer’s choice for the new system fell on Invensys - I/A DCS system with Tri-conex safety PLC’s for the ESD’s, for more than 3,200 physical Inputs/Outputs.The project, entitled “Bulldozing”, was com-pleted successfully with the replacement on site being completed during 4 weeks in which the refinery was closed for mainte-nance.To mention some of “core” activities developed by ECISGROUP in this project, there were: Reverse Engine-ering, Design, Construction and Inte-gration of the new System and Mar-

Il Sig. Fortunato Branda iniziò una lun-ga attività commerciale di successo che portò Chemit S.r.l. ad essere qualifica-ta e presente nelle Vendors lists di EPC contractors quali ENI, Foster Wheeler Italiana, Saipem – Snamprogetti, Techint, Technip Italy, Tecnimont, da cui Chemit è stata riconosciuta ed apprezzata per più di 45 anni quale organizzazione di vendita di grande esperienza ed affidabilità spe-cializzata nelle forniture a pacchetto per materiali primari e secondari per applica-zioni di strumentazione, elettriche e mec-caniche.

Questi anni vedevano l’inizio della carriera professionale del Sig. Davide Branda nel 1990 in un crescendo di responsabilità

che lo portavano a ricoprire gli incarichi di Direttore Vendite nel 1996 e di Ammini-stratore Delegato nel 2003.

Sotto la gestione del Sig. Davide Branda Chemit S.r.l. , il cui Sistema Qualità venne certificato da SGS secondo la normativa UNI EN ISO 9001 Ed.2000 nel 2003, svi-luppò soluzioni customizzate, servizi spe-cialistici e una nuova realtà di consulenza quali:

- Logistics & Customer Care per garantire un follow up ottimale degli ordini

- Divisione Systems per offrire un’integra-zione ingegnerizzata dei prodotti

- Concurrent Engineering per dare SO-LUZIONI GLOBALI al Facility Manage-ment con l’integrazione sistematica e l’esecuzione simultanea di attività sia tecniche che commerciali

che nel complesso erano in grado di dare ai Clienti un valore aggiunto in termini di “unico punto di riferimento” contribuendo sostanzialmente a ridurre al minimo i loro costi di gestione commessa.

Nel 2007 quando Chemit S.r.l. venne incor-porata nella ECISGROUP S.r.l. insieme ad ECIS S.r.l. e E&C S.r.l., le altre due società appartenenti al Gruppo Branda, divenne la Business Unit dedicata alle attività di Pro-curement & Logistica comprendenti:

• promozione tecnica e supporto alla ven-dita diretta delle Rappresentate

• preparazione delle Vendors’ lists durante la Fase di Offerta

• reperimento ed acquisto dei materiali sul mercato nazionale ed estero

• preparazione ed emissione delle RDO in accordo alle procedure interne ed ai re-quisiti tecnici

• valutazione economica delle offerte rice-vute e Vendors shortlist

• gestione delle trattative con i Vendors ed emissione delle “recommendation”

• emissione degli ordini di acquisto ai Ven-dors selezionati

• procedure di import / export

• gestione expediting

• gestione collaudi

• gestione documentale

Attualmente tutte queste attività sono ese-guite da uno staff qualificato e adeguata-mente preparato sotto la supervisione del Sig. Davide Branda, Procurement Engine-ering Manager di ECISGROUP S.p.A., in una logica di strategia integrata ed in ac-cordo alla Politica di Qualità societaria e ad una Vision mirata a diventare un EPC contractor a livello internazionale.

Under Mr. Davide Branda’s management Chemit S.r.l., whose Quality Manage-ment System was certified by SGS as per the UNI EN ISO 9001 Ed.2000 standard in 2003, developed customized solutions, specialized services and a new consulting reality such as:

- Procurement Engineering to optimize the procurement activities

- Picking & Packing to handle and give quick replies to routine business

- Logistics & Customer Care to grant an optimal follow up of orders

• technical promotion and support to di-rect sales for the Principals

• preparation of the Vendors’ lists during the Bid phase

• procurement of materials on both the lo-cal and international markets

• preparation and issuance of RFQs ac-cording to the internal procedures and to the technical requirements

• economical evaluation of the offers received and subsequent Ven-dors shortlist

• negotiations with Vendors and issuance of the relevant “recommendation”

• placement of order with the selected Vendors

• import / export procedures

• expediting • inspection

• documentation

Nowadays all these activities are carried out by a qualified and trained staff under the supervision of Mr. Davide Branda, the Procurement Engineering Manager of ECISGROUP S.p.A., in line with an inte-grated business strategy as well as with the company’s Quality Policy and Vision to become an EPC contractor at an inter-national level.

Ottimi risultati ottenuti dalla nostra partecipa-zione alla fiera OMC 2009 (Offshore Mediter-ranean Conference), tenutasi a Ravenna alla fine di Marzo e giunta alla IX° edizione con un eccezionale audience di quasi 9000 visitatori e che vede Ecisgroup presente fin dalla prima edizione.La fiera ha mostrato ancora una volta il suo prestigio internazionale ed è stata per noi l’op-portunità per consolidare i rapporti con i nostri clienti e fornitori ma soprattutto per sviluppare nuovi contatti e collaborazioni con i numerosi visitatori e partecipanti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Durante i tre giorni di esposizione ci hanno visitato più di 150 Società e 400 ospiti e l’interesse si e’ rivolto ai nostri storici prodot-ti e servizi ma la soddisfazione più grande è stata l’attenzione al nostro nuovo mercato che ci vede come emergenti “Contractor” rivolto a medie forniture e revamping.

Excellent results were obtained from our par-ticipation in OMC 2009 (Offshore Mediterra-nean Conference) that was held in Ravenna at the end of March. ECISGroup has been present in this show since its inception. This was the 9th edition and it received almost 9000 visitors. Once again, the fair demonstrated its presti-ge internationally and it was for us an oppor-

tunity to reaffirm our relationships with regular customers and suppliers and to meet new customers and contacts among the nume-rous visitors and participants from all over the world. During the three days of the exhibition, more than 150 companies and 400 persons visited our stand and there was a lot of in-terest shown in our traditional products and services. 2° Edizione del Career Day 2009 alPolitecnico di Milano.

Abbiamo partecipato al Career Day del Politecni-co di Milano, la giornata dedicata alle relazioni tra il mondo imprenditoriale e gli studenti.Indichiamo alcuni numeri che evidenziano il suc-cesso della manifestazione:- 4.500 Studenti partecipanti- 82 aziende italiane- 12 aziende straniereIl numero delle persone che hanno assistito alle presentazioni aziendali tenutesi durante la gior-nata è di 684. (In media ogni persona ha assistito a 4 presentazioni).La forte partecipazione al Career day di studenti (2/3 del totale) dimostra la consapevolezza cre-scente degli studenti di doversi orientare al mon-do del lavoro prima della laurea. Al tempo stesso la presenza massiccia di società leader nel setto-re in un momento economico non facile, dimostra il forte interesse delle aziende verso gli studenti e, più in generale, verso le iniziative volte a far incontrare “la domanda con l’offerta”.

2nd Annual Career Day 2009 at theMilan Polytechnic.

We contributed to the recent Career Day at the Milan Polytechnic, a day in which students and employers have the opportunity to meet together.The statistics speak for themselves:- 4,500 students- 82 Italian companies- 12 foreign companies took part684 company presentations took place over the day and on average each student attended 4 pre-sentations.Two thirds of the student body attended the Ca-reer Day, demonstrating the growing interest that students are taking in the business world before graduating.At the same time, the presence of so many le-ading companies in difficult economic times de-monstrates the strong interest that companies have in graduating students, and generally in this type of event designed to match the demand with the supply.For more information contact a.facchetti@ecisgroup.it
