1 (one) post of Accountant and 1 (one) post of UDC, in North Eastern Police Academy,

Umsaw, Umiam, Meghalaya is proposed to be filled up on deputation basis in the following pay

band

(i) Accountant in the pay band Rs. 9300-34800 + 4200 (GP)

(ii) UDC in the pay band Rs. 5200 20200 + 2400 (GP)

Transfer on deputation for Accountant:

From equivalent posts of Accountant or Assistants having 5 years regular service in the

grade with 2 (two) years experience of Cash and Accounts work. Failing this, Upper Division

Clerks of Accounts Offices having at least 10 years regular service in the grade with two yearsexperience of Cash/Accounts work.

Transfer on deputation for UDC:

Officers holding analogous post under the UT/Central /State Government or more than 8years regular service as LDC.

(Deputation period shall ordinarily not to exceed 3 years. The maximum age limit for

appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt ofapplications).

Application along with Bio-data as per enclosed format should reach the undersigned with

60 days from the date of issue of this circular along with last 5 years confidential reports. While

forwarding application it may kindly be confirmed whether there is any vigilance case and

disciplinary proceedings either pending or contemplated against any of the applicants.

Applications, which are not accompanied by the relevant particulars or otherwise incomplete or

received after the last date is over, will not be entertained.

Selected Officials will have the option to draw their basic pay in the scale of pay of their parent

department plus following Allowances admissible during the period of deputation.

i) Deputation (Duty) Allowance as per rules.ii) SDA @ 12.5% on Basic Pay + G.P. for those having all India transfer liabilities.iii) Transport Allowance as per slab.The candidate who applies for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature

subsequently.
