Il gruppo MC Service è particolarmente impegnato nella consulenza energetico-ambientale; in questo campo si è qualificato con la peculiarità di fornire ai propri clienti un servizio integrato che copre tutti gli aspetti tipici delle iniziative industriali, dagli studi di fattibilità fino alla progettazione ed alla valutazione tecnica di sostenibilità ambientale e svolge attività di supporto alle imprese nello sviluppo e realizzazione delle iniziative con servizi quali:

• Selezione dei siti - Nella fase preliminare di ogni progetto Mc Service valuta con attenzione tutti i fattori che rendono un sito adatto all’installazione di turbine eoliche o pannelli fotovoltaici;

• Valutazione ambientale – Mc Service svolge un accurato studio ambientale, tenendo in considerazione ogni potenziale impatto dei suoi progetti naturali, sull’avifauna o sulle attività umane;

• Progettazione – Mc Service progetta parchi eolici o impianti fotovoltaici considerando attentamente la valutazione delle risorse, l’analisi delle caratteristiche del sito, le misurazioni del vento, l’esposizione, il micrositing e la previsione del lay-out dell’impianto;

ADVICE AND PLANNING of wind and Photovoltaics sites

MC Service team is particularly engaged in energy- environmental advice; in this sector it is qualified with the peculiarity to provide its customers an integrated service covering all aspects of local industrial initiatives, ranging from feasibility studies through to the design and technical evaluation of environmental sustainability, and conducts business support in the development and implementation of initiatives with services such as:

• Site selection – At the start up of a wind farm project, Mc Service analyses a whole set of factors to understand whether a location is suitable for wind turbines installation and photovoltaics panels;

• Environmental assessment – Mc Service undertakes a detailed resources assessment that not only includes potential ecological effects during the development of the site project, but also considers any potential impact that may involve natural processes or human activities;

• Project design and engineering – When designing a wind farm and photovoltaic sites Mc Service evaluates the location’s features, realizes wind measurements, micrositing and lay-out plant forecasts;

• Logistica del sito – Mc Service progetta la logistica di accesso al sito, le opere civili, le linee di collegamento e di trasmissione dell’energia elettrica, considerando l’impatto visivo ed acustico dell’impianto;

• Iter autorizzativi – Mc Service possiede le competenze amministrative e legali per richiedere ed ottenere le autorizzazioni necessarie alla costruzione dell’impianto, in costante dialogo con tutti i soggetti coinvolti;

• Strutturazione finanziaria - Mc Service ottimizza la struttura finanziaria dei progetti massimizzandone i ritorni economici ed evidenziando tutti i parametri necessari per una corretta allocazione del capitale ed un’adeguata strutturazione del debito.

• Site logistic– Mc Service designs the lines of power collection, transmission interconnection and substation, civil works and project logistic, taking into account the noise emission and the zone of visual influence of the plant;

• Approvals– Mc Service technical and legal competences are necessary for permit’s application to the competent Authority, in order to obtain all the authorization required;

• Financial structuring- Mc Service optimizes the financial structure of the projects to maximiza its economic performance, with a correct allocation of equity and a suitable structuring of debt.

in questa fase si realizzano gli accessi al parco e le piste interne, essenziali per il transito dei veicoli e dei mezzi di sollevamento. Questi accessi si realizzano applicando sempre le più rigorose norme ambientali per la preservazione della flora e della fauna. Si stipa il terreno dove si ubicheranno le torri, si scavano le fondazioni che serviranno da base per gli aerogeneratori, si costruiscono le piattaforme affianco alle torri e si scavano le trincee per la posa dei cavi elettrici. Posteriormente si costruiscono la sottostazione elettrica e l’edificio di controllo. Questa fase si conclude con il ripristino ambientale e la gestione dei residui.

during this stage are realized access to the park and the indoor tracks, essential for the transit of vehicles and lifting equipment. These accesses are realized by applying the ever more stringent environmental standards for the preservation of flora and fauna. It is stuffed the ground where will be located the towers, digging the foundations that will serve as the basis for airgenerators, are built platforms next to the towers and dug trenches for laying electric cables. Later we construct the electrical substation and the building control. This phase ends with the environmental restoration and residual products management.

Has been submitted the project of a plant composed of 54 wind turbines of 2 MW power each for a total power of 108 MW in the NE of Romania and precisely in Falciu. Other sites for a foreseen total power of about 400 MW are waiting for the authorization in the district of Vaslui, situated about 200 Km east of the capital Bucharest. The purpose of our partnership Sorgenia is to reach a total installed capacity of about 2000 MW.
