MALVASIA DI CASTELNUOVO DON BOSCO DOC

Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco is an ancient aromatic red grape from Piedmont whose production is limited to the area of low Mon-ferrato bordering the hill of Turin. The harvest is carried out in early september; after draining and cooling, the must is placed in steel tanks, located in cold storages and has a partial second fermenta-tion at low temperature.

Wine features This wine has a red cherry color. The bouquet is ex-tremely intense and immediate, with flowers and fruity notes rem-iniscent of wild strawberries. This wine is sweet, aromatic and fruity to the tongue.

Food pairing Ideal as a party wine and excellent with desserts like pastries, tarts, ice cream and fruit as well.
