L’Imperativo si usa per dare un ordine, un’istruzione, un avvertimento o per fare un invito.
Definizione
L’imperativo si forma semplicemente usando l’infinito del
verbo senza to. Si usa alla seconda persona singolare e
plurale. Con l’imperativo non si usano mai i pronomi.

• Quando si include la persona che parla nel gruppo, per esprimere un ordine o un suggerimento, si usa let’s (let us) + infinito del verbo senza to:

Il negativo si forma inserendo not dopo let’s e prima del verbo all’infinito:
Let’s not go.
