The mechanical screen ispurposely designed for theseparation of rough solid

frame of the screeningsystem is in formed metalsheet, hot galvanized

asynchronous motor, helicalbevel gear unit of primarybrand and of a safety unitconsisting of a pre-adjusted

arm with lockingmicroswitch in case ofoverride.

quello sottoposta ad una maggioreusura ed a una maggioresollecitazione.

setole in materiale plastico e o untampone pulitore in epdm.Anche il pulitore è realizzato in

AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC SCREENThe machine is built in twoversions: bars or brushes.In the bar version, the comb is insteel and polyethylene, supportedby a structure in metal profiles,purposely developed for theremoval of the solid bodies fromthe fixed grid.The polyethylene part is the onethat will be introduced to the fixedgrid, i.e. the one that is submittedto greater wear and stress.In the brush version, the machineis supplied with fixed grid inpierced metal sheet and thecleaning comb is fitted with abrush with plastic material bristlesand/or a cleaning both in EPDM.Also the cleaner is in metalprofiles, whilst the contact surfaceis made of a polyethylene plate.The discharge chute is in coldformed metal sheet; hence, thescreened material reaches thecollection tank, the evacuationconveyor or the compactor.The machine is supplied in hotgalvanized S235JR or stainlesssteel AISI 304/316. La Macchina è appositamenteStudiata per la separazione di

corpi solidi come stracci, pezzi dilegno, frammenti di piante, carta,ecc. di effluenti civili ed industriali.La macchina è costituita da

un’intelaiatura realizzata mediantelamiera di inox AISI 304.All’interno dell’intelaiatura è

installato un nastro scorrevolecomposto da elementi filtranti diparticolare disegno con luce di

passaggio1, 3, 6 o 10 mm, chetrattengono i solidi in sospensionedel refluo da filtrare. Il movimentodel nastro solleva e trascina tali

solidi all’esterno della superficieliquida fino al punto di scarico dellamacchina. La forma geometrica

degli elementi filtranti garantisceagli stessi la possibilità di compiereun moto rotatorio durante loscorrimento del nastro.

La fase di scarico del materialegrigliato trattenuto dagli elementifiltranti avviene grazie

all’inversione della direzione difunzionamento del nastro: inquesta fase il moto relativo tra glielementi filtranti assicura la

completa espulsione dei solidiseparati. Nella fase successiva diritorno del nastro filtrante, lo stesso

moto relativo, in senso contrario,garantisce la costante auto-puliziadegli elementi di filtrazione.

La macchina è inoltre dotata di unaspazzola rotante che assicura lapulizia del sistema di filtrazione. Unopportuno carter realizzato in

lamiera di acciaio inox ha lafunzione di indirizzare il materialeallo scarico.

machinery consists of a frame in

AISI 304 stainless steel plate.

The inner frame contains a

sliding belt made of filtering

elements of special design with

gap of 1, 3, 6 or 10 mm, which

hold the suspended solids of the

wastewater to be filtered. The

movement of the belt lifts and

drags such solids out of the

liquid surface up to the unloading

point of the machine. The

geometric shape of the filtering

elements ensures that they can

rotate while the belt is sliding.

The screened material held by

the filtering elements is unloaded

through the belt's reversing

motion direction: at this stage,

the relative motion between the

filtering elements ensures

complete expulsion of the

separated solids. In the

subsequent stage of the filtering

belt rewinding, the same relative

motion, in reverse motion

ensures the constant self-

cleaning of the filtering elements.

Furthermore, the machine is

provided with a rotating brush

that ensures the cleaning of the

filtering system. An appropriate

crankcase in stainless steel plate

routes the material to unloading.

Moreover, the cleaning stage is enhanced by awashing ramp with high-pressure nozzles,which washes the mat before it moves downagain into the channel.The machinery can work by clogging: when thebelt is not moving, the suspended solids,smaller that the gap between the filteringelements, are retained, since suspendedmaterial generates on the belt. The increase ofthe clogging level makes the water level rise inthe channel upstream the screen, with asubsequent triggering of the level control. Themachinery can also operate, in case of lowpresence of suspended loads, with the controlby a timer and level gauge. Furthermore, themachinery is provided with a torque controldevice, which is triggered before damage canoccur to the machinery.The machinery is provided with safetyprotections.
