Le normative sulla resistenza delle ringhiere (D.M. del 14/01/2008) non sono chiare! La Faraone, tramite l’Uncsaal, ha interpellato il Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici che ha dichiarato, solo verbalmente, che: “le ringhiere devono avere una resistenza minima alla spinta di 200 Kg al metro lineare”.

The railings thrust-resistance regulation (DM. del 14/01/2008) is not clear! Faraone Company, throu-gh the Uncsaal, asked explanations to the Ministry of Public Works who declared orally that “the railings must have a minimum thrust-resistance of 200kg per linear meter”.

Balaustre e ringhiere realizzate interamente con profili di alluminio con pannello in vetro per l’Antiscalabilità dei bambini. I profili in alluminio hanno una sezione adeguata e robusta per consentire la certificazione alla resistenza per una spinta di 200 e 300 kg al metro lineare.Le barre di protezione orizzontali sono posizionate ad una distanza inferiore di 10 cm, come prevede la normativa di sicurezza. Pannello di vetro interno da 4+4+0.76, altezza cm 50 da terra (oppure altezza a piacere).I profili di alluminio sono anodizzati di serie della classe 15 micron (20 micron su richiesta) colore Simil-inox di serie (altri colori della gamma anodica o verniciati Ral su richiesta).

> DESCRIZIONE PER MODELLO MAIOR 60Balaustre e ringhiere realizzate solo con piantoni e vetri.I piantoni sono realizzati con profili in alluminio per una altezza di cm 60, e completi di accessori per il contenimento del vetro. Dovranno avere una sezione adeguata e robusta per consentire la certificazione alla resistenza per una spinta della classe 200 kg al metro lineare (Colorazione e finitura dei profili come descritto per Maior Ray).

> I VETRII vetri rispondenti alla certificazione per la classe 200kg sono:- Maior 60, occorrono vetri stratificati spessore 8+8+0.76 (1.52) temperati, molati a filo lucido e non forati. Solo nella parti terminali delle balaustre o ringhiere, occorrono vetri forati e temperati stratificati. > LA CERTIFICAZIONELe prove di laboratorio dovranno essere eseguite con fissaggio della balaustra direttamente su cemento e con le viti in dotazione di serie, in modo da avere la certificazione anche del fissaggio tipo cantiere.

Balustrades and railings are completely produced with aluminium profiles and are supplied with glass panels for kids protection (anti-climbing glass system). Aluminium profiles have an adequate and stud section which allows to certify a thrust resi-stance of 200kg and 300kg for linear meter. Horizontal security bars have a distance of less than 10cm, as requested by security laws. The internal glass panel measures 4 + 4 + 0.76 and its height is 50cm from the floor (any other height can be provided on demand).Standard aluminium profiles are anodized with 15 microns (or 20 microns, on demand) an can have either a standard similar to steel colour (other colours from the anodic family or Ral scale colours are available on demand).

> DESCRIPTION FOR MAIOR 60Balustrades and railings are produced only with columns and glasses. Columns are produ-ced with aluminium profiles of 60cm height, and are supplied with full accessories for glass containment. They must have an adequate and stud section in order to receive the thrust resistance certification for 200kg per linear meter (profile colouring and finishing are the same described for the Maior Ray type).

> GLASSESGlasses responding to the certification for the 200kg class are the ones for:- Maior 60: needs stratified glasses with a thickness of 8+8+0.76 (1.52). These glasses have to be tempered, grinded and not perforated. Glasses have to be perforated, tempered and stratified only at the edges of galleries and handrails. > CERTIFICATIONLaboratory tests must be executed with the balustrade fixed directly on concrete, using the provided screws. This is necessary in order to receive the certification for the fastening process as well, which is alike to the one used in construction sites.
