La tecnica millenaria e l’arte che si fonde - e qui è proprio il caso didirlo - con un artigianato che richiede perizia e tecnica. A questepeculiarità va aggiunto un ulteriore aspetto, ovvero il design italiano:la sommatoria di tutto ciò non può che generare eccellenza. Tuttoquesto è l’azienda Fama International, nata nel 2000, che habasato il proprio successo sulle fondamenta di una tradizionesolidissima e molto sentita nel territorio di appartenenza: lalavorazione dei metalli. In poco tempo Fama, grazie al proprioknow-how aziendale al passo con innovazioni e tendenze, è presto diventata una realtà di spicconel settore della piccola ferramenta a livello europeo, per poi concentrarsi sulla produzione diaccessoristica dedicata alla casa. Fama offre infatti prodotti esclusivi, veri e propri componentid’arredo e di design: pomoli per mobili, battenti e maniglie per porte, fermaporta, supporti
corrimano, cerniere e catenacci.Qui la tecnica diventa arte, riassunta nel puroconcetto di artigianato. La materia viene infattiforgiata secondo un’antica tecnica, nel fascino diuna tradizione che è rimasta inalterata nei secoli.Per questo motivo è stata creata ad hoc una linea digrande eccellenza artigianale: Fama ItalianDesign, una sezione dedicata alla realizzazione dimaniglie e accessori per porte, finestre e mobili.Tutti i prodotti di questa linea sono interamenterealizzati in bronzo e lavorati a mano, utilizzandole tecniche della fusione proprio tramandatedall’antichità, quando si realizzavano attrezzi,armi o corazze. Il passato si sprigiona dunque intutta la sua bellezza formale con questi gioielli di
tecnica: oltre alla perfezione esecutiva della fusione, il valore aggiunto risiede nella qualitàartistica e nell’originalità espresse, creando articoli di gran pregio. Ecco che - padroni dellatecnica - diventa semplice eseguire un prodotto che rispecchi in toto le richieste della committenza,permettendo in tal modo di offrire un design unico e personalizzazione assoluta.

A thousand year old technique and art that merge - andhere it is appropriate to say - with craftsmanship that requiresskill and technique. Another aspect must be added to theseelements, namely Italian design: combined, these can onlylead to excellence. This describes the company FamaInternational, founded in 2000, which has based its successon the foundation of a tradition that is solid and highly valuedin the local area: metalworking. Within a short space of time,Fama, thanks to its business know-how in keeping up withinnovation and trends, has quickly become one of the leading companies in the small hardwaresector at a European level, then concentrating on the production of accessories for the home.Indeed Fama offers exclusive products, genuine pieces of furnishings and design: furnitureknobs, knockers and handles for doors, door stops, handrail brackets, hinges and bolts. Heretechnique becomes art, epitomised in the pure concept of craftsmanship. The material is in factforged according to an ancient technique, the charm of a tradition that has remained unchanged
over the centuries. Subsequently, a great line ofexcellent craftsmanship has been specially created:Fama Italian Design, a section dedicated to thecreation of handles and accessories for doors, windowsand furniture. All the products in this line are madeentirely from bronze and are handmade, using onlythose casting techniques that have been handed downfrom ancient times, when tools, weapons or armourwere made. Thus the past is released in all its formalbeauty through these jewels of technique: in addition tothe perfect execution of the casting, the added value liesin the artistic quality and originality expressed,creating pieces of great value. As a result - asmasters of the technique - it becomes easy to create a
product that fully complies with the client’s requirements, thus making it possible to offer a uniquedesign along with complete customisation.

Il passaggio fondamentale della realizzazione delle fusioni in bronzo è la produzione degli stampi a terra.Il modello nella sua versione in positivo viene utilizzato per ricavare il calco sulla terra che costituirà inseguito la cavità riempita dal bronzo fuso.

Lo stampo in ferro viene poggiato sopra la matrice. Viene quindi setacciata la terra e riempito tutto lostampo. La terra viene pressata con l’utilizzo delle mani e lo strato in eccesso asportato.
Der entscheidendste Punkt im Bronzeguss ist die Herstellung der Sandformen. Das abzugiessende Modell wird in denSand eingelegt. Dies ergibt den entsprechenden Hohlraum, der dann durch das flüssige Metall ausgefüllt wird.
Le passage fondamental de la réalisation des fusions en bronze est la fabrication des moules en terre. Le modèle dans saversion en positif est utilisé pour obtenir le moulage sur la terre qui constituera ensuite la cavité remplie de bronze fondu.
The vital step in bronze casting is creating moulds on the ground. The positive version of the model is used to create theshape of the object in the ground, which will be then become the cavity filled with molten bronze.

The iron mould is placed over the template. You then sprinkle earth over it to cover the entire mould. You then press theearth down using your hands and remove the extra layer.
Der Stahlrahmen wird auf die Form gelegt dann mit Sand gefüllt. Der Sand wird gesiebt und von Hand und oder miteinem Stöpsel gepresst.
Le moule en fer est posé sur la matrice. On procède ensuite au tamisage de la terre et au remplissage de tout le moule. Laterre est pressée à la main et la couche en excédent est éliminée.

Questo nuovo stampo viene separato dalla matrice. La terra ha preso l’impronta del modello. Gli stampivengono poi accoppiati prima della fase di colata del metallo fuso.

Si può quindi procedere a versare il Bronzo fuso negli stampi.
This new mould is separated from the template. The ground has taken the shape of the model. The moulds are then fittogether before pouring in the melt.
Der Stahlrahmen wird vom Modell getrennt. Der Sand hat nun die Form des Modells angenommen.Der untere und obereStahlrahmen werden vor dem Giessvorgang zusammengefügt.
Ce nouveau moule est séparé de la matrice. La terre a pris l'empreinte du modèle. Les moules sont ensuite accouplésavant la phase de coulée du métal fondu.
You can then proceed to pour the molten bronze into the moulds.
Nun kann die flüssige Bronze in die Formen gegossen werden.
Il est alors possible de verser le Bronze fondu dans les moules.

Dopo pochi minuti è possibile aprire gli stampi in terra. Si estraggono così le fusioni ancora incandescenti.
Lo stampo in terra ha concluso la sua funzione e, ormai rovinato, viene distrutto. Per una nuova fusionedeve essere ripetuto tutto il procedimento. Raggiunta una temperatura accettabile viene tagliato il bronzoin eccesso preparando il pezzo alle operazioni di finitura.

After a few minutes you can open the moulds on the ground. The incandescent cast objects are extracted.
Bereits nach wenigen Minuten können die Formen wieder geöffnet und die noch glühenden Gussteile herausgelöstwerden.
Au bout de quelques minutes les moules en terre peuvent être ouverts pour enlever les fusions encore incandescentes.
The mould in the ground has carried out its function and, now ruined, it can be destroyed. The entire procedure must berepeated again for each new cast. Once the object has reached a workable temperature, the excess bronze is trimmed off,preparing it for the finishing touches.
Die Sandform wird durch das Herauslösen der Gussteile zerstört und kann nicht mehr weiter benutzt werden. Für einenneuen Gussvorgang muss der ganze Ablauf wiederholt werden. Sobald die Teile abgekühlt sind, werden die Angussstückeabgetrennt und der Artikel zur Oberflächenbehandlung vorbereitet.
Le moule en terre a terminé sa fonction et, désormais abîmé, il est détruit. Pour une nouvelle fusion, toute la procéduredoit être répétée. Une fois qu'une température acceptable est atteinte, le bronze en excédent est éliminé pour préparer lapièce aux opérations de finition.

Dopo quasi un anno di collaborazione e contatti, finalmente il17 Marzo 2017, presso il nostro spazio all'interno della FieraMade Expo, è stato presentato un nuovo prodotto. Dal Conceptdel noto Architetto Svetlana Shivan, frutto di un grandeaffiancamento e collaborazione con il Nostro Ufficio Tecnico,si è presa la decisione di realizzare questa nuova maniglia.Ancora una volta Fama International ha dato prova di grandeversalità e infinita capacità realizzativa. Quanti posso vantaredi aver realizzato un progetto con un prodotto interamenteesclusivo?!Da oggi Svetlana Shiyan è entrata a fare parte di questa
"cerchia" esclusiva. Con Fama International, chiunque puòessere il protagonista del proprio progetto.
